This lovely three-bedroom home is one of a kind – overlooking the CBD of Warrnambool, whilst being surrounded by lush gardens, it will make you feel at home right away.
All Three bedrooms are roomy and include Queen beds with room to spare – the main bedroom has a corner chair, perfect for an afternoon read plus a split system to keep you cool in the summer.
The main Lounge area also makes the most of the positioning of the home, watch the sunset as you Indulge in garden views from every window in the home or sit outside on the veranda for an alfresco breakfast, lunch or dinner. There are two-seater couches available to relax and unwind whilst watching a movie, with the benefit of having access to the homes Wi-Fi – you will never miss a beat.
There is a full kitchen including gas cooktop and electric oven plus all the basics you will need and more – There is a fridge/freezer and dishwasher for use and not to mention ample cooking utensils and crockery. Adjoined to the kitchen, there is a dining room suitable for up to four guests.
