You walk 5 minutes and the beach of Flic en Flac is offered to you !! Particularly suitable for holidaymakers with a budget calculated for accommodation! Cool studio is part of a complex offering various facilities such as a large swimming pool, tennis and squash courts ... Racquets and balls are provided !! Other services included in the price: - Wifi .. unlimited optical fiber (10M) - table water is free. There is a water fountain on site providing cool, temperate water. No more chore of getting water packs - a mobile with units is available to make local calls and reach us at any time - digital box to store your values - satellite channels (Canal Sat) - fully equipped kitchenette with household gas detector - beach equipment provided (parasol, two back supports, cooler .. ) - small BBQ appliance from the Weber brand with briquettes in terrace - terrace furniture - cleaning service included - running hot water - air conditioning and central ceiling fan - very comfortable bed (quality bedding) in short a modern and cozy studio, clean and very functional! Chez Lauriane et Norbert
Excellente prestation, petit mais suffisant pour 2 et trés confortable, acceuil plus que chaleureux dans une résidense fermée avec gardiennage 24h sur 24 et piscine, matériel de plage fourni, fontaine avec eau chaude/froide à disposition, frigo/congélateur/plaques gaz, microondes, cafetiere, grill pain et même barbecue sur l'espace terrasse extérieur. Excellent rapport qualité prix, on reviendra!

Magique !!!!
Norbert et Lauriane ont été au petits soins pour nous. De petites attentions et surtout très disponibles. La résidence très calme et sécurisée. Flic en Flac est un bon point de départ pour la découverte de l'île. Très bien desservi en bus ( Port-Louis, Grand Baie, 4 bornes Phoenix...), commerces et plages à proximité. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette location et souhaitons aux prochains occupants de très belles vacances

Propriétaire formidable
Norbert et Lauriane sont à l'écoute et toujours disponibles, leurs conseils précieux et ils feront le maximum pour vous faire plaisir et que votre séjour soit parfait.
Le studio est petit mais très fonctionnel et la piscine de la résidence est un atout important pour cette location.
Merci à Norbert et Lauriane pour tout ce qu'ils nous ont apporté au cours de ce mois.

A wonderful place for relaxation
I rented a small studio from Lauriane and Norbert. It was extremely nice friendly people and it felt like coming home to someone you always knew. They were very helpful. I got correct information about the studio and the area. Then they drove around with me and showed the city. The apartment is fresh and well equipped, all according to pictures and information I received before, even more! It is excellent for single travelers, but perfectly OK even for two. The pool area is beautifully surrounded with park-like garden, the pool is large and the water is warm and lovely. It is extremely beautiful surroundings here, full of opportunities for activities. The beach is fantastic. I warmly recommend this place.

Excellent location prés de la mer. C'est un quarter tranquille et le studio c'est impeccable. Monsieur Norbert est très gentille et prêt à donner de conseils sur l'île 🙂.

Que du bonheur
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au tamier flic en flac chez Norbert et Laurianne que du bonheur le studio est plus que top,accueillant très propre sécurisé calme.
Nous avons passé 3 semaines et nous allons renouvelé notre séjour en mars 2019.
Nous n avions jamais trouvé un logement aussi correct avec autant de prestations merci Norbert et Laurianne vous êtes des personnes exceptionnelles

Perfekter Aufenthalt,besser geht es nicht !!!Direkt nach meiner Buchung,kontaktierte mich Lauriane und bot mir jegliche hilfe an wie Transfer,Infos usw.Fam Knell organisierte dann auch noch den Transfer,vom Flughafen zur Unterkunft zu einem sehr guten Preis.Norbert kam zur Unterkunft,nahm sich sehr viel zeit mir alles zu erklären.Machte noch eine kleine Stadtrundfahr,gab mir super tipps zu Restaurant,Imbisse,Ausflüge und Einkaufen.Die Unterkunft war Perfekt ausgestattet,super schöne Anlage sehr ruhig.Putzfrau kommt 2 mal die Woche,bringt neue Handtücher wechselt die Bettwäsche und reinigt sehr gründlich.Familie Knell hat alles super Organisiert und steht jeder zeit zur verfügung.Vielen dank noch an Familie Knell

résidence bien sécurisée avec grande piscine très calme. Idéale pour des vacances reposantes il ne manque rien dans la location avec des propriétaires à votre écoute. Leur gentillesse n 'est pas une légende.

formidable et inoubliable
Notre 4ème séjour chez Norbert et Lauriane, à la résidence Le Tamier est encore une belle et formidable expérience.
Tout est parfait tant au niveau de l'accueil, du suivi et de l'aménagement du studio.
Chaque fois que nous revenons, nous trouvons toujours de belles améliorations qui font de notre séjour, un moment inoubliable.
Merci encore pour ces temps forts. Nous reviendrons bien entendu et nous conseillons fortement cette location pour tout ceux qui veulent profiter de vraies vacances.

Nous avons passé 11 jours dans la résidence de Norbert et Laurianne, nous les remercions pour leur accueil et leur sympathie. Le séjour s'est très bien passé, Norbert est très réactif en cas de besoin. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Für Selbstversorger sehr zu Empfehlen
Der Aufenthalt in der "Le Tamier" , eine Anlage die sehr Sicher ist . Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und stand zu jeder Zeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite . Das Apartment war klein und sauber aber hat alles was man als Selbstversorger benötigt (TV , Herd , Klimaanlage , Mikrowelle , Toaster , Wasserkocher uvm + SIM Karte fürs Handy) . Die Wohnanlage wird rund um die Uhr von Wachpersonal gesichert , sowie die Grünanlage gepflegt und der Pool wird stets gereinigt . Den Aufenthalt habe ich genossen und kann es nur weiter empfehlen .

Accueil chaleureux par Norbert et Lauriane: boissons fraîches et petits gâteaux. Le petit studio est entièrement équipé: fontaine à eau, réfrigérateur, four, douche, ventilateur au plafond, climatisation, téléphone,...A proximité de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants. Tout pour passer un agréable séjour à Flic-en-Flac.

We already booked Cool Studio for the fourth time for April 2015 so it should be the best recommendation. We were using Cool Studio for the first time in October 2010, than February 2012 and October 2013 always for a long term ( minimum 3 weeks).
Cool studio is a good choice for people who like independence, who does not like crowds, who protect their privacy. It is small but it has everything what you need to enjoy your holidays and if you do not have it, you can always ask mr Norbert to organize it. When we came for the next and next time we are really surprised with the Studio - it is better and better every time. It has everything what you need to cook, everything what you need to relax and everything what you need to enjoy. It is cleaned, has very good localization and it is our best choice and we always come back here what we need longer break to relax. But the best is green garden with palms and flowers and big swimming pool with clear sweet water.
Owners, Norbert and Laurianne are very friendly, they will help you with first moments in Mauritius and their work and effort will make you feel better than at home.
