This apartment was perfect for our stay. We had absolutely everything we needed (and wanted!)… A huge king bed, comfy as could be….extra blankets and big fluffy towels (along with a killer shower!).
The kitchen was small but had everything including extra coffee and spices along with a generous supply of dish soap, paper towels and garbage bags.
It was a short walk to downtown and really enjoyed the front porch rockers and backyard sitting area.

Location was great. Front porch was very nice, as was the back yard and back porch.
Very roomy and clean. Well equipped kitchen, very good bathroom facilities and nice to have tv in bedroom as well as in the living room.
It would have been nice to have had a light over the bathroom mirror...
Also, in the room with the two desks...why not make one of them a make-up table? Suggest moving the wall mirror to the table, and provide a magnifying make-up mirror.
The guest in the room over us...a lot of thumping in the mornings. Nice to have some carpets up there.

This is such a lovely apartment in a wonderful location. It is on a quiet street that is walking distance to everything we like to visit in St Augustine. The property manager, Stephanie, was very responsive and helped us get our TV remotes working. The kitchen is beautifully set up for us to have meals in the apartment when we want to.

Great location and decent price. It was an easy walk to the fort and shopping district.
It was extremely damp inside the apartment. Small appliances needed cleaning or replacement. There was a lot of hair in the bed and on pillows. You could hear everything the upstairs neighbors did and said. We did not sleep well at all so we left early. Management didn't respond to the email letting them know we were leaving early and the reasons why.

Villa #1 was very spacious and clean. Fully equipped kitchen, had everything you could think of. Super comfy bed and a washer & dryer in the villa. Walking distance from the historical sites and shopping. Extra street parking out front if needed along with our assigned parking spot in the back.
I don’t have anything negative to say about this property, everything was great!

The door locks were hard to open. The street where the house was located needed some love.

Location is excellent. Only 3 blocks to On and Off Trolley, and 4 blocks to central shopping/touristy area. Lots of room in this apartment. All the amenities you'd expect, and more. Robert is immediately responsive if you have a question.

Location is why we stay here.
We have stayed at this property going on 3 years now. The website stated sleeps 6. This time there was no notification that the beds in the back room were not available, also we had no clue where the bedding for the pull out couch was and might i add a suggestion to a possible upgrade top the pull out couch (not comfortable at all. We look forward to our stay each Celtic festival but this time the property fell a little short) Change the add to state sleeps 3 instead of 6.

The location is ideal - great for walking to restaurants and tourist attractions. Honestly, that made our stay so enjoyable because we love to walk! The apartment is spacious and comfortable.
I cannot think of anything that needs improving. In the first floor apartment there is some noise from the upstairs occupants, but we were expecting that - so, no problem.

Loved the convenience and location of this well appointed apartment located in the historic district of St Augustine. The apartment was easily within walking distance to most of the attractions, so we were able to park the car in our designated spot and enjoy the city on foot. The bedding was ultra cozy and the kitchen was well stocked. The Christmas tree was a wonderful surprise too!

Spacious and homey.

We could hear every step taken by the people above us. Hardwood floors are very pretty and easy to upkeep but creates a noise factor.

The location was excellent, and was easy walking distance to key places around St. Augustine without being stuck in the crowds. Additionally, the apartment had a Christmas tree and other decorations up which really gave it a cozy home feeling - wish I could have stayed longer!

it was very relaxing and beautiful. Well furnished and decorated. Close to everything (walking distance). Back yard was peaceful and relaxing.
Parking was very tight. If we couldn't have parked on street the spot assigned was small for a truck or large SUV.

Great location, beautiful old house with lots of charm. Bed was big and very soft/cozy. (Though I prefer a firm bed) Nice newly renovated apartment with modern features, yet retains the old charm.
Water pressure in shower was weak, might be the shower head.

Beautiful Villa! The outside space was peaceful and at night the lights were a great touch.
