Clean,small, comfortable room. Fine for short stay.

Exceptionally clean. Easy access. Safe, nice neighborhood. Cold A/C.

No patio as promised, I was looking forward to that. Too small & hard to move around. Don't expect too many extras. Very simple and homey.

Dated, some hooks Left in wall where pictures used to be. Coffee pot didn’t actually fit the coffee maker- must have been a replacement. TV small in bedroom

Conveniently located. The room was VERY clean!

The bed was fine for one night, but I wouldn't have been able to do more. There was little hot water. We had cold showers even after running the shower to get the hot water mixing.

Cute rooms. Kinda small but all we needed. Very clean. Everyday when we left for the day we came back back to fresh towels and bed made.

The only thing I didn’t like was that I could never find an ice machine at the motel. Most motels have a ice machine

Very pleasant hotel will stay again

Location close to attractions, hotel very clean, kitchenette had plates, cups, toaster, knives, forks. I could not hear the noise from the road although next to a busy road.

Busy road was difficult to cross.

I arrived not feeling well & the lack of space made it more difficult for me to relax & get better.

If you book make sure you look at fine print. I thought all rooms were with sofa & kitchenette which is what was pictured on booking.com, however, we were in a small motel size room. I checked my res when we checked in and apparently it did state table/chairs, small fridge/micro but they didn't show a pic of my room so I thought I was getting a room with a larger footprint. Room was clean as were sheets & towels.

Beds were very uncomfortable and room was very small. Furniture was well worn & stained, etc.

Disappointing

Liked the proximity to downtown. Easy to get to locations north and south,

Thought this would be good after reading the reviews - there was no ice on the property or usb for charging phones. Room was not as clean as advertised and there was possibly some black mold on bathroom ceiling. No where to sit outside.

It provided a clean suite, convenient location & loved the front porch.

Liked that we got clean towels when we asked. That staff was available at office in the evenings.

Refridgerator door hit the counter so was difficult to get in to the fridge.

My stay was very good and I am likely to come back.

The Cozy Inn was indeed very cozy and we were able to rest and regain our energy for our daily activities.

Maybe a slightly larger room, a bath tub, a swimming pool.

Very clean motel room

Very clean and a 15 minute walk to historic St Augustine.

A refrigerator was in room but no ice trays or ice machine. A microwave would be great but very clean and roomy enough for 2.

- The bathroom: faucet is leaking, blind is half working, sewer smell - mattress is uncomfortable - tv is not working - daily housekeeping is a joke

Cozy is really in Place in the rooms ans the Office. Very nicely made room and property. 5* recommendation.

it was cozy like the name says, very clean and located conveniently for a nice walk to downtown

Clean convenient spacious comfortable friendly staff

Upgrade the TVs. It was good to have full cable channels. The only other thing is the coffee maker was too big for the coffee packets. Hard to measure properly.
