Our home offers an open space that incorporates the living and dining areas. Decorated and furnished to give you that beach breezy feel, this condo will leave nothing to long for.

The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances and quartz countertop where you can cook all of your favorite recipes.

The living room is perfect to kick back and relax after a long day of beach activities. It is perfect to watch your favorite movie or show on the 55-inch flat-screen cable TV. If the fresh air of the sea breeze is not enough, sit outside and enjoy the gulf breeze and view on either of our two patios while sipping on something refreshing.

The gulf front outdoor area offers a heated pool, hot tub, cabana with restrooms, patio tables, chairs, and loungers and charcoal grills. There is direct beach access to the beach so you can enjoy the sunset over the white sugar, sandy beaches!

We had a wonderful week and would definitely stay here again! Things we loved: Great location, near lots of restaurants The heated pool was fantastic and the beach was clean and not crowded The condo was spacious with lots of closets We felt very safe and secure Things we didn't care for: No blinds/curtains in master bedroom Sofa was uncomfortable and needed to be cleaned No dishrags in kitchen, pots and pans are past their prime

We had a very enjoyable multi- generation vacation. The two story arrangement of the condo provides ample privacy for two families along with spacious cooking and dining areas. The condo was very clean and had all the linen and cooking supplies we needed. The pool area is very nice. We only had to call the owner once with a question, and he responded promptly. The location is great within an easy ride to Clearwater and other beaches. Because of the spring break traffic we used the public transportation system. There is a stop right in front of the condo- very convenient. Overall very happy with the rental.

Parking was offsite due to construction which made it dangerous and inefficient having small children. The unit was newly renovated, however, the couch and linens need to be replaced. The couch gave all of us back and neck issues (solely from watching Tv, not sleeping) and the bed linens had tearing and the pillows were not very clean or had protectors on them. While trying to cook breakfast the first morning, i quickly learned the exhaust fan does NOT work and the entire floor smelled our bacon. Additionally, the horrible pans were partially to blame. It was our first VRBO experience and it just made us realize we are hotel people. I want to go on vacation and not have to do all the chores I would do at home (and without our nanny). The location was great but we won’t be returning. The host was very rude about the check out even after us expressing to him that the parking situation was horrible and trying to load our cars from across the street was more than just time consuming, it was dangerous! I would only recommend this listing to a family without small children and who want close proximity to the beach.

Joseph, owner, and Joe, property manager, were both excellent in returning calls or text/ emails when we were confused about procedures. The condo is beautiful, felt very roomy for the 6 of us. Best part was out the back door to the pool and the Gulf.

Beautiful place, amazing location. Loved that property was a perfect size for my family and that it was just steps away from the pool and beautiful beach. Only 9 minute drive to John’s pass. Property was very quite. Will be back!

property, was great could have used more towels/paper goods otherwise all was perfect. pool/hot tub were excellent beach a few steps from the pool. couldn't have asked for anything more. and we rented this at the last minute as our other condo, that we had booked months ago, apparently double booked us and cancelled two days before we were supposed to arrive. Joseph answered email and questions immediately and took great care of us.

It was on the beach and was great to have the pool option was well, since we got a wave of red tide that kept us out of the ocean, for some of the days we were there. I am always hesitant when I read other reviews, but this trip exceeded my expectations. The Condo was very well put together and the location is prime. 1 minute walk to the private pool and 3 minute walk to a private portion of the beach. Already looking to return in the future with new guests. The extra stuff in the room made our stay stress free. Room is very kid friendly. Job well done!

There is plenty of room in this spacious and updated 3 bedroom condo. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of essential cooking and serving equipement. Excellent appliances and the washer and dryer are a great bonus. The bedrooms are nice and have all 3 have access to their own bathrooms. The location is great if are wanting access to a beach and a very nice heated pool and hot tub. It is also located close to some nice restaurants. It was also easy driving distance to other areas if you want more entertainment for children. We also took the 90 minute drive to Disney for a day. The building is very secure, but it does seem a little dated in comparison to the interior condo. But the building is well maintained, floors and elevator are moppend daily. Great unexpected vacation, thank you for sharing your lovely vacation home with our family!

We had an amazing Christmas in FL!! This property was perfect for our family. Super clean and lots of space. We loved the beach, it wasn't crowded and the pool was warm and perfect. Joseph went above and beyond and put up a Christmas tree for our kids since it was our first Christmas away from home. They loved that surprise. It felt like home! I highly recomend this condo and we hope to be back again!!

Beautiful recently updated stay with all necessary amenities! The townhome was beautifully decorated. Extremely spacious. The double balconies were a nice touch. The pool and hot tub area was private and a patio area allowed for a nice get together. An added bonus was the seabird sanctuary right next to the condominium. We were able to watch a pelican release and learn more about the animals there. Really great getaway! Thank you Joseph!

Home was just as shown in pictures! Owners were accessible and very kind. Instructions were clear for check in & out. The beach was absolutely beautiful! Not near as crowded as Clearwater. The pool & hot tub were perfect temps as well! We loved our stay and look forward to coming back!
