The Pool and Hot Tub are inoperable as of 11/13/2024.

This amazingly spacious 3/2 condo offers a gulf facing balcony with spectacular views. Bedroom one has a queen bed and work space. Bedroom two offers two queen beds. The master has a king bed and work area. The kitchen has full size appliances and everything that you need to cook with. There is also a coffee/wine area with refrigerator. There are smart TVs in all bedrooms and cable box in the living room. There is also a full size laundry room. Balcony seats eight.

It was awesome and a fantastic vacation rental! This property truly had everything we needed and more. From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The instructions so detailed we had no questions. The kitchen was modern with all the pans and appliances. The beds were very comfortable and ac worked great. But what really made this property stand out was the attention to the small things. So helpful to have a beach cooler and a wagon to get tue chairs to beach. Then the beach was easy to access and clean and uncrowded. The condo management left people alone and we enjoyed the pool/hot tub every evening. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this property. Unit had more than enough space for our family. Everything you could possibly need was provided. Everything was neat and tidy. Owner was extremely nice, helpful and communicative. Angela responded to my inquiries in a short amount of time. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed at this property with 3 different small families and it was one of the best beach locations I have stayed at. The unit had everything you could need and was spotless. The beds were extremely comfortable, the beach was nice and quiet with plenty of room to spread out, definitely not touristy and crowded like surrounding areas. Highly reccomend this condo!

My family of four truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we loved the view from our top floor balcony; perfectly centered on the beach and pier. The beds were comfy, and we made use of the beach items like sand toys and wagon.

Spacious, comfortable, 5th floor with lovely ocean view. Beach toys provided. Not as well-stocked as other places I have stayed. Not necessarily a negative, but you will want to know when packing that shampoo, conditioner and bath soap were not provided. Plenty of towels including beach towels were provided. Also there was no coffee. I think that may have been an oversight.

Condo was very clean and decor was just right! Amazing views from balcony. Beach never crowded, weather was perfect! Ocean was a bit cold but kids still swam in it, heated pool and hot tub were great. We really appreciated the supplies -trash bags, dish and dishwasher soaps, hand soaps, laundry pods!! Some grilling tools and plastic plates for kids would have been nice. Definitely recommend!

Very clean, well stocked, TOP FLOOR condo with an amazing view of the ocean. Smooth process all the way from booking to check-in. Very calm, relaxed, and laid back area of Indian Shores. Our beach never felt crowded, and we had a lot of space to enjoy the water.

PROS: This condo was decorated by someone very talented and your eyes just rest on the ocean. The master bathroom was quite large with a very spacious walk in closet. The kitchen and furnishings were all new and it was lovely to have laundry. The manager was very responsive and helpful. It was helpful to have all the extra storage space and cute coffee/wine bar built in. There was dish soap provided for the dish washer which was nice. The kitchen had more positives with a garbage disposer and came with lots of pans and bowls. CONS: Listing said "basic soap provided" but make sure to pack your own shampoo and conditioner and bath soap as only hand dispenser soap at the sink is provided in the bathrooms. Luckily we had some sample shampoo bottles from our Disney Villa Condo rental that we packed with us. Also only two rolls or toilet paper per bathroom were provided, so you will need to pack or buy some of your own. There was one tide pod for laundry, so pack some of your own for that. Also there was no kleenex tissue in the condo. There was no boogie board in the condo, but I nicely asked the property managers on the ground floor and they lent me one from their shed, even though this condo is not supported by their services. Also the smaller two bedrooms did not have functional night stands to place supplies/books on. The master did have nice night stands. OVERALL: This beach has the softest white sand and the condo is great. Just pack basic supplies.

This property was perfect for our family weekend getaway. The location can’t be beat- close to food and groceries and activities, the beds are so comfy, the beach is heavenly and the best part about the place is the view is out. Of. This. World. Hope we can come back someday when it’s warm enough to swim in the ocean :) until then the sunset views stick in our minds! Thank you!

This is a lovely apartment, well maintained, with a beautiful beach view. The listing photos are accurate. We had some internet issues that was not the owner's fault. I had to converse with her a few times, and she was very responsive. The issue was with Spectrum, the provider, and she got it fixed right away! I recommend this property!

I cannot speak highly enough of this rental, location and ownership. The interior is absolutely beautiful and well stocked for everything you need on a beach vacation. Location right on the ocean and added bonus of pool and hot tub. Balcony was so peaceful. There are BBQ grills by the pool which we used a few nights and had dinner at the picnic tables. The owner was so responsive and went out of her way to accommodate us. We will be back next year!!

Great town, great area, wonderful condo Owner. The owner of this condo in my experience, has gone above and beyond for their guests. You will not be upset staying here. Private beach access, heated pool, nice size hot tub, very clean for a beach resort. You will not be disappointed. It’s one of those you don’t want anyone else to know about, you want it to yourself, but the owner should rent it out as much as possible so they can have the funds for upkeep and the HOA fees. I will definitely stay here again.

My family and I travel to the Indian Shores area three to four times a year from Oklahoma. This is one of the best condos we have stayed in. The new remodel was very inviting and relaxing. The view of the beach from the large balcony was beautiful. The unit was very clean, the kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for at home cooking. The location was very convenient to many of the restaurants we like to eat at. One thing I did appreciate was the owners actually leave their cell number in case anything arises. I will definitely try to stay in this condo the next time we return!

Place was better then described! Exactly like pictures! Fantastic beach view. Plenty of space for our family of 6! The property manager was very pleasant and responsive. We went with our 4 kids ages 4-17 and plenty of space for everyone! Highly recommend!!
