The accommodation was comfortable and spacious; ample space for 5 adults.

The host did everything within his power to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. There was a complimentary bottle of wine in the fridge and there was a great supermarket across the road. He provided fresh croissants for breakfast and offered complimentary pizzas one night for dinner. When we were leaving, my daughter left her glasses in her room and as we couldn't get back in, we had to go to Rome without them (thankfully she had some contact lenses with her). Marco went out of his way to express deliver her glasses to our accommodation in Rome by 9am the following day and although we offered to pay him, he would not hear of it. We can't fault his immediate responses to any query we had and his help with our predicament at the end of the trip. We thank him very much for an enjoyable experience.

Not great wifi downstairs. It was probably a bit further from the town center than we would have liked.

Was lovely.

Lovely and spacious with a great balcony/ terrace with a view to the sea. We found a close by little beach Cala Susca. There are two spots to swim there, just walk past the lido cafe over to the right leads to another lovely spot 😉

All was good.

We will definitely return to Casa di Marco .

Thé location to beach and beautiful towns . Very clean and spacious apartment . The host Marco was very accommodating and we received excellent service .

We loved everything about the property .

Wonderful time in Monopoli!

Wonderful place to call home for 5 days!! Beautiful, clean, so spacious with wonderful A/C- which was much appreciated during a July heat wave! Marco was a superb host- breakfast delivered every morning (pistachio croissant was amazing) and so helpful! Highly recommend you won’t be disappointed! So close to everything!

Only drawback was the Wi-Fi wasn’t strong enough in the downstairs bedrooms- but everything was amazing!

Nice fresh place.

Very nice clean modern. Liked the outdoor patio a lot. Enjoyed going to the beach

The beautiful master suite was down a pretty decent flight of stairs Without a handrail. There was a nice bedroom with a bathroom on the first floor though.

Great location great value

It was walking distance to the town of Monopoli. The owner was very attentive and responsive to all requests. He was a great host.

Perfect base for a vacation in Puglia with the most friendly host you will ever meet.

It was a very nice, large and luxurious house. We were three couples on vacation and everyone had enough space of their own. We received a friendly welcome, the apartment was clean, there was a bottle of wine and snacks waiting for us and fresh croissants were brought every morning. The host Marco is the most friendly host I have ever had at an apartment through booking or Airbnb. We had excellent contact via whatsapp. He was very helpful, gave tips and went out of his way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Unfortunately, during the vacation, my boyfriend got sick. Marco helped refer us to the doctor's clinic and pharmacy. He was very helpful. If you are looking for a good vacation apartment in Monopoli I 100% recommend this one!

Nothing was disappointing. Through our rental car we were in the city center in 5 minutes. So don't let the distance from the city center discourage you.

Magnificent property with the kindest , most generous host

luxury , central , fantastic full sized supermarket across road, full kitchen and BBQ to cook your own feasts using local produce.

I've been to many places, but I've never met such an attitude. When we arrived, it was siesta, so all the restaurants were closed. Marco is the host, he put me in his car and drove until he found us food. He wouldn't let me pay for the sandwiches I chose in the cafeteria. He booked a restaurant for us, and always sent us fresh baked goods in the morning, which we requested. We felt like we were part of his family. All my respect to him! He is the best!

Very spacious apartment, modern and clean, parking, lovely breakfast 4min drive from Central monopoli 15 walk to beach. Beautiful views and small garden to do bbq.Helpful owner

Hospitality and delicious food

Marco was syperhelpeful! We were also served with delicious local cheese, fokacha and wines! He helped to organise also some degustations.

Great house in a perfect location

This an excellent property in a very good location. The house is big and modern and freely accommodates big groups. We were 8 people and was just perfect for us. A big supermarket is just across the street, the center of Monopoly is 5 min car. We really liked our stay in Casa Di Marco.

Apartment was quite large

Location very poor We presumed via the advertisements that we could walk easily to the town and beach . This was not so at all . Apartment needs to be completed . Building still unfinished . Advertisements must reflect location and unsuitable walking track to beach and town !
