This former cowboy bunkhouse is a 105-year-old historic home situated perfectly in the center of West Sedona with stunning views!

Over 1/2 acre private property with walking distance to hiking trails, sunset spots, Whole Foods, CVS, Agave of Sedona, nightlife, & restaurants!

The home sleeps up to 6 guests & has 3 bedrooms - all with King size memory foam beds - as well as a Sealy sleeper sofa, & 2 bathrooms.

Very Nice Place! Comfortable beds and cozy living spaces! Loved the hot tub with the mountain view. Property manager gave lots of great suggestions for the area and was super easy to communicate with. We would stay here again and highly recommend it for others.

My family stayed here for a short trip before Christmas in 2021. The location was amazing. Literally, you are within 5 minutes to shopping, restaurants, groceries, attractions & more! The house had all the amenities you could want. My 3 children (ages 7, 12, & 14) were quite happy & we even enjoyed the hot tub on a nice cold starry night. We would highly recommend staying at this home & we would stay here again. Loved it!

Loved this place!

This was the perfect place to stay and explore Sedona. The host was wonderful and answered all of our many questions. The house is unique and the location is excellent. We loved the back yard and the view of the mountains, the ample space to spread out inside, and the cleanliness. The kitchen was very well stocked and we enjoyed cooking dinner on the grill. This is a rustic bunkhouse that is on a huge lot and is very well-located for hiking and exploring Sedona in all directions. You can walk along the road a short ways to the Airport Mesa trails. Skye the property manager was very communicative and promptly addressed an issue we had with the master bed frame.

One of my favorite vacation rentals to date. It was hard to leave this house each morning but the proximity to great hiking and biking won out. The reward was the lovely hot tub with an amazing view at the end of the day. The kitchen had everything we needed (and the hosts’ recommendations for restaurants were much appreciated as Sedona has many to choose from.) Clean and comfortable and quiet house meant we all slept like babies. The hosts were great communicators. I would definitely rent this very cool historical house in west Sedona again!

This house is amazing! It’s the perfect location. Skye told us about a sunset location and this was one of the highlights of our trip. The house was clean and well stocked. The hot tub is relaxing after a long day of hiking. We will stay here again in the future.

Our family of three thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again on a future trip. The owners are great at communicating quickly and clearly. Felt like a great value and the views were spectacular. It’s also only a few minute walk to one of the best views on earth (airport mesa). The photos didn’t even do it justice! Skye was super communicative from the start and gave us tons of great recommendations. The house was large and homey, perfect for our family get away. The view from the backyard was beautiful and gave us a gorgeous sunset to look forward to each night, too! Centrally located and easy to reach shopping, uptown, and hiking trails. Located in the middle of Sedona, this rustic home shows its history throughout! Loved the walls of rock and logs, along with the small deck with a view of Coffeepot! We had a fantastic time in Sedona and loved this lodging. It was a charming house, plenty of space for our party, and we loved the huge yard with beautiful mountain views. This ecclectic, interesting home totally lived up to all its great reviews. The location was perfect with great views and privacy yet right in the middle of everything. Very well equipped with a great laundry room, for those of coming out of Grand Canyon. Everything we needed for grilling and cooking at the house. Super comfy beds and sheets! We stayed here over the new year’s eve weekend. It is very spacious. We would return again and easily be able to take a second family with us. There was plenty of heat throughout the home so we slept very comfortably. The kitchen was fully stocked and easy to use. The proximaty to town was awesome, and really close to the main road but zero road and traffic noise. It’s well priced and the owner was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay there again!

Our group of friends had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed having our coffee on the deck and taking in the views. The house has plenty of space and the kitchen was very well stocked. Only suggestion is to add some extra chairs for the dining room- we couldn't fit our party of six at the dining room table together for a meal.
