O apartamento é extremamente confortavel e lhe oferece todo o conforto para uma excelente estadia. Localização próxima a mercados e pontos turisticos.

Apartment is in really good location. Shops, cafes and restaurants nearby, 15 mins walk or 5 tram stops to ferry to Lisbons heart. Free parking and after some search, you'll find a spot for ya, even if it's going to be short walk away from the apartment. Pedro is helpful and quite flexible as a host.
It pains me greatly to write this, as Pedro is really nice host, but it needs to be said. The apartment is not dirty per se, however it has plenty of mold, wetness and, worst of all, bugs. We've killed at least 7 cockroaches, one of them run away from food cabinet. Mold comes from wetness, which is kind of normal in Lisbon, but apartment need to be refreshed ASAP to remove all the dirty spots.
Finally fuses in the apartment are so poor, you have to choose what kitchen equipment you want to use. If you turn on TV, oven and induction hob, fuses will blow. Probably that's why there isn't electric kettle and you have to boil water in a pot (yup, 2023, boiling water in a pot).

Pedro is a super hospitable host. He met us at the house, register handed over the keys and left a present in the fridge. He apartment is comfortable and located near a tram station, only 5 stops away from the fairy to Lisbon.
There is a small café right across the street. It becomes a little bit noisy at the evening, but it closes around 10 pm, so it's not a big issue.

Pedro met us at Central Sul. Showed us how to use the bus and tram system. Explained the best route to visit Cristo Rei; arranged a taxi pick-up for an early morning tour beginning in Marques de Pombel square; provision of tourist information; availability of washer and dryer; room heaters; close proximity to mini-mart, public transportation; very comfortable accommodations.
Not sure what can be done about - a barking dog; dark unlit exterior hallway; not advising us that a window handle was already broken; providing instructions on how to use the washer & dryer (not like North American appliances); not ensuring the 'fire stick' or the box of matches had sufficient fuel/matches for the duration of our stay.

Great area. 20 min car drive from anyplace in lisboa. A nice 900m walk to National Sanctuary of Christ the King. Overall it was clean and great owner , even gave us a gift at begging.
