The Holiday Hills Resort is a vacation in itself. There is something for everyone. 5 Outdoor Pools - Rec Room - Fitness Center - Theaters - Restaurant - and an 18-hole Championship Golf Course (additional fees apply). The large recreation center makes this a perfect winter getaway.

This condo features 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. The master bedroom features a new king size bed and hybrid gel foam mattress with a large master bath & jetted tub for two. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed and a fold down futon. The living room has a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress for additional sleeping.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials coffee, tea, coffee pods, condiments, and some cooking basics.
This condo is a walk-down unit (16 steps) located on the ground floor and walks out to 2 catch and release ponds with views of the golf course.
Within walking distance to an outdoor pool and tennis court.
Located 1 mile from the Landing and the Branson Strip yet quiet and peaceful at the end of the day. There is a Grocery store, Hardware Store, and Dollar General just outside the resort. Great restaurants within a mile.

Famous Silver Dollar City known for its rides, shows, attractions and more is only 12 miles away.

Holiday Fee: If you book a reservation, and your check-out day falls on a holiday Fourth of July, Memorial/Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year Eve/Day there is an additional $50 cleaning fee. (Separate charge) this fee is to compensate our cleaner for time away on a Holiday.

Property description accurately matches the description accurately. The place provided everything we needed and loved the convenience of where we stayed while checking out Branson activities. We also enjoyed the pools, tennis/pickle ball and being able to relax in the AC when needed at the resort.

This place was super clean and cozy. With extra blankets towels and plenty of dishes. Was only about 20 minutes from everything we had planned to do. Has a grocery store and dollar general about a minute away so very convenient.. Tv in both rooms and living room so worked perfect for my family of six. Will definitely use again thank y’all so much for having us stay there

The property was exceptionally clean. Dawn had decorated our condo for Christmas. It was so pretty and so cozy. We also had lots of little extra supplies in the bathrooms and the kitchen. It felt like home. It's close to everything and has a pretty view!

We really appreciated all of the thoughtful touches provided by the host. Within 2 hours of our arrival at the condo she contacted us to ensure everything was going well. We enjoyed the view of the ponds and golf course from the back patio. The jacuzzi tub is enormous and very comfortable. We really couldn't ask for more in a rental property. We Highly recommend you stay here for your next Branson visit. It was only around a 5-8 minute drive to Branson landing, or Main street.

We had such a great time on the property. The property is close to the main attractions in Branson. In addition, there were things to do at the Resort. We had fun making tie dyed shirts at the Activity Center! We would love to stay again next time we are in Branson.

The condo was exactly as described in the photos. It was perfectly located from all the activities we wanted to do. The closest pool was great on the very hot days. We were confused about the activity center and pool. We thought the enclosed pool and activity center nearest condo was the one we could go to. They told us it was only for Holiday Inn Resort residents, not condo residents.

Easy to find location and check in instructions. Bigger and better condo than I imagined. Fishing ponds right out the back door and you can actually catch fish in it. A family of deer with a little baby right out the back door. Stocked with everything you need as far as condiments, kitchenware, bath and swim towels etc. The arcade, pool tables, activity and movie room are fun for everyone. The kids had fun at the three pools that are really close to the condo. The only thing we had problems with is some of the outlets but that is literally the only negative we can think of. Overall a perfect place to stay!

Very spacious unit with many amenities that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Loved the decor and small details left for our use in the kitchen and bathroom. Kids loved the outdoor patio and pond just a few feet away. Great location close to attractions, dining and shopping. Glad we chose this unit for our stay.

We had a wonderful time . This place thought of everything that a guest could want. The view was awesome and we had fun watching the family's fish right outside out patio door. Very clean and I would highly recommend staying here and we will be back in August to stay for sure. the manager responded immediately to any questions we had. This property was just minutes from the Landing without all the heavy traffic. Grocery store just across the road made it convienant.

We were so blessed to find this place. My son participated in the MoNASP tournament at the convention center over St. Patrick's Day, in past years we've done the hotel thing - never again. Thanks to Dawn, we found our oasis away from the craziness! My family thoroughly enjoyed the location, amenities, quietness, wildlife...absolutely everything! The condo was the perfect size and felt like home away from home! A short drive across Lake Taneycomo from The Landing...we found gold at the end of the rainbow!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable and was like home away from home. Unfortunately since it was colder and we had obligations to tend to, we didn't get to enjoy the beautiful back porch and available amenities. We loved that it was so close and easy to get to the landing. We definitely would like to come back to this exact place again in the future!

Great place to stay that's not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. Yet close enough to get to all the sites in just a few minutes. The Cozy Hideaway itself is super cute! Perfect size for our family of 3. Our daughter had her own room and bathroom, which she adored (she's 6) 😊 I loved the on-suite to the master bedroom too! And the jetted tub...great for relaxing in after a busy day seeing shows and sights. Overall, I'd stay here again in a heartbeat! The name is perfectly fitting!

My Husband and I along with our two girls stayed and had a wonderful time the home was set up beautifully and the location was perfect. The owners are Amazing and worked with us needing accommodations due to weather changes. We were able to make this a home away from our home and enjoy being out rather going to shows or grocery shopping with everything being close by. We loved our stay here! It's easy to get anywhere you need to be in Branson, but it's very quiet and "non-trafficky" in this area. The condo was great and well-equipped with anything you need. The sofa pulls out and there is an extra futon in one of the bedrooms, so it's easy to spread out. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful hosts and perfect location. Property was very clean and stocked with everything needed. Comes with a relaxing view right outside of patio. Plenty of space to share and spread out for everyone. Special touches like complimentary snacks and coffee as well as bathroom extras are a welcome surprise. Will definitely stay again!

The condo was perfect 🥰 The fall decor was amazing!!!! I loved the nice peacefulness of the area. Sitting out back watching the water fowl and the fish and turtles was amazing!!! Would definately recommend this place!!!
