KKSP Condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located at the Holiday Hills Resort & Golf Club. Our condo sleeps 6 with a king size bed in each bedroom and a queen sized sofa sleeper. It is an upper level condo (two small flights of stairs, eight steps each) with a beautiful view of the golf course and catch & release pond right off the back patio.

All guests have access to resort amenities such as tennis courts, playgrounds, workout room, game room, theater room, snack bar, gift shop, and multiple outdoor swimming pools.

Holiday Hills sits in a perfect location, on the the edge of Branson on East Highway 76 just three miles from historic downtown Branson and the Branson Landing. This convenient location is away from traffic and noise, but is minutes from all the shows and entertainment on Branson’s 76 Country Blvd! It is the perfect Branson location for those who desire endless sight-seeing and activities or simple relaxation. Whether you want to be near the fun and action, or just find a quiet Ozark getaway, our condo offers the perfect setting and location for your vacation.

Close to the Branson Landing. There is a great pizza place, bar and grill, and grocery store just a few blocks away and off the strip which is less busy. Everything was as advertised. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay! The location is excellent - close to the Landing and easy to get to the strip. The apartment is very spacious, super clean, and has all the amenities needed for a several-day stay. We will definitely be staying here again. It's one of the best places we have stayed in. Thanks for a great week! We will be back!

Condo was clean with good location. Nice balcony view of a small lake and golf course. Did not use the indoor pool but it was close to our rental. Will consider for future visits to Branson.

Very clean and cozy! Elegantly decorated! The kitchen was fully stocked which was really nice and a huge advantage to our group. The only inconvenience we had was the tub in the guest bedroom drained extremely slow leaving you to shower in a puddle of water, and the cable was glitchy and we were trying to watch March Madness. The manager was very responsive when contacted about the cable. We didn’t bother mentioning the tub and just used the master bedroom shower. Overall it was a great stay, I’d definitely stay again.

Unit is always nice, clean, and nicely decorated for the season. Host communicates promptly. We’d recommend this property to anyone. Only about 10 minutes (if that) from the landing.

The overall stay was excellent, the only downfall was the heat wasn’t working properly. It was cold (night temperature was about 63 - 65 degrees) while sleeping. The thermostat was set to 71 degrees at night, but never made it. I do completely understand not wanting a high electric bill, but a little warmer during the night would have been great!! The place was clean and had what was needed for the stay!!

Myself and a small group of friends stayed for the Women of Joy conference. This property was just minutes away from the Branson Convention Center where the conference was held as well as shopping and dining at The Landing. The property manager even accommodated our hour earlier check-in so that we could get settled before the conference. We have already talked about booking the same unit for next year.

Pretty scenery. Nice kitchen with all the kitchen supplies. However the second bedroom seemed to be an add on with a dirty window unit. The bathroom in that bedroom didn’t work as well either. Bathtub wouldn’t plug and the shower wouldn’t drain. There were also quite a few dead flies on the window ledge. I enjoyed being away from the chaos of downtown though.

Condo is exactly as pictured, very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The balcony was prob one our favorite things about the place, very peaceful and enjoyed sitting out drinking coffee in the morning, watching the fish and turtles in the pond. The only thing I would say is with the pools, you cannot access the indoor pool, only outdoor pools on property were available so for fall/winter visits with children be aware. We will definitely be back!

I would book this particular Condo again. Pool was a very short walk from Condo. Community Center was a short drive. However, other amenities for children are not located close enough for convenience. There are 2 sets of 8 steps, but we had a teenager who helped with luggage. I hope to return to this very place! Shower in Master had very little water pressure though. PAM W.

It was perfect for our family of 5, clean, stocked with everything you would need from home. Beautiful view of the pond, while sitting on the balcony. Big bedrooms, very roomy and comfortable clean beds. We were so impressed, cant wait to go again.

The unit was clean, in a good location and has been kept up to date. We’ve had some bad luck with units in Holiday Hills recently, but will definitely stay in this one again. Please note, there were a lot of religious items around the condo. Some were Christmas related and some look like they are there Year-round. We thought that was a bit odd for a vacation rental, but not necessarily odd for Branson.
