About this apartment rental

Our 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is comfortable and spacious. It's on the ground floor, but there are steps from the parking lot down to our front door. Each bedroom has a king size bed, private bath, LED TV. The master bath has a beautiful tiled walk-in shower. Our patio offers a beautiful view of the golf course and fishing ponds. Just a few steps from the front door is an outdoor pool and tennis court. Just a block away is a snack bar and activity center with pool table, games and movies to rent.
Across the golf course is a large outdoor pool and hot tub (passes provided by owner)

The roomy living room has a queen size hideabed, recliner, glider, LED TV and secure WiFi are provided, as well as washer and dryer. You will find about everything you need in the kitchen except the food and beverages!

Holiday Hills Resort is located 2 1/2 miles from downtown Branson and the beautiful Branson Landing shopping and dining area on Lake Taneycomo. Ten minutes away is the famous Highway 76 which boasts of many live theaters, restaurants, recreation areas, etc.

My husband, myself and my elderly parents planned a vacation Branson and before booking I specifically asked if this location would be doable for my parents who use a walker and a cane. I was told there were 3-5 steps from the parking lot or a slight hill to get to the main entrance. Unfortunately; when we arrived, there were 15 steps and an EXTREMELY steep hill that is not at all walker, cane or limited mobility friendly in any way! 😥 I was heartsick and very disappointed that my parents would now have to struggle to enter and exit the building for our entire vacation. The condo itself was very nice but I was just so upset that I was told one thing and then got the complete opposite. If you (or your loved ones) have any kind of limited mobility this is NOT the place for you.

We enjoyed the room. It was very quiet and clean. If we were to make any suggestions, it would be for a little better mattress and address the water pressure in the showers. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

This is the perfect location to get to the convention center and Branson Landing. We were there for a dance competition and had to be there multiple days. The unit was spacious and clean. The bathroom was great for getting stage ready, although there was no door into the bathroom area with the sinks and the mirrors, there was a door to the toilet and shower. This made getting up early inconvenient for anyone still sleeping in that room. The kitchen worked for what we needed it for and had everything you would need. The location was right across from one of the pools.

Very nice place and location was perfect. You do need to take out your own garbage and do a load of laundry before leaving and the washer would not drain or spin so had to stay an extra hour to try different settings before I could leave. It ended up working on quick wash so if you stay I recommend that. Otherwise it was perfect and would stay there again.

Very easy check in process. Nice place to stay. Easy access to Branson 76 strip and short drive to Branson Landing shopping.

Very impressed. Location was great and I must say that this was the best supplied condo we have stayed in. Cupboards labeled and every utensil you might need. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both bathrooms. Great stay!!! Will definitely cime back.

There are lots of pools to choose from . One smaller one right across from the building! Only suggestion i have is to upgrade the tv in living room with a streaming stick/ device

Overall really good. The property has a couple swimming pool options. One is right across from the condo and then a larger one closer to the clubhouse at the golf course. Checkin process was easy and condo has everything that you should need for your stay.

I liked the overall feel of the place, it was quiet and comfortable, nice and roomy as well. Nice pool right across from the building, little pond right behind the building. Overall i would book again.

We definitely enjoyed our stay! Condo was clean and the location was a quite. Kids enjoyed swimming, gym, and the arcade activity center(especially when it rained). So many attractions in Branson! We went to Silver Dollar City and the Wax Museum. We enjoyed Downtown Branson and our favorite was Mr.B’s homemade ice cream! We did so much but I was most grateful to have chosen a safe place for my family to enjoy. They were impressed, Mom picked a good one!!

We enjoyed our stay here. The owners were great at responding to any questions so we easily had any answers that were needed. I think it would be a nice touch to have someone reach out, as soon as someone makes a reservation, just letting them know that someone will be in contact with check in info etc close to arrival. Being furat time vrbo users we stayed a little nervous through the waiting process (that would've been anywhere though not just here). We loved the back patio view and were right next to the pool and tennis court. We will definitely keep this place on our list of "to stay ats" in Branson!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was super clean and comfortable, and the area is beautiful. The rental process was so easy, I highly recommend this property. We were slightly disappointed that we did not have access to the indoor pool but it was not a major factor for us.

The best aspect of this trip was how comfortable the beds were. Everyone of us commented about that and how well we all slept. The condo was very clean and the space was the perfect size for 4 adults. Bill was incredibly easy to get in contact with, especially when I needed help with entry because I wasn’t familiar with that type of keyless lock. It was a really comfortable condo and a great overall experience. Only 6-7 minutes from the convention center, which is where we were headed each day.

The property was as advertised. Very clean, spacious and had every convenience. I needed to contact Bill and he responded immediately and solved my problem. The condo was located in a beautiful area. It was about 2 miles from the downtown area and a little farther from the theaters etc. We had never been to Branson before so it involved a bit more driving than expected but all in all very manageable. We would certainly stay again if we were in Branson. Marjorie and Joe
