Amazing hotel, wish we could have stayed longer!

Absolutely everything, from the moment we arrived we were blown away by the kind staff and the hotel architecture/grounds. The art work and detailing of the hotel architecture is amazing. The view from the hotel and infinity pool of the castle and surrounding area is magical. The room was beautiful and the bed felt like sleeping on clouds. All the staff were attentive and kind and breakfast and dinner was phenomenal . It was a really nice touch that Antonio personally sought us out and welcomed us on the first day. Thankyou all for the great experience, we will definitely be back.

Das Hotel hat eine wundervolle Architektur, sehr schöne Zimmer und eine hervorragende Küche. Von der Terrasse hat man beim Frühstück und auch beim Dinner einen wunderschönen Ausblick.

Excellent stay at one the most beautifull adults-only hotels on Mallorca

We enjoyed every minute of our stay in Hotel Creu de Tau Art & Spa. The hotel, the room, the pools, the bar were excellent. The view from the terras and outdoor pool is breath-taking. The dinner in restaurant Cova Negra is of high level cuisine - star quality. We really enjoyed it. Antonio and staff underline the meaning of hospitality. Thank you and hopefully till next time soon. We will definitely return to Capdepera and this hotel.

Pure perfection

It’s pure perfection! From the moment you walk through the door you’re greeted by super sweet staff members. The architecture is phenomenal, and absolutely stunning. It’s hart to pin down what was our favorite part, because it was unbelievable. The staff definitely creates a magical experience, and the Manager goes above and beyond to ensure that you have the best experience. I’m speechless, honestly the best hotel I’ve ever been to, and I’m not sure when I will have anything like this again.

The Manager and his staff made us feel at home from the start. Great rooms and facilities.

The food was great, awesome selection for breakfast and the main restaurant food was beautiful. The staff (a small team) were friendly and attentive. The pool and other facilities were spotless We used the outdoor pool and the indoor Spa as well. My wife had a pedicure which she was very happy with. The location was great for walking into Capdepera it also allowed easy access for parking at the Hotel. I contracted an ear infection, the Manager Antonio, arranged for a doctor to visit within 30 minutes. This hotel has an exclusive feel, a very relaxed vibe. Overall we could not have been happier

A great experience

A great hotel, very clean, nice pool facilities. Tony, the manager does a great job in being connected with the guests and providing a great experience.

As mentioned above, the hotel is indeed great. There is however room for improving in terms of the quality of the cocktails ordered at the pool.

Beautiful relaxing hotel with exceptional quality food and service.

Everything! The personal service from the staff and the food were exceptional. From Reception to the personal touch from Antonio we were made to feel really welcome and that nothing was too much trouble. The spa is small but the pool is lovely and I recommend a massage from Noellia (apologies for spelling) Thank you

Relaxing and extremely comfortable

Beautiful converted Nunnery with gorgeous pool sauna area there is also a small pool outside.. fantastic breakfast lots of choice both cooked and from the buffet. Restaurant in the hotel a little pricy but of a high standard, you can walk into town and there are some good restaurants there. I will hope to stay here again in the future.

Exceptional

We recently had an excellent stay at Hotel Creu de Tau Art & Spa. The hotel and the people working there were simply wonderful. The hotel has a unique design where the entire thought is elegant style and calm atmosphere. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional and the room spotless every time it was cleaned. Breakfast was held in the hotel restaurant where on top of bread with selection of toppings, pastries, yoghurt, and fruits, we could ask for variety of warm food (e.g., eggs and pancakes) which was then freshly made. Though we did not go for the ‘all inclusive’ option for our stay, we tried the restaurant a couple of times for dinner during our stay, and it was much better than what we expected. The hotel restaurant is simply put, a restaurant where rather than buffet style dinner, you get dinner that is freshly prepared, high quality, and delicious. The location of the hotel is in a beautiful small town that is about 5-minute drive from the closest beach, and within driving distance of most of the beautiful things Mallorca has to offer. This was perfect for us as we liked the idea of having access to the beach, but we just really wanted to relax and see the beauties that Mallorca has to offer. Deserves 5*

We are on the final night of our stay here and simply cannot recommend it highly enough. Spectacularly appointed, stunningly decorated throughout and immaculately clean. The local area is just beautiful, with plenty of gorgeous local restaurants nearby as well as beautiful beaches just 10 mins away. Tony and Manuela are both wonderful and have made our whole stay so special, as have the housekeeping and restaurant personnel. We have been celebrating my husband’s birthday and it has been so memorable. We were even offered a room upgrade to an even more beautiful room than the first. Gorgeous indoor and outdoor pools and gardens and so incredibly relaxing - this hotel really deserves 5 stars and we really hope to be able to return here again. You won’t regret booking Hotel Creu de Tau - even better than in the photos.

Relaxing, luxurious short holiday with culinary highlights among "friends"

Very rich and tasty breakfast with fresh and regional products. A variety of breads baked by the restaurant itself. The hotel's own restaurant offers tasty and creative dishes for dinner at slightly higher prices than the restaurants in town and the surrounding area such as in Cala Rajada or Arta. The rooms were air-conditioned, very large and clean, great oversized box spring beds. A pleasant smell permeated the whole hotel. The view from the balcony and from our room (2nd floor) went all the way to the sea of the east and north coast. The location is predestined for hiking and cycling tours in the northeast of Mallorca. By car you can also reach the Tramutana or Palma within an hour. And last but not least, the staff and hotel management are very caring and hospitable. You feel very welcome. Many thanks to Antonio and his team. You are doing a great job.

If you sleep with the balcony door open, facing the street, and have a light sleep, you should choose a room facing the garden. In the morning, the traffic could wake you up at 6am. This is just a tip for late sleepers with an open window. In any case, it did not bother us on the second floor and therefore cannot be considered as a negative aspect.

Fantastic hotel with lots of character and great staff

The hotel is set in a beautiful building which has been tastefully restored. All of the staff were excellent, very friendly and incredibly helpful. We arrived by car and the car park was a breeze; easily accessible at the side of the hotel. The room was spacious and very comfortable with a nice view over the village. There is an amazing indoor pool which provides a nice relaxing place to chill out. The spa is also a must. There are so many plus points to this hotel in my opinion and we would not hesitate to stop here again.

Great attractive boutique hotel with great staff and facilities

The staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming, the hotel was beautiful, room a lovely size with great shower. Bed very comfortable. TV had good choice of channels. Breakfast was faultless and we ate in the restaurant just once which was a little pricey but the quality of food and service matched. The spa as very nice and whilst we were there used the indoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi (had to ourselves each time we used it). Had a great massage too. Outdoor pool area with loungers also very good. Would not hesitate to return and would happily recommend a stay.

Everything was great.

Staff was amazing, the restaurant was incredible for dinner and really good for breakfast. Spa facilities were lovely and the overall hotel was just a lovely place.

Room was always too cold when returning to the room, could not figure out how to raise the temperature reliably. Massages were booked out for my entire stay (4 days)

Very good

The hotel is beautiful, intimist and the room is lovely, cozy, and well-decorated. The bed in the hotel is extremely comfortable, and all the staff very helpful and sweet. The hotel manager makes a point of introducing himself, making the whole experience very good.

We were unlucky enough to get two rainy days, so we ended up staying more inside the spa, which left a little to be desired. Another point that disappointed us a little was the dinner, the food in our opinion could have been a little more special.

Beautiful, intimate & tranquil…

We booked this hotel as a honeymoon having just got married in Mallorca. We were not disappointed. From the moment we entered, we were made to feel extremely welcome. The hotel itself is intimate, beautifully decorated, smells devine and has such a sense of tranquility. There is not a single part of the hotel we can fault. Highly recommend visiting the restaurant and booking in for a massage at the spa. It truly is the perfect break for couples. All of the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. A special shout-out to Antonio, the hotel manager who could not do enough for us. Antonio, thank you for going above and beyond to make sure our honeymoon was perfect. We can’t wait to come back!

wonderfull stay, great spacious rooms, nice spa facilities, and very considerate staff!

Great breakfast facilities. Awesome staff that would remember how you'd like your coffee after the first day. Any additional requests handled swiftly

Unfortunately there was no gym facilities, besides a spin-bike on our balcony. I believe with a little bit of refitting the hotel could add a small gym as an additional facility :)
