4.7
Lovely boutique hotel atmosphere.
Stylish furniture and decoration.
Peaceful place.
Diversified, quality and tasty breakfast.
Restaurant with fine food in the evening.
Very friendly staff.
Great equipment for babies.
Parking is practical.
Capdepera is as lovely village to visit.
Nothing to complain about related to the hotel.
Cala Rajada, the closest town, is not a nice one.
4.7
This is a lovely hotel with a relaxing atmosphere.
The pool area is very nice and the restaurant was excellent.
We had a large and comfortable room with a very good bathroom.
The whole hotel is extremely clean and all the staff were super helpful and friendly.
4.7
beautifully rebuilt farmhouse
needs more children bicycles - just a minor point!

The breakfast is fantastic with en extensive buffé. I stayed in a huge room with a rooftop terrass for my personal use. The rest of the family stayed in Sa Caseta with its private garden, very nice for our 5-year old to run around in.
What's not to like, Predi Son Jaumell is the ultimate place for a family holiday. It was the second time I stayed here and I will come back!
4.7
Sumptuous breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Great service. Lovely grounds. The yoga sessions were a great start to the day.

so peaceful and the staff were amazingly helpful and friendly
there was nothing to dislike

Beautiful grounds nestled a short distance from the town - feels remote but isn’t. We encountered an issue the first evening with the room (one of the ground floor rooms), but we were swiftly moved to a different room in the main building and it made all the difference.
The rooms are very spacious and everything was clean and considered (the free wine from their vineyard is a lovely touch). The staff were incredibly kind, helpful and eager to help us have the best possible time - including switching our room unexpectedly, and suggesting activities.
The bistro food was very good and we loved the breakfast - we found the options did in fact vary day-to-day. We’d certainly recommend this hotel, however, would strongly suggest you request a room in the main building.
Air conditioning in the ground floor room didn’t keep the room cool, there was also quite a bit of damp, but this really is to be expected with such old stone (and as mentioned we switched rooms).

Property was absolutely stunning, our room was spacious and super comfortable with lots of nice touches. The highlight was the pool and comfy beds as well as the food which was amazing.
Nothing!
4.7
Beautiful hotel with attentive and engaged staff. Bistro food and breakfast buffet were superb.
Tranquil spot within walking distance of a secluded beach and a pretty castle on the hill. A world away from the Cala Ratjada which is the other side of Capdepera.
4.7
lovely property amazing food and exceptional service
4.7
A l carte restaurant excellent
Pool, sun beds and sun shades v good
Excellent a la carte breakfast
4hour wait for a taxi that never arrived!
Hotel needs to have a reliable arrangement with a local taxi firm or otherwise offer it own driver/transport.
Standing outside by the road with your cases in blazing sunshine for a booked taxi that doesn't arrive is not acceptable for a
purported 4/5 star hotel.
4.7
overall lack of atmosphere
4.7
The staff are extremely professional and very friendly, they went out of their way to help with any requests.
We would have preferred a wider selection of lighter menu options.
4.7
The hotel is beautiful and the room is large with a huge bed. The shower and bath were amazing. The staff were always really friendly and helpful and there were some lovely personal touches we really appreciated. The views from our room were out of this world and we loved close by Arta and Capdepera.
The hotel was quite far from some of the more touristy spots, so there was lots of driving l, but that didn’t bother us too much. The hotel is wonderful and beautiful but we were really really disappointed with the Bistro restaurant. The food was inedible in some cases and was hugely overpriced. We only ate once and even bought sandwiches from a local supermarket to avoid eating our lunches there when we had days by the pool.
4.7
The staff were very attentive and the location great to explore the north east of the island.
There is always more one could expect from a hotel but the staff and ambiance made our stay a delight

This hotel is truly a gem.
Beautiful rural hotel. Amazing food, quiet and relaxed vibe.
The pool area is so nice and beautiful beaches very close by. The staff were so very helpful and nice.
We had a wonderful stay and we hope to come back soon.
4.7
The staff, the decor and the location
4.7
Beautiful peaceful hotel - amazing food and good value for money. Big spacious rooms - can bike ride down to the beach
4.7
The waiters in the bistro are very friendly and helpful.
Where to begin.
Unfortunately everything here looks better than it is.
More things were wrong than they were right.
Reception / front desk were clueless. They couldn't accommodate the simplest of tasks - reserving a table in their own restaurant, ordering a big enough taxi with two days notice or letting us know if we could store our road bikes in a secure place somewhere.
Only 1l per room of water was provided complimentary and they advised us not to drink the water from the tap.
Also striking that they ask for full payment the moment you check in.
Rooms are not really private (and we had a garden junior suite). Not peaceful (road close by) and with limited gardens / grounds.
All in all no value for money. As with this price one expects a level of exclusivity that was sadly absent.

Very comfortable and luxurious Finca, very pleasant beds
Unfortunately the swimming pool is not open before 9 am

The garden suite with terrace is very nice, the two rooms are large and the small terrace in front is very lovely. The breakfast is generous.
One member of staff in particular, Ruth, was very lovely. She went out of her way with our son and overall made our stay very pleasant.
At October half term, the property was relatively empty so the pool area was very relaxing and it felt very child friendly for our 3.5 year old son.
The pool wasnt heated as stated which meant we couldn’t swim in October temperatures. The air conditioning had been switched off for the entire property and despite repeated requests for it to be turned on it wasn’t.
The food at the bistro is hit and miss.
The hotel was nice overall but felt overpriced for per night cost with a lack of consistent service and limited facilities.
Charging for £4 one new bottle of water in the room per night when the hotel is relatively remote for nearly £400 per night seemed unnecessary.
