Vriendelijk personeel en prachtige kamer op mooie locatie in een goed aangelegde tuin

Great location, beautiful environment
This isn’t exactly a hotel.. Reception is empty from noon onwards and it is missing some amenities such as restaurant, room service etc.
Breakfast falls short too with staff bringing up excuses as to why orange juice isn’t available

room was big and comfortable
property was secluded and peaceful

no internet at pool and on the terrace

quiet location , rural yet 5 min from the beautiful town of Arta and 20m from the nearest beaches.
rooms were a great size. staff were very friendly. breakfast was great
nothing. people should be aware dinner is only offered here Twice a week and also it’s not permitted to use the cooking facilities here although there are snacks, cakes, fruit, teas, coffees available on a self service basis.

The set-up is perfect for a super relaxing break, with intimacy, and surrounded by a beautiful environment. Everything is nicely designed and the rooms are like little apartments, very spacious, super comfortable and with a private terrace for every room.
There is no restaurant for lunch and dinner, but some amenities to still enjoy a snack or drink in the room's terrace.
4.0
The room is spacious and the bathroom is awesome with all needed toiletries.
The hotel is in a rural area and feels very peaceful. It's a good place to clean your mind.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
The pool doesn't have night illumination, so when it's dark, swimming is not possible anymore.
The breakfast is moderate in choice, though everything was fresh. You get a plate with various snacks, and it's not possible to pick snacks yourself as it usually is in hotels.
There is no restaurant on the territory, so you need to organize dinners yourself.
The hotel is in remote location. I can't imagine staying there without a car. Though might be fine with a bicycle, too.
There are very friendly and curious chickens walking around the territory. Once I was not looking and two chickens went into the room and pooped on the floor. It was not a big deal, we are still laughing about it. I grew up with chickens in our garden but for some people it might be annoying.

We really loved the little details put into the hotel (e.g. decor elements, honesty bar). All the staff was super friendly and helpful all the time. We didn’t need their help, but saw from other guests that they really put an effort into making you feel welcomed and enjoy your stay.
We also enjoyed breakfast everyday, which was a delicious mix of local specialties.
The room was very clean and beautiful, with a lot of sand and earth tones.

The property is absolutely stunning; beautiful location, incredible attention to detail, exceptionally clean, excellent breakfast, very friendly staff. 100% recommend for a romantic, relaxing stay in a lovely, quiet part of the island. We would absolutely love to return one day.

Beautiful space, reading by the fireplace, delicious breakfast, walking distance from Arta, wonderful farm lands around, comfortable bed and pillows and on and on :)

The hotel is beautiful, not too far from the beach (by car), and the staff was very nice and attentive.
Everything was great. Maybe having two bedsheets instead of a big single one would have been nice, but it was not indispensable.

This is the 2nd time we go there.
Amazing place, extremely well designed, we totally love it.
Ideal to relax for a few days in the middle of the countryside, with no noise and an amazing landscape to look at.
You also have a little terrace that you will for sure enjoy with a glass of wine at sunset, and our room had a little living room which is very enjoyable too.
They serve homemade delicious pies in the afternoon.
Very nearby to great beaches.
The pool is amazing, and the staff extremely kind.
Totally recommendable! We will go back for sure!
Breakfast could be slightly improved in terms of "logistics".
They usually serve a "3 levels dessert/ tea tray" with a bit of everything (jam, butter, cheese and cold cuts) given the space on the small tables, but i found it a bit uncomfortable.
I would rather prefer a mini buffet to serve myself, and to avoid annoying the staff with the selection of things I´d like to eat (to avoid throwing them away afterwards), but not sure if this has been due to Covid protocols.
Otherwise, very nice.

Absolutely gorgeous finca outside beautiful town of Arta. Rooms were stunning and had lovely terraces with a view. Pool area was lovely too and the breakfast was fab (thank you to Maria!). We hope to come back next year.

Nothing!

Location is amazing. Fantastic views and beaches nearby. Arta is lovely although food is expensive. I liked the honesty approach which meant when staff were not there we could help ourselves. Lovely pool and beds with views of lemon orchard.
Room was a bit dusty in places bedside mats were rolling up and a trip hazard so I rolled them up and put them under the bed. The rubber backing was coming away so left bits. Ants could get in under the door so had to be careful about storing food. I asked for a kettle which was provided as ai drink tea.

Tranquility. Non invasive personnel
Nothing really

The beautiful prepared breakfast to the open bar, gave a very 'at home' feeling. Surrounded by nature, it is a perfect spot to relax and wind down. Great country hideaway to visit the different beaches.

Beautiful setting, great location with great restaurants near by, that were suggested by the owner who was very friendly
