Could do better!

Whilst the room was, fine, I don't think they have been decorated in years. The room was very cold and the duvet was very thin. Check in and checkout was rather incoherent.

I liked the decor down stairs and the staff were lovely

The location is a bit out the way, the room for what I paid wasn’t worth the money in my opinion. Tv didn’t work at all.

Great location, exceptionally clean and very friendly.

Fabulous location, great staff and was exceptionally clean. Easy to walk into city centre and bus stop to airport opposite.

Only minor gripe was at breakfast. The food was excellent apart from the orange juice seemed to be watered down and terrible colour and an even worse taste. But everything else with the stay was exceptional and would be back there again in a heartbeat.

Buen ambiente, personal muy amable y habitaciones limpias

Hola, cuando llegamos habia un problema con el agua caliente en todo el hotel, no podiamos ducharnos pero intentaron solventarlo. Al dia siguiente decidimos desayunar en el hotel y como compensación no nos cobraron el desayuno. Fueron muy amables todo el tiempo.

El problema del agua caliente, que solucionaron unas horas más tarde.

As expected, good standard with efficiency being the key word. Comfortable for the price. Reliable.

Location good. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean room. Good shower. V comfy mattress.

Room warm and small. Functional but efficient vibe. Not enough tea! No biccies! No toothpaste. Minor issues but added to feeling of cost effectiveness rather than “nice touches”.

Das Personal war nicht besonders freundlich und wenig hilfsbereit. Wir haben einen weiteren Aufenthalt storniert, da wir uns nicht wohl gefühlt haben.

Convenient, spacious and trendy

The location is excellent - Glasgow Central station and local pubs and retaurants are all within walking distance. The team went out of their way to make our special stay a memorable one.

Great for an overnight stop off but the beds aren’t the greatest

Location and style of the reception and bar/restaurant area. The rooms are a great size for what we were needing

Überall Teppich, das Zimmer sollte mal wieder gestrichen werden. Matratze war durchgelegen. Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen.

I liked everything about this hotel. Nice and clean with friendly staffs. Loved the lounge and Pool table , good vibes :)

Great hotel, great location for central Glasgow

Nice simple room, everything you need. Nice clean bed and good bar etc down the stairs.

Shower area could have been cleaner.

Nothing special but ideal for one night in the city for work.

Lively hotel with restaurant and bar. Perfect if one needs to work as you can use your laptop while having a beer.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing; another not so good aspect was that instead of making the bed the next morning (pulling the sheets and tidying up the bed) they simply put the duvet over the sheets and when we went into bed we realised that it was not done properly.

Decent room, would stay again but wouldn’t go near the breakfast!

Room was clean

Pillows were very hard. Veggie breakfast options not very good! We asked if they had anything to substitute for the bacon, black pudding and bacon options for other guests. Sadly all they gave us was one (very dry) veggie sausage each! Had to speak to the duty manager who did give us a refund for the breakfast but was a disappointing experience overall.

Breakfast was really poor … no staff no spoons no stirrers for coffee no marmalade no croissants and poor cheap quality food thatching people left

Very clean facility, friendly staff, cosy, quiet room with all amenities (ironing board, hairdryer, kettle, etc.) in a handy area for both the congress centre and the city centre.

Decent stay

Location, rooms are quiet. Really nice bar/foyer.

I’ve been staying here for years and the rooms are a little tired and need a bit of a refresh. Also was in a room that was too small for two massive chair in front of wardrobe and mini dressing table which made it really difficult to do anything other than stay on the bed.

Ikke i henhold til rating. Er ok, men absolutt ikke mer en 6er.

Fin beliggenhet og bra med mulighet å kjøpe litt mat og kaffe ved bardisken.

Frokosten hadde pulver egg og det er ikke godt. Ellers var resten ok. Personalet fylte ikke veldig raskt på frokosten og man måtte vente etter bestikk, glass, tallerken, yogurt osv. Rommet var veldig lite og hadde bare et bord ved ene siden av sengen og ikke noe på den andre siden. Hvis man kommer med to vanlige kofferter da er ikke plass for å åpne de uten å legge dem på sengen.

Relaxing and convenient. Cool place!

Location was very convenient for walking, perfect for a visit to the city without a car. Relaxed and modern atmosphere. Decent restaurant on site. Friendly staff.

Breakfast was good, but some food items seemed to run out quickly? Not sure if stuff was being restocked or not throughout the course of the breakfast time? I visited during the first half / mid-way through serving times during my stay.
