Well-furnished, well-equipped kitchen, well-maintained facilities, spacious, clean, good host.

Would have been very helpful to have a portable ventilator or some air conditioner during hot summer days, the washing machine payment system should be upgraded (got charged twice without getting it to work even after following the instructions)

Good stay in Heidelberg.

Very lovely woodland walk to Heidelberg Castle.Great to have a washing machine.

Didn't like the door on level 2 outside car park was always open. Horrible smell of weed coming up from below. Finding the apartment from the garage wasn't easy at first. Some instructions in different languages for washing machine,microwave,TV,

Perfect.

Alles was voor ons perfect. Host, dhr. Lars Reichel legde met foto duidelijk uit hoe we konden inchecken. Op eerdere vragen gaf hij snel en duidelijk antwoord. Het appartement was erg schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het bed had een goed matras, we hebben heerlijk geslapen. Een groot pluspunt was dat onze auto in de privé garage kon worden geparkeerd. We hebben de bus (lijn 29) gepakt om naar de Altstadt te gaan. (Uitstapplaats Universitätsplatz) Wat ons betreft een aanrader.

Klein aber Fein

Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, wirklich alles, super Ausstattung, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, und gute Küchenausstattung, es fehlt nur noch ein Korkenzieher, auch das Bad war sehr nett ausgestattet. Und die Betten und Bettdecken, sowie zwei verschiedene Kopfkissen waren der Hammer. Wir fühlten uns in diesen zwei Tagen sehr gut aufgehoben, denn auch der Kontakt war über WhatsApp sehr komfortabel, so das wir sogar unser Auto in der Tiefgarage gelassen haben und mit dem Bus nach Heidelberg reingefahren sind und somit die Gegend um Heidelberg besser kennenlernen konnten.

Der Hausflur und der Fahrstuhl waren sehr schmutzig. Leider muss ich das erwähnen, denn hier muss dran gearbeitet werden.

Wir sind früher abgereist, da nicht mehr zumutbar

Appartment war in Ordnung , alles sauber und schön,

Der Zugang, das Treppenhaus war sehr schmutzig,5 Etagen zu Fuß, da der Aufzug defekt war, die Tiefgarage war mehr eine Deponie. Das sind aber alles Sachen der Hausbewohner, hat nichts mit dem Vermieter zu tun.

Keine Geschäfte und kaum Restaurants in der Nähe. Besen oder Staubsauger hat gefehlt.

Klein maar fijne studio voor een goede prijs

Goede communicatie met de beheerder, eigen plek in de parkeergarage onder het gebouw. Ook stopte de bus voor de deur.

Te weinig haakjes voor o.a. handdoeken, badjassen.

Estadia básica

O apartamento é compacto, porém há espaço suficiente para 2 pessoas. A cozinha possui o básico para uma refeição simples. A vista é muito bonita. Estava tudo limpo e a roupa de cama é muito macia e branca. A localização é boa para quem está de carro.

Tinha um cheiro de cigarro no corredor e no elevador que acabava entrando no apartamento. A garagem está bastante suja, assim como o acesso ao elevador. Um pouco distante das atrações turísticas.

Heidelberg immer eine Reise wert

Platzmäßig völlig ausreichend und passend ausgestattet. Wir waren immer den ganzen Tag unterwegs und haben nur dort geschlafen, kochen für 2 wäre aber auch möglich gewesen. 😀 Abends trotz offener Fenster angenehm ruhig. Unterkunft war sauber und Absprachen wegen Schlüssel völlig unproblematisch, TG Stellplatz kostenlos dazubuchbar, sollte man auch machen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

NEVER STAY HERE, Horrible Smelling apartment and bad host!

Though apartment smells horrible and entire building smells like smoke, apartment is nicely equipped as a hotel apartment, host gave clear and easy self check-in instructions. Free parking on site is a plus

Entire building smells like an ashtray from the moment you walk into the entrance. The elevator has an unbearably bad smell, we had to hold our breath to make it up. Even using the stairs is horrible as it smells like smoke. The hallway of the floor is horrendous. The smell of smoke in the entire building and surrounding areas is unbearable. The smell permeates the apartment as well. When you take a shower the automatic ventilation turns on bringing the smell of smoke into the bathroom/apartment. If you turn on the ventilation/air in the apartment it also smells like smoke and brings the smell of smoke into the apartment. The apartment already smells bad and the smell of smoke makes it worse. The experience was unbearable. The host was extremely rude and denied that the building/apartment smelled like smoke even though there are multiple reviews discussing it. The host refused to let me move out and refund the nights we didn't stay. The host insisted to charge us for 7 nights though we couldn't stay after the first night. He was rude, lied and denied absolute facts. I wanted to call the police but didn't want to ruin my vacation further. I ended up booking another hotel room

Juwel im Plattenbau

Eine sehr schön eingerichtete Miniwohnung. Hell, gepflegt und sauber. Der zugehörige Balkon und der Stellplatz für das Auto sind ebenfalls lobend zu erwähnen. Das Zentrum von Heidelberg erreicht man nach 20 minütiger Busfahrt (Bismarckplatz)

Der Hauseingang, der Aufzug und das Treppenhaus sind eher runtergerockt bis gruselig.

Wir waren vollends zufrieden. Herzlichen Dank an Herrn Reichel und sein Team

Erstmals und noch dazu als "Oldies" haben wir einen gleich mehrwöchigen Urlaub in einem Appartement verbracht. Der Check in über SMS Code und Schlüsselsafe hat toll geklappt, die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr ansprechend und sauber. Gut ausgestattet, sogar Kaffee Kapseln lagen bereit. Ein Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz ohne Aufpreis erleichterte uns den Aufenthalt zusätzlich. 2 Lebensmittel Geschäfte, 1 Bäckerei , 1 griechisches Restaurant sowie die Sparkasse, waren fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Waschmaschine und Trockner standen im Waschraum gegen Gebühr zur Verfügung. Auf Anfragen und Wünsche hat der GF von hometown, Herr Reichel, sehr zeitnah, freundlich und zuvorkommend reagiert und Abhilfe geschaffen. Trotz der komplexen Wohnanlage war das Appartement ruhig und anonym. 1 x pro Woche wurden Handtücher und Bettwäsche gewechselt, die Putzfee war "zauberhaft". Die Waldrandlage hat uns veranlasst schöne Spaziergänge zu machen, in der Altstadt von HD ist man in wenigen Minuten, die Städte MA, Speyer, Worms sind ruckzuck erreichbar. Fazit: Wir würden jederzeit wieder mit hometown verreisen und bedanken uns bei Herrn Reichel und seinem Team herzlich dafür.

... Das Wetter hatte besser sein können. 😉Für uns war die Waldrandlage perfekt und die Ruhe im Wohnblock, trotz der vielen Bewohner. Die Putzfee war sehr gründlich. Die GF von hometown hat alle Anfragen und Anliegen schnell persönlich beantwortet.

Very relaxing and cosy.

So cosy and nice!! Very clean and the kitchenette was very useful. The bed was comfortable and the shower was lovely. Perfect place for a relaxing holiday. Also very close to the bus stop. 10/10 for the staff, very helpful and kind.

The apartment was comfy and cosy. I had everything I needed there. The host was helpful though not always available. The bed was very nice. The kitchen was equipped with all one could need for a short stay. Nice balcony facing beautiful trees.

The key from the locker did not open the main gate. For this reason, I could not get into the flat upon arrival. This was stressful. Throughout my stay I had to use the back door by the car park. This was also stressful because I was returning to the flat alone at 3am.

Best value compare to any hotel in town

This is the best place to stay to visit EMBL lab. The shuttle stop is right in front, yet the apartment is only half of the cost from the hotel next door. It also has the bonus of a kitchen. My number one choice in the future if in town again.

The building front door can be tricky to open late at night. The host told me that the building manager will change it.

Exceptional

Everything was great. Very helpful and responsive host. Clean and warm apartment. Everything needed was available at the property (including a nice nespresso machine). Location convenient for people visiting EMBL - though slightly far from the city centre. Overall, I think this is a great accommodation option - also for longer stays.

Great Appartements in Heidelberg

Nice apartment equipped with everything. The bed was clean and the kitchen, although small, had everything to cook. The bathroom was also clean. The communication with the host was top.

The cleanness of the building corridors wasn't the best but it wasn't the host's fault. No many places to eat or see around.

Lovely stay in Heidelberg.

Modern, comfortable apartment. Dedicated, safe parking spot in the building’s secure garage. Great communication from the hosts. Easy check in with comprehensive instructions. Bus stop outside but we found city parking stations easy and cheap to use. I can highly recommend this apartment.

It was overall great. The room is spacious and has a big closet that can fit lots of clothes! Parking lot is also what's great about this apartment hotel.

There are some things that are needed to be fixed. For example, the bottom part of the shower was broken. However the shower itself wasn't a problem.
