The rooms were fresh and sparkling clean and I slept like a log in the very comfortable bed. Very rural and peaceful location.
No phone/Wi-Fi signal.

The location was close to our relatives.
Suffolk is a beautiful county. Halesworth and surrounding area is so very pretty.

looked after so we’ll. Chris was amazing
Nothing to report.

Very cosy and clean.
nothing.

Close enough to the beach, without paying beach accommodation prices. East to locate and park. We liked the breakfast brought to the room, which made life easier with two young children and there was plenty of choice.
Missed a cooked brekkie. The adjacent room had an external bathroom that was right next to ours, and when they got up in the night, the automatic hall lights came on and disturbed sleep.

Wonderful, attentive, competent hostess Chris is a lovely person. She could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable.
Having to leave!

Having the bathroom attached to my bedroom. More room tips n the bedroom and more comfortable mattress.

Breakfast was served in the room because of covid restrictions. Generally the measures to prevent covid were thoughtful and comprehensive.

Our accomodation was spotless. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast is special. It's surrounded by farms and it is so quiet and peaceful over the weekend. Very, very happy.
Have to come back for a longer period.
Professionalism throughout. There is absolutely nothing to complain about.

Breakfast excellent. Continental style due to COVID, though my husband missed his cooked breakfast. Hostess charming and very helpful. Everything spotless.

Everything was scrupulously clean, the breakfasts were really good with a great choice.

Fantastic powerful shower, useful to have access to the kitchenette. Nice sized beds, loads of attention to COVID H&S, parking right outside the room and great breakfast selection served in room.
No fault of the host, but was some very loud music playing very late on the Sunday night. I think there must have been a festival going on near by, ironic given we came from London to have some quiet!

Breakfast was good good selection.Landlady very pleasant and helpful.Comfortable bed we had good sleep.
Not been able to see out of room but it was alright for a couple of days.

Friendly service. Chris made sure we got there OK and gave us clear instructions. Great location, 20 minutes drive to Southwold.

Location , Chris the very friendly owner . exceptionally clean bedrooms & en-suite plus a kitchenette for guests use .
No cooked breakfasts , ? due to Covid , but delicious fruit , yogurts & croissants etc suited us well and delivered to our rooms at our preferred time.
A little further from our usual East of the A12 B & Bs , but loved the peaceful lanes around Crediston — hopefully we shall back 😋
Nothing !
For a longer stay we like to have armchairs in our rooms.
Also unsure whether we could sit in garden—- but we were out every day & blessed with glorious sunshine , so did not concern us , & we did not ask anyway .
4.5
Good choice for breakfast. A cooked breakfast would have been nice but understand completely that Covid restrictions made this impractical.
Nice to have the option of breakfast at a table in our room or outside our room on own table
Good location for Suffolk coast and villages.
Nothing we didn’t like. Very spacious well equipped room and our dog was very well catered for.
