Location is convenient, in the western part of Bishkek downtown, not too far from the bus station and the airport. There are many restaurants, shops, parks, cultural objects within walking distance.
We booked "Deluxe Double Room" and we were disappointed, it's an ordinary room that saw better days, not very clean, with many details telling: "we don't care". Furniture is cheap, with peeling white paint, wardrobe is tiny, the bed frame is going to have a structural failure soon, there is no fridge, and the bathtub is not as advertised on picture - just a simple white bath, which you can't fill anyway because there's no plug :-)

Single rooms are spacious and cute. Everything necessary available.
The bathroom is quite old.

Nothing !
Disgraceful !!!
We book 2 nights and came to the hotel in the night after our flight-the lady at the recception told us that there was a mistake and they are full now, insted of regular room at the hotel, she show us ultra small room with only two bad, one bad on the top of the another, with public shower and public toilet !!!!!!!!!!!!!! We go out and start walking with our bags at the middle of the night and because bishkek was full of russia pepole ther is no regular room for us after cheking near to 20 hotels !! We end up sleepig on a conference room of one of the hotell!!!

Receptionists were very helpful and accommodating.
The room was clean and comfortable.
Location is center to everything.
The smell at the reception.
People living in hostel as they kept sitting at the reception.

The receptionists were very kind and helpful! The location is great, very central, and in the (very clean) communal kitchen you can prepare your own breakfast and/or other meals.

I got assigned another room instead of the one I book it ( twin bed instead of double bed), the staff did not know how to manage the issue (thought i speak russian her answer was continously NO for anything, not polite at all)even did not try for a solution ( not even a discount for their mistake, nothing...)we were so upset considering that we travelled as a couple and was our last night in Kyrgyzstan...wifi was not working (considering that our room was close to reception, you could use only if u stand near the door) we travelled for 2 weeks and we had better wifi in the babushka guesthouse in the village of issyk kul, shower was hot but not working well (leaking all over)

We stayed only one night, good position in order to take a taxi/bus for the airport. Stuff was super nice and the room was clean.
Windows could not be open

It is really close to the city center. The room was comfortable despite being quite small. Some of the staff were helpful.
The wifi in the room didn't work properly, most of the time at all (so when we wanted to work, we had to go to the shared kitchen or to the near by cafe). When we tried to say it to someone, the staff wasn't willing to do anything about it - the best was a promise to write an email to the manager. They also couldn't work with the modern technologies and many times it was hard to find someone at the front desk. The bathroom wasn't really clean and when we wanted to open windows we had to ask at the front desk to borrow the window handle.

Nice staff, good position, good value for money (Single room);
Flexibility for anticipated check-in and late check-out

A very cosy room with 2 single beds. The stuff was very friendly and helpful, these guys were available to help you any time of day and night. Location was not far from the centre, convenient for business trip purposes and for holiday stay. The room had enough space for 2 persons, though optimal for one(I stayed alone). But frankly i had experience of staying in much smaller rooms for bigger money.
Not so easy to find the hotel though the bill with direction was on the main road nearby. There was a renovation there. But room was clean

Super sweet staff. Rooms were very basic, but clean and tidy. Nothing to complain.

Good location, the staff was overwhelmingly friendly.
Upon arrival, I found a dirty piece of underwear left by previous guests probably. When I let the staff know about that, they were surprised but didn't take any further action.
Besides, the floor was not clean at all.

The receptionists were very nice and helped me with everything: day tour bookings, tips about the city, what to do, etc
Nice room 101 in the 1st floor.
The hotel/hostel has a kitchen/dining room where you can keep/prepare your food.
The price was good.
It was a simple room, but I liked it a lot. Was walking and out making day tours, so it was perfect just to take a shower and sleep.

Location is perfect, in the center of the city. Staffs are kind and helpful in general -don't know their names- some of them were great, some of them staring at us like we are not their customer but enemy, I don't know why. But it's uncomfortable.. Some of them speak english. We were able to speak Kyrgyz too, but there were some communication problems even with English speaking ones. Rooms are not soundproof; you hear the noise from both outside and inside. Our room wasn't warm, the air conditioner didn't help, felt pretty cold especially at night. The bath was different from the photos but super clean. Water heating is another issue, sometimes it's too cold, sometimes warmish and rarely hot. There was no "do not disturb or clean my room" sign. They don't clean your room until you tell them to do. Even after I asked them to clean my room, they didn't change the bedsheets (it was our 3rd day there), we had to request again the next day. Laundry service was nice, cheap (110 som) and clean. It seems like a bad comment but it is not :D I would stay again and recommend.

Good lighting in the room. Soft and big bed.
They didn’t reply to any of my messages in Booking app. The sheets were dirty and had a weird smell. A girl at the reception were kinda lost and also she had a really unwelcome attitude. Probably it was my first and last visit at this place. Really disappointed.
