Akaroa getaway

Excellent location. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely view from the sitting area.

It is on the street so was a bit worried about noise but it wasn't an issue as they have double glazing.

Perfect place to chill out before enjoying local amenities

The location is excellent, literally across the road from the waterfront. The room was reasonably well equipped all round. Extremely convenient private parking close to the door.

The only very minor issue was being on the ground floor with a window on the road side meant you felt a little exposed to anyone passing. There are blinds and curtains so wasn't a big problem.

Very comfy stay in modern apartment in superb location.

The studio was very modern, smart, clean, and comfortable in a top-notch location. Highly recommend for a couple.

Bathroom was compact (but fine for one night). Street was a bit noisy in the morning. Windows opened onto the street so couldn't open the blinds without people peering in.

An ideal location and a comfortable studio appartment.

The location was superb.

We had no personal outside space ( patio or balcony) because the windows were at pavement ground floor level and curtains had to be used to give privacy. There was only a small round unstable coffee table at which to sit and eat a meal we had prepared.

Very pleasant for an overnight stay that had good vibes of the surrounding area.

The location was so close to the waterfront and eateries. The room was clean and fresh and we had a nice view of the street and waterfront.

There was no private outdoor area but to us that did not matter as the beachfront was only metres away.

Perfect spot - outstanding property

Perfect location, close to main wharf and cafes but remarkably quiet at night. Modern and well appointed.

The only suggestion I have, and it is minor, is to put a shelf in the shower cubicle to hold everything. The windows ledge gets awfully crowded.

Lovely studio apartment near the water.

Excellent location across the street from beach, ocean view, nice restaurant just across the street, comfortable modern studio apartment: nice kitchenette, good shower, comfy bed and pillows.

Weak internet connection, LED lights need dimmers, no bathrobes, a coffee machine (and not freeze dried) would be better.

Was sad that we did not get a unit with a better view, it was expensive and we expected a good view. The view was half a view, right on the foothpath was the window, people walking past could look inside if we had the blind up to look at the half of a view as there was a building in the way.

Easy car parking Clean sparkling finish throughout,compact studio Great location,nice views, close to restaurants,food,gift shopping. No steps Well equipped kitchen Great bathroom.

Ground floor next to footpath. No dining table,just ocassional tables
