The location was great! The hotel has a beautiful harbor view and it has a beautiful cozy cafe/ restaurant on site with a nice view. Walking distance to Cheonjiyeon Falls, and Saeyeongyo Bridge that connects to Saeyeom Island. It’s also walking distance to Seogwipo Olle traditional market, Lee Jung Seop street, and Arang Joeul Tasty street.

We had a little bit of trouble finding the place because it seems to have more than one name, but when our app said we were there (it was right in from of the entrance of a kind of underground parking lot) we really were at the right place. From there, we could easily walk to restaurants, convenience stores and whatever we needed. There is a site nearby with nice waterfalls ; it's just a two-minute drive on the other side of the harbor. The beds were so comfortable and the pillows were soft and fluffy. Oftentimes in Korea places offer hard beds, so that was a very nice change. The room had a small balcony. The room was really soundproof; at east, we didn't hear anything. Unfortunately, we were there just for one night and the next day was the day off for the restaurant, so we didn't have a chance to eat there but the menu looked good and the outdoor terrace (we could see it from our balcony) looked nice.

Excellent, helpful staff, easy to check in late at night. Very close to go sightseeing and hiking around Soegwipo.
It's by the water so you need to go high up to get a bus to travel around the island. Tiny towels.

The room is spacious and clean. Good location.
The hotel do not provide bath towel. They only provide small towel, it is hard for me to use when I wash my hair.

Staff is super friendly.
Good location, within walking distance to the waterfalls and also has several convenience stores around (I still recommend renting a car to explore Jeju).
Room was huge, with a great view to the harbor.
Amazing value for money
The facilities are a little dated and cleaning was not consistent.
Some days, the room was properly cleaned while others it seemed like they only changed towels.

The room was vere spacious and the beds were comfortable and big. One of us is 1.80 meters and it was long enough for her. The shower was nice and the room was clean. The women in the reception was very kind and the restaurant at the hotel delicious.
3.5
Room is spacious and clean. Beds are very comfortable. Good layout for the toilet, shower area and wash basin, all with its separate doors, This way, no one needs to wait for one another to use the toilet or shower.
My booking was for 4 adults, but the amenities provided were for twos. There were NO BATH towel at all except hand towels. Provided 2 cups and 2 coffee packs but no teaspoon/stirrer at all. As we checked in at about 10pm, the staff had gone off duty so we had to communicate through chat messaging. Also, the room booking was for "Mountain view" but the room we stayed in was facing some backyard. Quite disappointed too that we were allocated the second floor when we requested for a higher floor despite reservation made way in advance. We did not explore the other area like restaurants but on the whole, the place is acceptable.

Very spacious rooms, comfortable beds and clean. Nice restaurant on first floor, location is great and they offer parking which was nice as we had a rental car. Would highly recommend staying here.
Nothing really bad to say about it. The restaurant hours are a little short so we never ended up having the time to try it.
3.0
Overall the place was safe and we were able to find parking lot for our rental car daily.
There was no toothbrush provided. Towels given was too small and preferred bigger bath towel.

Lovely location. The view overlooked the harbour. It is close to Cheonjiyeon waterfall. Also, Saesom island nearby has a nice walking trail. The room was spacious. There’s a nice cafe downstairs where you can get a discount as a hotel guest. Hotel staff is very friendly.
Bedside lamps would have been nice to have.
