市街バスターミナル徒歩5分、慣れればバス停も至近距離。ルールサービスが手頃な値段で美味しい。コンビニが、一角にある。スタッフが、親切。

Gern wieder!

Das Hotel ist gut mit dem Bus erreichbar. Unten im ersten Flur gibt es eine sehr gute und kostengünstige Möglichkeit, ausgiebig zu frühstücken.

시내쪽에 위치해서 식당들을 찾아가기에도 좋았고, 저희는 한라산 가기 전날에 묵었는데, 바로 가는 버스도 있고, 버스 출발지와 가까와서 앉아서 가기에 좋았습니다. 대화를 들어보니 저희 말고도 한라산 가기 전날 많이들 예약하신 것 같았습니다! 동문시장도 걸어서 갈 수 있어 좋았어요.

특별히 아쉬운 점은 없었습니다! 약간 큰길 바로 안쪽에 있기는 한데, 택시를 타거나 내릴때 기사님들께 위치 설명하기 쉽지 않았다는 정도...?

Would stay again :)

Comfortable, clean and reasonably priced hotel that is located close to bus stops. Only took us 15 minutes to get to the airport by bus. The beds are REALLY comfy! Also, the bathroom is large and equipped with a well-lit mirror, nice soaps, a bathtub and hairdryer.

A great stay in Jeju City that is incredibly close to the airport.

Staff allowed for early check-in and were very accommodating. I actually stayed in two different rooms as I arrived in Jeju City and then returned and stayed at Astar again. The first room was much larger than the first and had hardwood flooring which was exceptionally clean. The room with the carpet felt like it was a little less up to date but was also comfortable. Bed and comforter were very comfortable and the room had a good size bathroom.

It was a pleasant stay in general.

Good location if you want to tour Jeju by bus. Because it's close to the bus terminal, you can get catch a direct bus to many places in Jeju. There is a convenience store at level one, bakery near the building, and Korean BBQ and fried chicken restaurants around the area. There's also a big supermarket hidden in a building across the road. No issues with the room except for missing toiletries.

This is the first hotel I've been to that doesn't provide toothbrush, toothpaste and shaver. So be sure to bring your own.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. Location of hotel was good. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. Would recommend to other travellers.

Nice hotel and good staff.

The room was lovely and big and a lot nicer than other rooms in Korea. Had a big bath. We needed an important document printing and one of the staff members did this for us.

There is not much to do in Jeju City. We did struggle ordering room service due to a lanaugae barrier.

Good quality hotel in a convenient location to access various locations on Jeju island

We chose the hotel to be easily accessed by bus from the airport (although taking a taxi for such a short distance might have been a better option), as well as to Hallasan trails, and it was a good choice indeed. Accessing city centre and other locations on Jeju is easy as well. The hotel was clean and there are a few good restaurants in the area. Unfortunately we didn't have time to use on-site fitness or SPA.

Nothing major to complain about. The staff at the front desk speak very poor English but they were helpful with luggage storage and ordering taxis.

Very clean and modern finishing, with ample of free parking space. there is also a convenience store at level 1, and it is located conveniently in jeju city.

everything except a little difficulty to 黑豬街港口，either by bus or on foot. maybe if’s the logical view of Jeju’s bus system ! 1.0 mins walk to bus transfer terminal 10 more mins to airport!

It is 5-10min walk to Jeju Bus Terminal. 15-20min walk downhill to Dongmun Market (shopping belt in jeju city) There is a conveience store downstairs.....

Great for a 1 or 2 nite stay

Sauna on 2nd floor for a nice scrub and soak. The room was comfortable and warm for winter. We arrived early around 2 pm so managed to get a parking space right by the side door. Convenience store on ground floor and several restaurants next door. We had a hearty oxbone soup and rice breakfast at the 24 hr restaurant next door. There was also a beef bbq place but we didnt get to try. We walked to Dongmun Market.

Good for a one or two nights stay. If staying longer, would pick a busier location with more food and shopping choices.

good location - close to Jeju international airport and bus stops. altho public transport travel time to Seogwipo / tourists sites was quite long (1-2hrs). big, spacious room (unlike hotels in Seoul!) with couch, TV and good facilities

The staff was very helpful, especially when we needed help with GPS coordinates to return our rented car. The staff called the rental company, got the coordinates and keys it into our car for us. They were also very quick to respond to housekeeping requests. The room was clean, spacious and had a bathtub! The bed were also very comfortable. Overall a very good experience with this hotel.

overall a pleasant stay (twice) and I would stay there again

it was clean and the staff were friendly and tried to engage. our lack of Korean and their lack of English didn’t help the room service was good and the food in the restaurant was tasty.

the carpets in the rooms were very dirty and tired we stayed twice in different rooms and both carpets were similar I think guest should be able to use the gym for free

Satisfied

I was looking for a hotel close to the Jeju Bus Terminal because during my stay of one week I wanted to explore the island by public transport. The Astar Hotel is only a few minutes away by foot from the Bus Terminal, so I was satisfied with my choice. The hotel seems to be quite new and it is in good shape. Room was spacious and clean and I had a view to Mt. Silla, which was great.

It would be good, if they offer more brochures about the tourist attractions of Jeju.

A great hotel with reasonable prices

A great hotel which is a reasonable bus ride from the ferry terminal. Kind of close to the City Hall bus stop, which is a key point for getting around the island by public transport. Great that T Money cards are accepted here for the buses.

Nothing springs to mind. The hotel has a good restaurant and even a convenience store on site (where you can load up your T Money card) so it is very well serviced.

Not so near to town. Car park was really convenient but could be full if we come back late.

Very narrow street hard to navigate when cars are parked on both sides.
