An honest John's review

The apartment was very modern, smart TVs with Netflix on in both the living room and bedroom. Air conditioning was also a bonus due to the 30 degree heat.

The mattress was 2 singles zipped together so you could feel it when you slept in the middle but not enough to disturb your sleep.

Stylish apartments in a good location, however not very comfortable stay

Good location, well furnished. It had all the necessary kitchen appliances, bath towels, shower gel. You need to contact the property before your arrival so someone would greet you and let you in.

We came as a group of 4 couples. We booked 2 apartments with 2 bedrooms each: 1 double bed and 2 single beds, as it was described in booking information. Our apartment looked as in the pictures, however the second apartment had only 1 small single bed and 1 double bed (2 couples were staying in the second apartment). We tried to contact the lady who let us in through Whats app messages, but she did not reply and ran away from us when we saw her in the hall. So eventualy one couple had to sleep on the sofa in the living room+kitchen. In our room the double bed matress had a hole in it, so I did not slepp well because I was constantly falling in to it.

the stay was pleasant

it was clean and spacious

breakfast didn’t start until 10am which I wasn’t informed of until arrival. we had to be back at the airport for 10am so although included in the price we didn’t get.

Have to call host to get keys. Slightly inconvenient. Also a little hard to tell where to go for initial check in.

Nice apartment in a good building. Perfect location.

I was with my wife and 5 months old baby. Usually we choose an apartment with a sofa just in case main bed is not big enough or baby at night is not calm, i could sleep on a sofa. And there was sofa in this apartment, that you can sleep on it. The problem that the was no cover to use there. So I had to sleep with my clothes on. Another problem, the temperature was the way too high. Kind of there was installed temperature adjuster on the battery and there was some contol unit for climate control. However, it was not working. And this temperature adjuster on the battery could be turned down only to 2 level. So this battery was still heating. The end result is that we had to sleep with open windows in winter. For us it is not a problem, just we were afraid about baby that it can get cold at night as you never know how open windows will cool down the rooms. Also the problem with open windows is that you can hear noise from the street. Third problem is not huge, just it was weird to see ceiling in the bath with peeling off painting. The big parts of paint looked de-attached which really looks weird in higher class apartment.

Below expectations for the character of the location

The location is very good and handover of the keys went smoothly.

Very cheap design, furniture and amenities: Price and premium character of the building/area NOT corresponding to the finishing and amenities of the apartment. As an example, half a roll of cheapest possible toilet paper for 2 night stay and towels that were clean but old and very visible stains. The furniture and design looked like made with minimal possible care just to rent it out.

Very poor

The location is good for travelers. The host meets us at the reception desk. Was not an issue to get the keys.

We arrived at apartments with broken toilet (there were 2 toilets - so was ok). Our friends arrives earlier but were not able to leave their luggage. No vacuum cleaner, no dishwasher buttons.

Clean apartment, but...

The apartment is generally nice

I stayed here 3 times First time I arrived and the floor was dirty and I had to call them to clean it Funny part after I payed and spent my time there they canceled my reservation, so they skip paying booking thier share I reported that to booking.. Second time the sink and the shower were jammed so I had to call the maintenance Third time I asked for invoice and I wasn't given one because "the month was closed" Will I come back here? Not sure

Nicely located modern apartment

- Nicely designed spacious rooms with modern furnitures - Very clean - Quiet and a nice location - They stored our luggages for free after check in hours.

- Check in is not smooth. First we had problems entering this huge office building because we did not have a code. After someone opened the door we had to wait 15 mins for the host to come and accompany us to the apartment which is in another building. We were with big luggages and a stroller, so that was kind of tiresome. - Communication in English was hard at times.

Amazing place, amazing location, amazing staff!

It all went well with this property! Very good transports links within minutes, amenities shop just downstairs, good view, amazing bed... It just had everything you need. HUGE DZIEKUJE for the lady who came to pick me up from a different building. I will definitely stay here again!

Nothing could have been better, however picking up keys was a bit difficult to me. Not sure if I was the only person finding this a bit of an issue, but I believe you should place a few tips of where is your reception area to pick up the cards. But thank you so much for the lady who came to pick me up! Dziekuje bardzo!

We were lucky to get an upper floor apartment (8th floor) and got to enjoy an incredible view of the Warsaw's skyline (amazing, especially when raining). The building is new, and everything is clean and beautiful. The parking underground, right under the apartment, spacious and easy to access (make sure you keep the parking card until you exit the parking when checking-out as you need it to exit too). The apartment was beautiful, spacious and equipped with everything we needed (at first we didn't had a clothes rack but the host provided us one as soon as we asked). New, modern furniture, cool walk-in shower, and the lightning in the whole apartment was just perfect. The wifi is top-notch, 5G router, great speed and steadiness. We would definitely stay here again. PS: You have to try the restaurant downstairs, Munja.
