La habitación súper limpia, realmente es lo que más puedo resaltar de este lugar y por supuesto la cercanía al Malecón ✨

El personal debe estar más capacitado, al momento del check in hacen un interrogatorio innecesario que lo único que generan es incomodidad al huésped.

Cómodo y buena ubicación a los sectores turísticos. Muy cerca al Malecón 2000.

Buena ubicación y muy tranquilo el sector.

Falta complementar con algún tipo de desayuno.

Excellent!

I like the staff was very nice to me. The room was pretty and comfortable. The girl at the frontdesk was very polite and eager to meet my needs as a guest. Price wise it was very decent.

Location was good, but I was recommended not to go out at night, as it was insecure. In the morning it was very nice to go to Malecon 2000 and have an early walk :)

A great value stay

The owner was very welcoming and accommodating and runs a nice small business. The location was a couple blocks from the Malecon and allowed us to walk to most of the places we wanted to go. The owner also gave us local recommendations. The room was simple and comfortable and met our needs. The wifi was very good. Overall this was great value for the money.

Everyone that worked there was super friendly, the location was very centralized, the room has AC, not expensive at all, no complaints for sure!

It was a little loud, but it was right by the malecón and a section of the city with lots of bars and things. So that's just part of having a centralized location.

All the staff were very professional. Location was close to everything. Malecon, shopping, eating.

I'll stay there again

Great location. Nice staff. Close to nice restaurants.

To enter and to leave, someone has to come down and open the door with a key. There is no reception.

The staff was great and the room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is located just 1 block away from a ton of restaurants and a 5 minute walk from a grocery store which was very convenient.

The staff was very friendly.

On this street there are many clubs that are loud at night. We could hear music even from our room which didn't had a window (we chose the budget room with no windows, hoping for a quiet sleep).

Place is at a safe location; Malecon. The bed was so comfortable and big. Best bed I had thos trip in Ecuador. Aircon working good and a must in Guayaquil. Spacious rooms. Very kind and helpful hosts and providing me info about the area and any questions I had. They even helped me book a taxi at 1am. They got Netflix also for times when you are too tired to go out.

It was a Monday and Tuesday when I stayed there so it was kinda dead in the surrounding area. There was a rooftop bar called Juliana that I found. They have a bar but they only open Friday and Saturday but you are able to buy and bring drinks into your room. The shower takes a while to turn hot.

Can be a good cheap option for a short stay.

No window in the room. No complementary drinking water provided by the hotel. No lamp/light by the bed. The room is not soundproofed.

Exceptional

I was impressed by how good this place was and by hospitality of the owner of the hotel Johanna. She helped me and my mother with calling taxis, gave me directions and travel suggestions in Guayaquil. I and my mother are going to stay at this place again when we conculde our travels in Ecuador.

Family owned business! Very kind people! Johanna (the main receptionist) is an amazing person! She was extremely helpful and she was so kind. She answered all my questions and helped me a lot with any issues I had. Big Thanks to her and her brothers!

Amazing stay

The room was comfortable and quiet. Everything was super clean except the floor. Staff is really helpful and the door downstairs is always locked, so I felt safe. Hotel is located central and close to a lot of restaurants.

Floor, specially at the end of the bed was pretty dirty. Loud music until midnight.
