It was close to port and shuttle bus from airport stops across the road of the apartment. Back to airport, the shuttle bus is across the road. The apartment is spacious and has a nice big window with the view of the port.
Only that no TV stations in English language on TV.

The room was enormous, 2 bedrooms, a bonus bed, a living room, pool table, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi tub, 2 full bathrooms. A true suite
Apparently this place closes at midnight and we barely made check in due to a late flight. I guess we would have to sleep on a park bench if we were late because the staff was basically walking out the door when we got there. He gave us the keys and told us how to get to the room with no other information. We ended up blowing a fuse in the room and had no electricity or hot water for the whole night/morning. We had a paid tour booked and had to get ready by the flashlights on our phones because there is no reachable staff after midnight. There was no hot water because there was no electricity so we had to take freezing cold showers in the dark. We were offered no compensation but were told that the guy that checked us in was supposed to take us to the room, give us a tour and tell us not to use the steam room, non of which happened.

The location is very close to the port and is close to a beautiful castle, the bed was comfortable and the TV was new.
The hotel I booked was called Trinity Luxury Resort however the hotel I stayed in was called Tiffanys and there was absolutely no signage or even a buzzer to ring the hotel I booked. When we paid the hotel also came up in a different name. So I am writing a review for Trinity / Tiffany's Hotel I think... I would also say the room felt a bit more like a love hotel maybe I am being pretentious but the fake grass to the bathroom jacuzzi and flamingo decor was just not nice, the lights were also stronger than the sun felt like we were in a converted office.

The staff were lovely and made the check in very easy! The room was spotless and it was located right by the old town and port so perfect for a short stay if you want to see the city….with an easy bus link to the airport.
I was disappointed with the lumpy pillows, the air con was only in the lounge (in the room we stayed in) and did not reach the bedroom, there were no glasses in the room just mugs, the Wi-Fi did not reach to the bed room and was intermittent in the living room, no bed side lights - just the bright main ceiling light and there was an awful lot of noise from the restaurants below.
We had spend 2 weeks visiting 5 cities across Italy and this was fine for one night - but I would say over priced based on our other stays during the same trip.

Location.
Old facility, balcony door didn't close properly, very noisy, second small bed for my son was unstable, mattresses was in the middle of a weird construction with marble- uncomfortable and dangerous for me due to sharp edges-. The AC was with a smell of fungus in the beginning and little noisy
Shower was without good light and the bottom was dangerous as it wasnt straight but with 2 different angles.
Also the breakfast which was included was a coupon to the local bakery, I had to pay additionally 5euros because my son as he doesn't drink espresso we had to buy him hot chocolate and a salty pastry......

The hotel is close to the nicer parts of Naples. We arrived from the airport by taxi (big mistake, taxis in Naples don't following the rules they have printed in the cab - they don't use their meter and only take cash) We used the Alibus to return to the airport which comes to the port across the road - easy and only €5 per person. The concierge told me that taxis should only cost around €22 not the €35 the taxi tried to charge us.
The hotel is close to the sea, the old town, nice restaurants etc. We enjoyed the shopping and Sightseeing.
The accommodation itself was good and they let us store our luggage after check out too.
I'm not sure 'luxury resort' is how I'd describe this place. We arrived at night to find a dark metal shutter closed over the entrance and with the reception being on the first floor it was impossible to find. I had a slight panic as I was travelling alone with my 15 year old daughter. Luckily a staff member appeared, as we got our luggage out of the taxi (who over charged us - beware of the taxi drivers where every journey is €35, they don't run their meters and they only take cash - seriously dodgy). Once inside it was all good.
The next morning we looked to find the doorbell for the hotel is actually labelled Tiffany's Luxury Resort, so be aware of this.

Good location, friendly staff, convenient if you just doing a short trip.
Can get a bit confused while trying to find the place as on the door it is written as Tiffany resort not Trinity. But once enter through the big main door it is easy to navigate.

Location was convenient
This was the worst stay I’ve ever had. As a solo female traveler the check-in process was sketchy and uncomfortable. There was absolutely no label on the outside of the building suggesting there was a hotel inside - a man was standing outside and then said my name and started to bring my things inside to a hotel with a different name. The lock on the hotel room was busted and you have to pay for the elevators. While the staff were nice the whole process was awful and scary and I cancelled the rest of my stay here.

Jakuzi available in the room, location is good and safe, room is clean. Stuff are friendly and helpful. .
Building is like an office building and for using elevator, you need to insert 10 coins. Window facing direct to other building, rooms but you have nice curtains and electric control covers, panjur working well

it was clean, great view from balcony, great condition, I even had an Alexa.
Things the guest must know, is the accessibility to the building is not that easy like the rest of the hotels. there are several hotels into the same building, and that’s kind of disturbing, but once it’s explained that not a problem at all.
