The property Green is a large piece of land above a hill overhanging the sea. The property offers 2 villas (modern structure) and a private infinity pool as well as a golf practice. The land surrounding the villas is well maintained with olive trees and also a pond with fishes and turtles. The owner is very respectful of the environment and uses very little or no chemical on the property andforthe pool.
Each villa is completely independent and consist of a main living room equipped with a large sofa, flat tv and a mezzanine equipped with a desk which can be also used by those who need to have a separate corner for work purposes. On the same floor there are one master bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the lower floor (half-basement) are another 2 bedrooms, a second bathroom and kitchenette (only in one of the villa). The main kitchens are on the veranda offering you an amazing view over the sea while cooking.
Each villa is completely furnished, all equipment is new and the furniture is modern, most of the rooms are air conditioned. A spacious veranda in front of each villa gives access to a lounge corner, a dining area and the main kitchen. A barbecue is also available at only few steds from there. Free Wi-Fi available.
The villa has its own private front garden and outside space surrounding it, there is a private parking just in between the 2 villas.

A large outside space with trees, plants and a pond surrounds the 2 villas and it's set with golf holes for golf practice. All golf equipment is provided and guests are free to play whenever they want, for free!
A private infinity swimming pool with sea view is also available right in the middle of the land. The pool is for the exclusive use of the Unit 1 and Unit 2 ONLY. There are no other houses accessing the pool (the third house next to the pool will not be rented to anyone if you book these two villas).
The pool is available from end of April until the end of October (may vary of some days depending on weather conditions).

Rentalsitalia wishes to offer you complete peace of mind when booking. The FREE cancellation terms on this advert are always valid; IN ADDITION, if you are forced to cancel after the free cancellation period, our Emergency Cancellation Policy will cover you
OUR EMERGENCY CANCELLATION POLICY WILL GIVE YOU RIGHT TO CHOOSE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS:
• 70% REFUND
We will refund 70% of the advance payments, plus you keep 100% of the final payment due on arrival
• 100% CREDIT
You will get a credit of 100% of the paid amounts at the time of cancellation which you can use to reschedule your reservation at any time, up to one year from the original dates, PLUS :
• The credit can be transferred to a friend or relative in case you are unable to use it
• Price is locked, in case the rates increase before you confirm the new dates
• You can exchange the credit with a refund up to 70%* should you change your mind or be forced to cancel again

The Emergency Cancellation Policy set above will be applied only if emergency travel restrictions are officially in place in either your Country or in Sicily and it’s valid up to 30 days before the arrival date (extendable by paying an extra, please contact us for more info), after that we may still consider a partial refund/credit, to be determined case by case. The policy may be exceptionally applied also for flight cancelled by the carrier due to sanitary emergency, subject to our approval (evidences will be required). Refunds and credits refer to paid amounts except any website’s booking/service/administrative fees (which are refunded at the website’s discretion). The policy is valid for bookings in 2021.
*The exchange for a refund will be available until 90 days from the new booking’s arrival date. The amount of the refund will decrease progressively from 70% to 20% as the 90 days limit approaches.
