Our hosts, Catherine and Bruno made our short stay memorable

Plenty of choice fruit, yoghurt, bread, croissants jams,,home-made cakes coffee, fruit juice and selections of fesa

Everything was superb, our hosts, Catherine and Bruno were so friendly and welcoming. We certainly would return.

Every little detail with this accommodation was carefully thought out, from comfort and beauty of the rooms to the deliciously prepared breakfast.

Beautiful accommodation with careful thought given to making it a very comfortable stay.

Lovely house and such a friendly, helpful welcome. Beautiful room with a lovely terrace. The breakfast was so elegantly presented and lovely homemade jams. The hostess had even especially made a delicious gluten free coconut cake for my husband and provided gluten free bread. Central location just a short walk into Amboise and private parking on site.

Beautiful home, best hosts and location. Recommend to check availability if in Ambroise.

Catherine and Bruno were our hosts. They were fabulous; very friendly and greeted us immediately. They made sure we had everything we needed. Unfortunately due to time restraints (train in Rennes at 10:30) we had to leave early and could not sit down and enjoy conversation with Catherine and Bruno. They seemed like very wonderful people we would have enjoyed spending time with. They made sure to send us off with breakfast to go. We cannot thank them enough. We really appreciated their hospitality so much.

Would loved to have been able to check into room before 5. However, the ability to drop off luggage and explore was offered 😀

We love everything about our stay! Cathleen and Bruno are very nice hosts, the place is very comfortable for us, spacious, clean and modern. Location is convenient, easy walk to castles, restaurants and shops. Beds and comfortable, which is very important for us. We absolutely recommend this place!

Excellent, comfortable stay in the beautiful setting of Amboise

Bruno and Catarine were great hosts and went out of their way to help us feel welcome. The room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, the homemade daily fresh cake was an added bonus.

Lovely hosts and lovely setting!

This is a lovely place to stay in Amboise! It is run by a retired couple who are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, and decorated nicely. It looks like everything has been recently remodeled so it felt fresh and clean. It was a short walk into the heart of the village and had everything we needed. We typically go to the grocery store to get food since there are 5 of us and we get tired of eating in restaurants each night. Our hosts were very helpful and brought us everything we needed to make a wonderful picnic in their pretty yard. The breakfast was a highlight, we loved all of the yummy fruit and pastries they served. I highly recommend this for your next stay in Amboise!

Exceptional

It is perfectly situated, a 5-minute stroll from the centre but in a calm residential area. Catherine and Bruno are wonderful hosts! They are friendly and welcoming and do everything possible to make your stay exceptional. The suite is spacious and tastefully decorated and has absolutely everything you need. The breakfast was amazing, with fresh home-made cakes and muffins (different ones every day!) We loved it and will definitely be coming back!

Great stay !

Our room was modern, large and clean with its own entry and patio. The hosts are very friendly and pleasant. The breakfast was delicious, with different homemade jams, cakes, fruits. Convenient, free parking. The location is excellent and just a short walk to the edge of the town. Recommended!

Favorite place to stay during our month-long trip

In 22 hotels over 30 nights in France, this was our favorite place to stay. Catherine and Bruno are excellent hosts and extremely personable. Our room (Lisa), is a relatively new add-on to the main house and is completely separate, with its own entry and patio. The room is in perfect condition, very modern, large, and spotlessly clean. We stayed two nights and the breakfasts were fantastic, with different homemade jams, cakes, etc., each day. The free parking is easy and a big plus. The location is excellent and just a short walk to the edge of the town. This was our fifth or sixth stay in Amboise over the years and we'll certainly stay here again if we visit in the future.

There is absolutely nothing negative to mention.

A pleasant surprise. We got a luxurious and very well equipped housing unit, inside a beautiful villa, the owners were really kind and charming, the breakfast was rich and varied, everything was made by the owners. Highly recommended.

Private, quiet, ground level entrance to lovely accommodation with sweet outdoor patio, spacious bedroom, daily towel service by the hosts, lovely offering of afternoon tea, juice or coffee in addition to graciously served breakfast in their home. Convenient to walk to any Amboise sites and restaurants.

We have no negative comments about our stay at this property.

Amazing, charming, peaceful

Heaven's not only far up in the clouds, it has spread a little in some places, like here with Catherine and Bruno ! Wonderful guests in a charming house, great location aat about five minutes by feet to the historical centre and the amazing Loire, Catherine is a "cooking Queen" with delicious breakfast while Bruno has such knowledge... Impressive ! Count on them to receive you as if you were a king visiting his royal domain, and find peace and harmony in this green shrine. We'll talk about you, be sure ! Thanks again, congratulations for what you've made of your home, and who knows, maybe see you again !

Modern furnishings. All the comforts of home. Private entrance. The hosts Bruno and Katherine were gracious, warm and friendly. They even sat down to breakfast with us and told us about the sites and French history. They graciously recommended some lovely restaurants for dinner and even made us reservations. chez Bruno and L’Ecluse were excellent dinner choices. I’m already thinking of when I can go back to stay in the Spring or Fall.
