About this villa rental

Recently furnished three bedroom home beside a large tranquil lake on a golf course. The pool, spa and deck are south facing with lovely views across the lake.

We have recently fitted a new electric pool heater providing guaranteed warm water in the pool and spa all year round.

It is in the heart of the Rotonda West and its five golf courses, beautiful lakes, canals, parks and cycle trails.

The house is in a quiet location on a cul de sac, yet only 10 minutes drive to the coast and even less to local shops and restaurants.

The master bedroom has a King size bed and a en suite bathroom; a second bathroom services the two guest bedrooms; one of which has a Queen bed the other has two Twin beds. All bedrooms have smart tv's with free Roku channels.

The home has excellent WiFi throughout. A 65 inch Smart TV in the family room has a streaming package that includes sports and movie channels. All TV`s in the villa benefit from Roku streaming channels.

A den off the family room has its own TV as an alternative sitting room; but also has the benefit of a sofa bed and double wardrobe for additional guests if required, and allows the villa to accommodate up to 8 people if required. Ideally this would suit children.

The fully fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave and everything else you`d expect for cooking in a home environment.

The master bedroom offers separate access to the pool deck through glass sliders. It has a large walk in closet; the en suite comprises of a bath tub, separate walk in shower and Jack & Jill wash basins. There is a hairdryer in the en suite bathroom for guest use.

The guest bedrooms and den all benefit from double wardrobes. All rooms in the villa have ceiling fans for air circulation.

The ample sized pool deck area is south facing and provides all day sun, plus the benefit of a large covered area. Dining table, sun beds and deck chairs provide options for eating drinking and relaxing on the deck. A BBQ is also available for outside cooking.

Fully opening door sliders from the family room encourages integrated indoor and outdoor living. However, there is a separate access door to the pool deck from the hallway between the guest bedrooms and kitchen.

The pool has the benefit of having the electric heater available and for a small additional cost will maintain the water at 88 degrees F. The separate spa is heated to the same temperature as the pool and has varied settings that can be operated once in.

The home has off street parking and a double garage with automatic roller doors for guest use. Additionally it houses beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for use on trips out; plus four bicycles for a trip around Rotonda’s parks and trails.

It has a separate dining room plus a breakfast nook, providing the option of inside meals as an alternative to the deck.

A separate utility room houses a washing machine and dryer.

The home was clean and comfortable. It had everything my sister and I needed for an enjoyable week. Pool was wonderful, close to restaurants and beaches. Richard was great to work with and answered all my questions. Rotunda West is a great community. Looking forward to spending more time in Florida in 2025.

This was our second time staying in Rotonda West. It is a very peaceful area that is great as a base camp for beaches and other adventures. We wanted a clean house where we could set up our family and be able to cook meals, play games, have space, etc. This house met our needs. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was a washer/dryer for cleaning our clothes - which helps us not have to pack as much. The pool was a bit chilly, but that was nice for cooling down on hot days. We loved having enough beds for all of the kids and we felt secure with the pool alarm on the doors. We had one question about the pool and the property manager came over within minutes to address our concern. There were also chairs and umbrellas for the beach, which we used quite a bit and which were very handy. We would definitely stay here again when we're in the area. The one thing that wasn't ideal is that the garage is very short so it wasn't possible to park our rental car (mini-van) in, which wasn't too big a deal since we just left it in the driveway.

My family enjoyed our stay at this lovely Rotonda West home. The floor plan is inviting for families - a large, comfortable gathering space that opens directly to the shaded patio and pool/spa, plenty of bureau/cabinet/closet space accommodating longer-term stays, abundant linens and kitchen supplies, extra large washing machine/dryer, and family extras such as bikes, pool/beach toys, etc. The beds are very comfortable and there is a ‘den’ off the main living area where the kids can watch their own movies while the adults enjoy a few moments of peace. Very clean, very easy vacation. Thank you!

This house is beautiful, clean and it was a pleasure to stay for a month. The owners and managers were very helpful and very kind. My only regret is that I couldn't reserve for next year.

From the minute we opened the front door, we knew we were home (away from home). This West Rotondo home lacks for nothing. It is beautifully decorated and extremely clean, The sunset views,- the nature sounds,- the pool and spa, -the safe neighborhood,- all contributed to an amazing stay! The bed was extremely comfortable and the appliances and tv all easily operated. We have stayed other places where you need an engineering degree to operate the home. We cooked a lot while there and the kitchen is well stocked with the tools you need to prepare any meal. We also appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and coolers that were supplied for the beach. The owners, Richard and Alex, were incredible to deal with. So pleasant and easily contacted. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a Florida stay and WE definitely hope to stay again.

Family of five stayed for a week at this property. Overall the house was pretty clean, the only issue we ran into was the pool. It was a little green with algae our first night, it got worse the 2nd day. I contacted the pool guy as instructed in the welcome packet. When I didn't get a reply I contacted the property manager, still no reply, so I emailed the owner. They were able to contact the property manager and pool guy. The pool was cleaned and clear within a couple days. Other than not being able to use the pool for a day, our stay was pleasant. They do recommend the pool area not be used after 10pm, due to the neighbors complaining of noise, so if you plan on using the pool late at night, look for another property to rent. We also saw some crocodiles in the pond area behind the house, the house does have alarms on the doors if you have children for safety. Overall the house was very comfortable, I would recommend.

Owner very helpful & quick with replies. Property fully equipped & nice to have a BBQ with propane, bikes, chair's and cooler for the beach all supplied. Heated pool was hot for swimming (in January) - couldn't ask for more. Expect to return.

My wife, 2 children and I had a wonderful time staying here. The home was very comfortable and well appointed and the cooler, beach chairs, towels and toys for the children were great as well, especially since this was our first beach trip where we took a plane vs driving. The pool and patio were excellent with a beautiful view and we spent many hours out there enjoying after going to the beach. Richard was also very helpful in giving recommendations on good restaurants and beaches nearby. We absolutely loved the beaches and state parks on Boca Grande and Manasota Key which were an easy drive and not super crowded at all. We would love to stay again in the future!

Overall it was a great experience. The house was beautiful. The town we were in was great. It was just really nice. The pool and spa were a definite hit with the kids. We will definitely be back. Loved it.

Nice large home, master bedroom is on separate side of house from the other bedrooms so lots of privacy. House was clean and had everything we needed. Nice pool. View of the pond from the pool area is pretty awesome. We saw several large alligators and some baby's swimming!

The owner, Richard, was amazing but the property manager is totally a nut! He didn't respond to our requests but he suggested we should reach out the owner. Everything was good except John & Maggie, the property managers, and the cleanliness was not good. I assume we left a better clean house than we found!

We loved our stay and love the area. The home is lovely would be the best way to describe it. Pool and lanai area are very nice, we spent a great deal of time there. Richard the homeowners is very responsive and kind to answer all our questions. We’ll be back!!
