The issue of parking should be clearly described as across the street from the lodging and in a parking lot. The issue of the banister to the basement apt. mustbe improved. I mentioned it to landlady, showing and explaining that an additional portion of banister and a hand hold was essential for the particular first step and steep curve on initial descent. It is very steep.

Worth it!

There is a TV + Netflix + laundry area + Fridge + Kitchen + so close to a bus stop, food plces and touristy spots.

Internet was a bit slow but other than that, everything is perfect!

Very centrally located basement apartment, great to see Ottawa.

Very central location, in 10-15 minutes by foot from the apartment you can reach most places of interest in Ottawa. The key pick-up and drop-off was very easy and fast. I even got the apartment a lot earlier in the day, right after noon. The apartment is quite big and has a kitchen, so it can even be used in longer stays.

The upstairs neighbors were quite loud at times and could be heard from the downstairs apartment. They even woke me up once in the night.

We couldn't sleep because of the noise of the water pipes above the ceiling from night to morning .

all good tbh. very minor thing given it’s basement when they are cleaning up stairs you can hear it but that does not happen till about 10am onwards. otherwise it’s all very good

Handy location, good-sized apartment but noisy

Location was great, free parking if you needed it, very comfy bed and pillows, perfect size space for a base for a couple to explore the city for a weekend.

Very noisy, can hear everything from the apartment upstairs, the common staircase between apartments and the street outside. Fire extinguisher for the building hasn't been certified in a number of years.

quick comfortable and colourful stay in Canada’s capital

We loved this entire space – the spacious bathroom (with lovely soaps supplied!); the kitchen facilities where we made two gorgeous meals; the colourful and comfortable living space where after a long evening walking around the city, we pulled out the couch and availed of the free Disney+ before falling asleep in the bedroom. It was a pleasure to come in and out of such a clean space, with such care taken by the property manager to give us great instructions from getting the keys to availing of parking.
