Lovely clean studio apartment. Great location, 3 minute walk to the rail station. Short walk to the Marienplatz for bars, restaurants, shopping. Lidls supermarket 2 minutes away for cheap groceries and drinks. Recommended.

Perfect location! Pretty much adjacent to the central train station. About a 20 minute walk to the Marienplatz, you can easily take the train though. The outside of the property may look a little outdated but Room 41 was very nicely appointed. The beds were very comfortable. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our luggage in the laundry room until our room was ready. Do note the 1st floor is really the 2nd floor as they consider the 1st floor the ground floor. So the laundry room is on the 1st floor but you have to take the lift up from the ground (entry) floor. This room had a sofa bed in addition to the queen bed. It also had a nice shower only bathroom and a small kitchen. Would definitely stay there again.

Very close to Munich’s main train station and trams which we used daily. We were comfortable and had most necessities. Grocery market and Deli in the train station are very convenient. There is street noise but no noise from other apartments. Cleaning lady pleasant and helpful. A few essentials like salt and pepper and a broom would be helpful. Shower caulking needs to be redone. Only a few tram stops from Marion Platz.

We arrived and departed by train. It was fabulous to have such a convenient location. We walked all over the city and used the train. The place was not so quiet during Oktoberfest on Saturday but that was expected. Otherwise, it was clean, cozy and had everything we (3) needed. A comfortable bed for two and a pullout couch. Perfect!

We really liked this place. It is right by the Munich train station, so it is not exactly a leafy area etc, but that is the point of travelling: getting around the city and sightseeing. The beds were comfy, and the owners were great with any requests i.e iron and ironing board. Lots of hot water and a strong shower. Good wifi. Close to shops for water, juice etc.

This place is a lovely little efficiency apartment -- bedroom, living area with sofa / hide-a-bed, kitchenette, bathroom. We loved being near the main train / subway station. We loved being within walking distance of Marienplatz. We walked to the English Gardens three times. We had two minor concerns. 1. The floor was quite dusty. 2. The street is quite noisy at night -- yet we needed to have the windows open to let cool air in. The property manager was VERY helpful.

Location and amenities were just what we were looking for. The street was a bit noisy, but we were still able to sleep pretty well. The AC worked well. Overall, we would highly recommend the apt hotel.

Location is very close to train station. Owner is very kind and helpful. Check-in was a little confusing but worked out. Room was changed from what I booked. Regardless the room we were in was clean, comfortable, bathroom large for Europe, elevator to our floor was appreciated. The short distance down the street of the lodging location made my teen uncomfortable but I was okay. Walking to city center was easy - it is not IN the city center but distance was okay. I would recommend staying here.

The location was so convenient to the central train station and a three minute walk. The place was a lot smaller than I anticipated, but was clean, easy to get in and out, and the property owner was good at communication for check-in and checkout.

It's location is just 12 minutes from the München's central bus/train station and 10 minutes from the old town. Very nice, big and confortable room.

It was clean, nicely located. The check in gave some difficulty, but that was due to my email not being accessible while there (my fault). I called and spoke with someone and she was very helpful and patient with me and was able to get me into the apartment. I have absolutely no complaints.

The listing is completely inaccurate, they know it but refuse to do anything about it and VRBO does nothing. This is not a 1 bedroom. It is a studio, it is one room with two single mattresses pushed together and a small pull out couch about 1.5 ft from the foot of the bed. We were there at the onset of a local heat wave, the air conditioning works but is blocked so it cannot be adjusted. The elevator is outside at back of building and is adjacent to a restaurant and the area has a bad smell. The room was updated but need a deep cleaning. The positive is that it's near most sites and easy to navigate. Research the name of the property as you will find it cheaper on other sites. Purchase travel insurance as you might be able to get money back for misrepresentation of property.

We visited Munich for the first time, and this apartment was absolutely perfect for us. The manager met us at the door upon arrival, was extremely helpful when showing us the amenities and providing necessary information, we had plenty of room for 2 adults and one preteen, and it was right next to the central train station but super quiet. Would recommend to anyone!
