About this cottage rental
This large converted barn is situated near the town of Wiveliscombe in Devon, and can sleep up to thirteen people in seven bedrooms.
Rainsbury House is two attached barn conversions located near the Devonshire town of Wiveliscombe. The Barn, provides four bedrooms; a super king-size zip/link, a king-size with an en-suite, a double with an en-suite and a twin room, along with a family shower room and a cloakroom, sleeping eight people. There is also a kitchen/diner, utility and sitting room with woodburning stove. The Barn Owl boasts three bedrooms including a double, a twin and a single room, along with a bathroom and a shower room, sleeping up to five people. It also includes an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside, there is plenty of off-road parking, an enclosed garden with patio and furniture as well as 16 acres of land. Rainsbury House is a well-designed cottage in a fabulous area of Devon.
Amenities: Biomass central heating and woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and freezer (Barn Owl), fridge/freezer (The Barn), dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer (in The Barn), TV with Freeview and DVD player, CD/Radio, WiFi (via fibre to premises), table tennis, table football, darts and a selection of books. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. 3 x stairgates, 2 x highchairs, 2 x booster seats and 2 x cots available. Ample off-road parking. Enclosed lawn, patio and gravelled gardens with furniture and charcoal barbecue (1 x bag of charcoal provided). Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Shop 4 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: Most major supermarkets deliver to this area (owners are happy to take delivery). Note: There are steps to access the property, as well as within the property. Note: Due to local livestock in the area, fireworks are not permitted at any time of year. Note: As mobile telephone signal is intermittent you will need to enable ‘WiFi’ calling (if available) on your mobile. Note: There is a landline available in the main house in case of emergencies. Note: Linens for cots are not supplied. Note: We request that pets are not allowed on furniture. Note: 2 x dog towels, 2 x dog mats, and 2 x feeding bowls are provided. Town: Wiveliscombe is on the edge of the Exmoor National Park. It has shops and eateries and is around half an hour from beaches, and has walking all around. The coast is easily accessible, both Watchet and Weston-super-Mare are nearby and popular.
