About this house rental
Welcome to this large and beautiful cottage in Lussevika. The terrace is also large and has seating and a fireplace. Short walk to the lake where there is a beach, playground, basketball court and jetty. There is also a filleting place for the anglers. In Lussevika there are many possibilities for nice hikes. Among other things, we recommend a hike to Lindesnes Fyr lighthouse. With its origin in the 17th century, Lindesnes Fyr is the oldest and also the southernmost lighthouse in Norway. Today, the lighthouse is used both as a restaurant and as a museum where you can see permanent exhibitions, among other things. The lighthouse is also a good starting point for excursions on foot, by car or bicycle. The towns of Vigeland and Mandal are 3 and 18 km from the house respectively. At the rectory Valle in Vigeland is among other things a statue of the sculptor Gustav Vigeland. Mandal with its white old houses is real southern Norwegian idyll.
