If I were to stay in Kennebunkport again I would definitely choose this property again. It is well-managed and everyone is communicative and kind. The home is close to town and also water is nearby; instacart and other delivery services deliver to the address. The owners and mangers of the property are top notch. The beds were comfortable the AC and all conveniences and appliances worked out very well. If you’re looking for a home in kennebunkport I think you’ll be very pleased to choose this home with these people. Sonya

We can't say enough great things about our stay. The house was ideal for our group of 4 adults and little dog. It was very comfortable, clean and spacious. We enjoyed leisurely dining on the outdoor deck. The house is located in a very tranquil area and close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. We hope to come back again soon!

For several years our family has been vacationing the last week of June, trying new places each year. Your property has been our absolute number one favorite though, so much so, that we booked again for next year 2025 during the same week! Sharon, the homeowner was wonderful to work with, and she made the booking and the follow-up details a delight! Jerry, the property manager had a wealth of knowledge about the area and made many recommendations. The memories that we made in this home are priceless. We spent evenings at the luxurious dining room table playing board games. We ate outside on the private deck which was surrounded by a well-groomed, beautiful backyard! My husband appreciated grilling on the Weber Grill! The weather was perfect; we spent one day at Gooch's Beach and four days at Mother's Beach (our favorite) A couple of evenings we made the 30 minute trip to Old Orchard Beach or Order Beach as my three year old granddaughter calls it for the rides! We loved Kennebunkport's quaint downtown and ate at The Boathouse, and of course both Big Daddy's and Ben and Jerry's for ice cream. We loved The Knotty Elephant and we were enriched with a story about elephants, circuses, and animal farms. We bought the book and sweatshirts about the Knotty Elephant for our granddaughters. Another eatery was Nunan's for lobsters and steamers, so delicious! One of Jerry's recommendations!
This family vacation was the best. We can't wait to stay in your welcoming home again next year!

The property is perfect for a wonderful Maine vacation. Located in the heart of Cape Porpoise, it is close to great restaurants, the ocean and all that Kennebunkport has to offer. The house is clean and well maintained, roomy and restful. This was our second trip and we have already booked again for next year! Highly recommend!

We loved our stay so much! The host and the property manager were both delightful. The house was beautiful, spacious, very clean, and had everything that we could need. Beach chairs, boogie boards, lobster pot, wine, glasses, all paper goods provided. We really enjoyed the privacy and layout of the house. We have been coming to Kennebunkport for many years, but have never stayed in the Cape porpoise area. We discovered all kinds of new places! Langford’s for seafood, goose rocks, dairy for ice cream, Gooch’s Beach during the day and goose rocks beach in the evenings with the dog! We were able to walk our dog every day down Paddy Creek and lands end. Plus we got to visit all of our family in Maine. It truly made for a perfect vacation for us, thank you so much!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at a house in Kennebunkport. The house easily accommodated our group of eight and our family dog with its spacious layout of four bedrooms and three well-maintained bathrooms, ensuring everyone's comfort and privacy. The property was well kept perfect for a barbecue or just relaxing on its rear deck.
The property is well located in a nice area and offers the best of both worlds – a peaceful retreat yet conveniently close to various amenities. Shopping options were within easy reach, making it hassle-free to stock up on groceries and other essentials. We appreciated the easy access to the beach.
Kennebunkport is an easy drive to other towns, including Ogunquit, Wells, Kennebunk, York and Kittery. This makes it very easy to enjoy several beaches, restaurants and activities in the area.
The house itself is well maintained, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. It felt like a true home away from home, and we appreciated every thoughtful touch that made our stay even more pleasant.
The owner, Sharon, was friendly and easy to work with during the booking process, promptly answered any questions. Jerry, the caretaker, welcomed us upon arrival and provided a detailed orientation about the house and the surrounding area. His friendliness put us at ease, and we felt assured that any issues (which we had none) would be promptly addressed.
We are already looking forward to returning in 2024. We highly recommend this vacation home for a

Sharon's home is absolutely amazing for families. The house is literally spotless and is well stocked with everything you can imagine needing. The location is ideal to explore all of Kennebunkport and the surrounding areas. Sharon and caretaker, Jerry, were great to work with. Highly recommend this home!

We had two weeks of biking and kayaking! This is a great location between Cape Porpoise and Downtown Kennebunkport. A quick bike ride to either town. Nice deck and clean, comfy home! Having the garage for storage of bikes and kayaks was a plus!

This home is beautiful. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal or relax on the deck with your morning coffee. Gerry, the caretaker is a wealth of knowledge about the area and Maine in general; very helpful and prompt with responses to questions you may have. We were two couples with dogs and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax separately or as a group for meals. Beds were great, we felt well rested each morning; plenty of hot water for everyone to shower. During our stay, the temps dropped and we were very comfortable throughout the house. The location is great, you can easily get to Cape Porpoise, it is a short walk, but can get a bit tricky because the roads are a bit windy and without sidewalks, you are at the mercy of drivers. We say this because as dog owners, it can get a bit tricky walking two little ones, but we managed. A great treat in Cape Porpoise was walking along the Cape and stopping at the Cape Porpoise Kitchen; they make soups and sandwiches, have wine, small gifts, a little bit of this and that if you don’t feel like cooking or going into town. Very convenient! We love Maine and have rented for the past 20 years, off and on; I would say this is one of the loveliest homes in which we’ve stayed; definitely a 10!

The property is wonderful. Outstanding location minutes from Cape Porpoise, excellent restaurants and Goose Rocks Beach. The home is very tastefully decorated and perfectly maintained. Four great bedrooms including two Master Suites at opposite ends of the house. A beautiful yard with restful deck, and every imaginable amenity from comfortable beds, wine glasses, cooking utensils, gas grill and three tvs. We have traveled extensively and this was a perfect vacation home in every way! We have already booked again for next year. It is Maine the way it should be.

We stayed for a second stay at this lovely house! Plenty of space for two families of 4. It is great to have two master bedrooms. The back deck is wonderful for morning coffee or evening drinks. Very quiet neighborhood. The kids had a blast playing on the natural rock that comes out of the ground on the front yard. Lots of wild blueberries for them to pick as well! Jerry, the caretaker, is wonderful and informative. We would highly recommend Bradbury Market, it is great for a quick trip to grab snack or drinks. Nunans lobster hut is phenomenal! Great food and service! There is an adorable shop just down from the market called Farm & Table, be sure to check that out! We will most definitely be back!

Quiet and relaxing Cape Porpoise beach house located between Goose Rocks Beach and Kennebunkport/Kennebunk shops/restaurants/beaches. Newly remodeled with clean, cozy rooms and bathrooms, plenty of family couch space, and an open kitchen/dining space. Ample air conditioners and laundry room much appreciated! Thanks for a great week on the coast!

This is our second stay here and as soon as we walked in again, it felt like our home away from home! The house is CLEAN, cool, and comfortable, which is hard to say for a lot of the rentals we've stayed in previously. The location is halfway to Kennebunkport and halfway to Goose Rocks Beach, the two places we frequent daily during our vacation. This year we got the towels and sheets option, which made it so much easier for us as a whole, leaving us more room to pack! The beds are comfortable and the home is spacious, and Cape Porpoise has become one of our favorite places due to its quaint, small-town feel. We brought our dog along just like last year as well as my parents and 8 year old daughter. We all fit comfortably in the house and never felt like we were on top of one another. Sharon is so accommodating and friendly, always wanting to make sure her guests have a wonderful stay. Jerry, the caretaker, is also so nice and helpful. If you stay here, you'll want to come back each year just like we do! Thanks, Sharon, for another great stay!

Excellent Stay
This home is a beautiful home to vacation in. It’s very, very clean! Convenient location to everything too. Communication with owner was great. She is super friendly and is very good at communicating with you. Her home is beautiful and very well decorated. It is stocked with every pantry item you can think of. We loved this home and there is so much to do in the area. We went on a sailboat tour, mini golfing, restaurants, grocery stores, antique shops are plentiful. Convenient check in process also. We can not say enough good things about the owner Sharon and her beautiful home. The beds were so comfortable!! Thank you Sharon for sharing your beautiful home with me and my family.

The house is on a great size lot in a quiet neighborhood. Easy walking distance to cape porpoise shops and quick drive to downtown kennebunk port.
Plenty of beaches within driving distance to enjoy.
Owners were great and seamless communication from them. Property Manager is so nice and accommodating.
We enjoyed our stay so much!

Even better than expected
Even better than expected. Super clean and bright, loved having a master bedroom at the opposite end of the house from the rest of the family. Very well stocked from extra trashbags to coffee pods to get us going the first morning. Great communication, easy check in and check out, everything in working order and did I mentioned how clean it was? It was a great week for my daughter and four grand sons to be home again ( I grew up about 10 miles from the house). Most of the time was spent visiting friends and relatives. I am Magine this house would be spectacular in the summer as it’s very well place to the beaches. Lovely time.

Perfect fall getaway
We loved staying in this beautiful home. The house is close to Kennebunkport, but also less than 45 minutes to Portland, Wells, Ogunquit and York, among other locations. We enjoyed a lot of activities with our 6 year old son and our dog. Some places close for the season after Columbus Day weekend, but we still had a lot to see and do. Outdoor activities: Nubble Lighthouse and the Cliff Walk in Wells, shopping and beaches in Kennebunkport, Wells, and York, lobster boat cruise in Portland, mini golf at Raptor Falls in Arundel, Trolley Museum. Dining: for casual dining but delicious food, I recommend A Cafe and Bakery and Bitter End, both in Wells on route 1. We didn’t do a lot of indoor activities mostly because of Covid, but also because the outdoor activities were wonderful and we had perfect weather. We did enjoy browsing the antique shops in Wells.
The house has all the amenities you could want, including a lobster pot and claw crackers. The hosts and the caretaker are welcoming and gracious. The yard is not completely fenced, so we walked our dog on the nearby roads that lead to the water.
We would like to come back because we feel like we just scratched the surface of what to do!

Wonderful and clean property in a great location!!
We had a great stay in Kennebunkport! The property is in a great area - quiet road but close to attractions in dock square and cape porpoise. It was the cleanest vacation property I’ve ever been in and was extremely well equipped. It’s clear that it’s well taken care of. We enjoyed going to dock square, goose rocks beach and mothers beach as well as local restaurants (the boathouse, nunans lobster, pedros) were a few faves. Overall a really fantastic stay. Also, huge closets and plenty of storage for unpacking our bags which I appreciated. Would definitely return!!

Greatest vacation ever!!
This was a beautiful home with plenty of space for myself and my family! Rhe home was immaculate and very comfortable. The owner was so kind and attentive as was the property manager!! The home was located in a fantastic area that was far enough away from everything to allow plenty of quiet time and relaxation but was also close enough to allow access to many fun, exciting and entertaining placess to visit. The yard was plenty big enough to allow lots of fun playing yard games. This was the best experience ever!!

Super clean and updated. Everything you need (except sheets and towels) is supplied from beach chairs to boogie boards. Kitchen has everything you need.
Easy access to beach ( get there early for parking) and town.
Golf is close and making tee times is easy.

Family Fun
A perfect location for family of all ages. This house offers space to enjoy being together as well as finding a quiet space to take a break.
The kids enjoyed playing badminton in the yard and riding bikes. The beaches were a short drive and several to choose from. We enjoyed the sun while building sandcastles, flying kites and boogie boarding.
There is lots to do. We chartered a morning fishing trip, caught Stripers and grilled it’s for dinner. You can’t get a fish dinner fresher than that! Of course lobster night is a must followed by a trip into town only 7 minutes away for ice cream, a peek in the sweet shop and pictures by the 🐳 tale.
Sharon, your home is beautiful, clean, well stocked and located in a great location for easy access to all the sights.

A Home to Return to!
We’ve been vacationing in ME for 7 years, the last 4 in KPT. We love the town’s charm, unique restaurants/shops, and beautiful beaches. We travel with my parents, daughter (7), and Doodle. Every year we hope to find that home we want to return to each year, and we finally found that in Sharon’s home. It met each item on our wish list! It is CLEAN, bright, spacious layout, A/C, dog friendly, close to town & GRB, with outdoor space & BBQ. Many of the ME homes we’ve stayed in were so buggy you could never stay outside for more than 2 min. That was not the case here; we relaxed outside with ease. We BBQed a few nights, picking up marinated steak and chicken from Bradbury’s Market (down the road). The house is set back enough to be quiet & private, and the driveway was nice and big for our cars, which helped with loading our kayaks. It was new for us to bring linens & towels this year, and while it required some extra packing/space, it wasn’t that bad and worked out OK. We would happily do so again to stay in this home. Sharon was easy to reach if we had questions, as was the caretaker, Jerry. (Side note: If you love duck decoys, Jerry makes them and is SO talented. We bought a few from him on this trip and will treasure the ducks at the hands of his craftsmanship forever!)
Cape Porpoise is our fav place to rent as it’s halfway between Dock Square (5 min) and Goose Rocks Beach (10 min), our daily destinations. Down the road is Cape Porpoise Kitchen and Bradbury’s, where you’ll find whatever food you’d need. The house has a Keurig, and all appliances were clean, new, and easy to use. Beds and pillows were comfortable with clean blankets provided, and the décor was warm and inviting; the electric fireplace added a nice ambiance. While the weather was mild for us, we have been in ME in brutal heat and humidity, thus A/C is a must for us. The A/C in Sharon’s home worked GREAT & kept the house cool when used. More comforts provided were books, games (Uno, Scrabble, Monopoly, cornhole), & beach chairs/toys, which we appreciated.
We’ve been to KPT enough to know it’s always a great time, which is why we keep returning. Must do: Walker’s Point, Cape Porpoise Pier, White Columns tour, ice cream @ Goose Rocks Dairy, watch surfers at Mother’s Beach, make candles at Sea Love, see Colony Hotel, lobster boat tour, Old Orchard rides, antiquing in Wells (see Americana’s Workshop). Eat at Batson River, Pearl, Mabel’s, Nunan’s, Maine Diner, & Ryan’s Corner House.

Awesome getaway
This house is impeccably clean and perfectly stocked with all you need for a wonderful stay. It appears to be brand new inside. Sharon is a wonderful host. We enjoyed dinner at Nunnan’s twice, several trips to the Maine Diner for their famous blueberry pancakes, and a few trips to Mike’s crab house. A trip to Kittery outlets one day, and of course Freeport outlets another day. The only slight disappointment we had was we didn’t find any wild Maine blueberries at roadside stands. Perhaps our visit was too early in the season for that. We highly recommend this house.

Very clean and spacious home!
We had a wonderful time exploring Kennebunk Maine. The area is beautiful. We had terrible weather all week with only about two days of sun and on those days we took full advantage of a Lobster Boat Cruise and checking out the beaches! The rest of the time we shopped and of course stayed at the cottage and we were able to do that with ample space. If you’re looking for an immaculate place to stay that is quiet and peaceful then this is the place for you and your family.

Great place to stay
We could not have asked for anything more, everything was perfect. House was clean, communication with the owner was great, and the location was close to everything we wanted.
The location was very close to the downtown area with the restaurants and shops, but far enough away that you could go for a quiet walk in the surrounding neighborhood. Also a very short drive to the beaches. There is a small grocery store down the road that has pretty much anything you would need and there were plenty of places nearby to grab fresh fish to grill at home.
The house itself was very clean and offered plenty of room for everyone to spread out; everything looked as expected from the pictures. Internet was fast enough to work remotely and there is A/C and heating, although we didn't really use either because the weather was perfect.
Overall, we didn't have a single complaint and will hopefully be back staying there in the future.

Immaculate, charming home a wonderful location
This home is very clean, both technically speaking and in it’s bright and airy aesthetic. Super comfortable bedrooms, cozy space to watch tv and relax, and multiple spots to enjoy meals - table in the kitchen, a spacious dining room table, and a great patio. Cape Porpoise is my favorite part of Kennebunkport. You are within walking distance to Nunan’s Lobster Hut, Cape Porpoise Kitchen, Musette, and the Bradbury Brothers Market. Only minutes to Dock Square in downtown Kennebunkport. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this special home, and plan on returning again next summer - hopefully for two weeks this time!!

Absolutely wonderful !
I can’t emphasize enough what a fabulous time we had in beautiful Kennebunkport! After a long 4 months fighting the pandemic on the frontlines, this vacation was long overdue and so needed! We couldn’t have asked for a better home to stay in or place to get some R&R - It was clean, spacious, freshly remodeled and incredibly well stocked. Very close to everything, but far enough away so it was nice and peaceful. Jerry was awesome and very attentive to any needs we had and a super nice man with lots of good information The little village of Cape Porpoise was so quaint and picturesque. Definitely check out Cape Porpoise Kitchen for some gourmet foods and wine, and Langsford Lobster is a must for the best seafood to take home! Loved going on my morning runs so we could hit Rococo artisan ice cream in the evening in Dock Square ! Yummy ! Beaches that were great for our family was Parsons, Gooches and Goose Rocks. Parking isn’t cheap at 25$ a day for most beaches so spend the full day if you can to get your money’s worth. Be sure to head to ocean ave and see Walker’s Point and a must do is Marginal Way down in Ogunquit- both magnificent !
Final note to to Sharon - thank you for letting us stay at your home ! We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back next August if not sooner !

Kennebunkport vacation
I'm so happy to have found this property! This is my 5th time vacationing in Kennebunkport (in different rental homes) and this is by far, my favorite house. The location is great. It was close enough to town and to the beaches, but far enough away for privacy and quiet time. The house is very clean, roomy and modern, and perfect for our party of 6 plus a dog. The beds are comfy and we appreciated having AC. The owner and property manager were easily accessible when needed and very easy to work with. I highly recommend this property and hope to return soon.

Home away from home!
Vacation in Kennebunkport is a wonderful experience. Beaches, restaurants and shopping are all a few minutes drive from this property. Goose Rocks beach and Mother's beach were our favorite to visit. Nunan's lobster was just down the road. We had everything we needed and knew that we could call Jerry or Sharon with any questions or necessities. This is a very comfortable property that is set up perfectly for multiple families to stay together. Thanks Sharon for a perfect escape!
