6 bed room villa , perfect for the ones that are looking for the perfect spot , in this villa you will have all that you need , with 6 bed rooms all with private bathroom ( 5 with double bed + 1 with 2 single beds) + 1 sofa bed + 1 extra single bed + equipped kitchen ,and a unique outside area where you can enjoy your holidays just hearing the birds around you , with a fantastic barbecue area -this villa have a football camp , volleyball beach area, ping pong table, private pool and free Wi-Fi, all that you see in the pics are complete private-definitely one if the most beautifully places in Algarvethis one can accommodate maximum 14 persons

I recently stayed with my family and had a fantastic experience. The host Carlos was incredibly friendly and was there to greet us at the property upon our arrival, despite us being a bit late. Carlos was very accommodating and helped us with any questions we had. The highlight of the stay was definitely the heated swimming pool, which was available at an additional cost but well worth it. The surroundings of the villa were stunning, and the property itself was modern and beautifully maintained. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this villa to others.

This villa was incredible !. From the moment you drive up to the gates and into the grounds. Its huge, so spacious and well maintained. The football pitch, volleyball court, swimming pool immaculate. The villa is open planned and has everything you need. If your looking for a villa we really cant recommend this more. The location is a bit remote, 5 minutes drive to shops, bars and restaurants. You need a car to get to anywhere. Apart from this very minor point the villa is 5star

Lots of outdoor space for children to play safely. Lovely pool and plenty of sun beds, but they needed replacing. The bedrooms were fine, main suite particularly spacious. Bedlinen was not good quality for standard of villa. All other facilities up to expectations. Would recommend for large family group. We were 6 adults & 4 children and it was perfect for that.

Brilliant luxury villa and grounds that provided lots of entertainment for all ages. We flew in from UK, Ireland and Australia for a reunion and the villa was perfect for everyone - lots of space, beautiful pool, lots of shaded seating areas for a bit of peace too. Need a car at least for food shopping but otherwise Ubers cheap to get in and out of town (but we couldnt wait to get back to the villa!)

Lovely villa in beautiful landscaped gardens. Spacious living and eating area and well proportioned bedrooms. We chose this villa because we could watch the children playing in the pool from the house.

Nice family house

We stay here for 1 week with 6 adults and 7 children(from 0 - 14y). We asked to heat the pool and especially for the children the temperature was nice (last week of April). Due to the open kitchen with a lot of glass, we have a good view on the pool. The pool has different levels, the small kids could play in the first part. Inside the house, there was a lot of space and good rooms and bathrooms. Outside the garden is nice with a football field and a batminton field in a real quit and nice area. We made nice daytrips in the direct area with nice beaches and walkways. a was a pleasure to be there.

Super Villa mit viel Platz innen und aussen. Etwas abgelegen, dafür aber mit riesigem Aussenbereich mit unter anderem Fussballplatz, Beachvolley, Baumhaus, Pool, Terrasse mit grossem Tisch und BBQ. Innen gibt es eine gut ausgestattete moderne Küche und viele Schlafgelegenheiten. Kritikpunkte gibt es vor allem bei der Einrichtung und dem Mobiliar, das erneuert werden müsste (Stühle innen, Liegestühle, Matratzen, Duschköpfe, Aussendusche, etc., etc.). Einige zusätzliche Extras wie z.B. Sitzkissen für die kalten Steinbänke aussen, Bälle oder auch noch Zubehör für den Pool würden der Villa auch noch gut tun. Ausserdem war der Pool nicht beheizt (Extra Kosten von über 200 EUR für eine Woche heizen!). Auf den Jacuzzi hatten wir uns besonders gefreut, der war leider ausser Betrieb (zwar mit Wasser befüllt und beheizt jedoch nicht gereinigt). Die meisten Attraktionen und Hotspots der Algarve sowie auch der Flughafen Faro sind meist in rund 30 Minuten zu erreichen.

Ein traumhaftes Ferienhaus!

Die Villa ist einfach der Wahnsinn und wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Mit viel Liebe für Details in Haus und Garten wurde dieses Ferienhaus gestaltet. Wir hatten nicht wirklich etwas zu beanstanden. Auch der Kontakt zur Agentur war fast ohne Makel. Das Haus ist günstig für Unternehmungen, Einkäufe gelegen und auch nur ca. 35 Min. vom Flughafen Faro entfernt. Ein Auto ist notwendig! Die Fotos spiegeln den Zustand und die Schönheit der Villa absolut wieder! Wir beneiden schon jetzt die kommenden Gäste um ihre Zeit vor Ort. Ein besonderer Gruß an Isabel von der wir uns sehr gut betreut fühlten! Die Villa bekommt eine absolute Empfehlung von meinen Freunden und mir!

Superbe villa pour passer des vacances au top!

Super villa pour des vacances entre amis. Nous étions 10, et tout était parfait. La villa est très grande et spacieuse. Les chambres sont grandes. Les infrastructures exterieurs sont au top : piscine, jaccuzzi, terrain de foot, terrain de volley, barbecue exterieur. La propriété est vraiment grande et il n'y a pas de voisinage. La villa est située à 15minutes d'albufeira, 40minutes de Faro. Je recommande fortement cette villa.

We had a fantastic week at the villa, it has everything you could possibly need. Huge grounds with a big pool area, table tennis, football pitch and lots of space in the villa. We had 11 staying and it was more than big enough to accommodate us all. You do need a car if you stay here as its 5 minutes drive to the supermarket, 15 minutes to Albufeira and 25 minutes to Vilamoura. Isabel and her team were very good and I would highly recommend this villa to anyone.

Excelente para famílias ou grupo de amigos! Foram 7 dias bem passados. Saliento a cozinha em open space com a sala de refeições e a sala de estar. E o BbQ no exterior mas com muito conforto a piscina e o spa não esquecendo o campo de futebol e de voleibol onde nos divertimos imenso. Staff muito disponível e responderam prontamente a todas as nossas necessidades. Recomendo vivamente!!! 5*

Cette Villa de luxe , moderne et spacieuse est tout simplement fantastique !!! Le lieu de vie (Salon / Salle à manger / Cuisine / Terrasse / Piscine) est très spacieux et très agréable !!! Très grande propriété dans laquelle il ya un terrain de Beach-Volley , un magnifique terrain de football, une table de ping-pong... Les chambres sont toutes spacieuses, avec beaucoup de rangement... La suite parentale est magnifique avec grande salle de bain attenante... Toute la villa est climatisée (chambres et salon)... La piscine est très agréable avec beaucoup de transats... La cuisine est équipée d'un frigo américain (avec distributeurs de glaçons et d'eau froide) et tous les appareils éléctro-ménager sont modernes et électroniques... Notre contact, Isabelle Baroni, a été très gentille, réactive, disponible et bienveillante !!! Cette villa est tout simplement FANTASTIQUE !!!

Fantastic villa perfect for our stay.

Villa exceeded all of our expectations! Lots of communal space including a football pitch and volley ball court and garden area! Rooms were all a good size, comfortable and all had access to a bathroom nearby! We we're a group of 13 22 year old girls and couldn't recommend the villa enough, we had a fabulous week here and would highly recommend it for a luxury break away! The pool was a good size & there was enough loungers for everyone. We made use of all the outdoor seating. The property owner was very helpful and met us at the property despite not arriving til 1am. Although the villa is a short distance away from most towns, it is easy to get taxis to and from wherever you want to go. We paid about €15 per taxi. We would all definitely return to this villa in the future.
