Great apartment
Loved the view, the space, the closeness to the metro. The apartment building residents always said hello. I really felt like it was a home.

Great location and owner hospitality!
We were a family of 4 that stayed in this apartment for 4 nights. We enjoyed the central location and being on the top floor of a secure building. The apartment was small but adequate for our needs. It was clean and modern and had the amenities as stated on the website. The view of Santiago and the Andes mountains and the city lights at night from the balcony were amazing! We did hear some street noise (that is to be expected in the middle of a large city) but we never heard any noise coming from any of the neighbors. There is a grocery store directly across the street from the building entrance which we went to daily. We cooked two evening meals in the apartment and breakfast each morning. Our stay began and ended with Francisco, the owner, transporting us to and from the airport (for a separate fee that was comparable to the fee charged by a taxi) and made that part of our trip stress-free. Thank you, Francisco, for being such a good host!

The owner was very accomodating but the apartment needs a little work.
The owner is very good to work and this apartment is in a good location. However, any time we tried to use the oven and the burners at the same time the breakers would pop. Also the white towels looked very old and grey. Only a couple outlets worked and the pots and pans were very old.

Perfect for two adults and two kids.
Just as others have written, the location is very local. Big market across the street. We ate breakfast and a couple dinners in the apartment. Our kids, 5 and 8, slept in the one room and us in the other. Awesome city view. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked very nice. We also slept with the windows open each night. Perfect in March.
Francisco arranged parking, so everything went very smooth. I would recommend.

Good stay in Santa Lucía area
Nice apt, Francisco so helpful when I got dates wrong and accommodated us into the unit a day early - thanks Francisco. Nice apt w 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, narrow galley kitchen but all works fine. Nice balcony to enjoy a glass of wine while looking out at the city and Andes in the distance.

Downtown - Centro Santiago
Great apartment, it is very clean and modern. Francisco was very helpful, and this is a perfect location to be able to explore the city with ease. Close to the subway with some options for food, including a grocery store right across the street. We would stay again!

Great Stay in a Great City
We stayed at this property on our first leg of SouthbAmerican tour . It was nice location , it is on the 26th floor with s great view of the Andes . It was very clean and compact. It was not in the middle of a tourist area so we traveled a lot to restaurants and popular areas but it was walkable and UBER made it easy.
It had a little market across the street, so we can prepare breakfast most days .
Thanks to Francesco for meeting us there our 1st day.

Comfortable apartment and great location.
This apartment is on the top floor of a high rise. My mother was with us one night and she stayed on the futon on the living room which she said was quite comfortable. The remaining nights my family of four had enough space and enjoyed the view and location of this property. It is right across the street for a supermercado and a half block away from a farmacia. The subway is a few blocks away and many of the sites of Santiago are a quick walk. The building has a doorman and a pool. I would highly recommend. Francisco was a great host and easy to work with.

Live the local life
If the purpose of your travel is to learn about the locals and their culture rent this place. It is not in the area of all the tourist hotels, which seemed sterile to me. Living in this apartment you can shop at the local grocery store across the street. You can walk to the subway and get to all the places you want to see. BTW if the thought of using the subway is intimidating give it a try. It is very easy. We never once felt uncomfortable.
The apartment is clean. It is awesome at night sitting on the patio with the Andes in the background sipping a nice glass of Carmeneure.

Excellent apartment in a great location.
The apartment was very clean and has everything you need. It is in Centro, or the downtown area. It was also nice to have a washing machine. Great balcony with a view of the Andes on a clear day. Short walk to the city center and all the downtown sites, such as Plaza Armas. I highly recommend the PreColumbian museum in Plaza Armas and the Museum regarding the Pinochet regime, Memorial y los Derechos Humans. Very moving. Great dining options in the Bellavista neighborhood, Azul Profoundo was particularly good. Also, Aqui esta Coco in Providencia was fantastic.
Francisco was unusually friendly and helpful. 5 stars for him! My wife's luggage was temporarily lost and he made a number of phone calls to the airline to get it back. He also had some great tips on things to do and always responded very quickly on Whatsapp. A great host.

Francisco is Best Host
Apartment was as advertised, clean and with a mountain view, located downtown Santiago, food market across the street, continual cab service up and down the street, Uber service available, walking distance to - Metro, historical city center, restaurants and shopping. Recommend walking to bohemian Bellavista area and to Lasterria area on the way for good food and nightlife. We walked to the Mercure Hotel around the corner located on O'Higgins St to book a city tour and an all day tour to Valpairso, staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful even tho we were not staying at the hotel; tour guides great. Our host, Francisco, was very helpful in schooling us about the neighborhood and available for any questions or problems, he welcomed us with open arms and I feel we made a new friend. Very comfortable, clean, and fabulous views of the city and mountains!
From the very beginning out trip to Chile was delightful. Francisco was a diligent host and communicated his desire for us to have a pleasant stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The views of the city were spectacular day and night. The surrounding area was safe and in walking distance to the Metro. I would highly recommend these accommodations to anyone looking to enjoy all the things Santiago has to offer.

great place to base your stay in Santiago
The apartment was well equipped, clean, and was walking distance to all amenities, including grocery stores, shopping areas, major tourist attractions, and public transportation. Our host, Francisco was very friendly and accommodating. The building is modern, secure, and the unit was on the 26th floor, which provided very nice breeze coming off of the mountains which can be seen from the balcony.

2nd stay.
This is the second time I've stayed in Francisco place.
Great location. Close to everything within minutes of walking. St Lucia is 3 min away. Capital building is 5. Bellavista is 10 minutes walking. Can't beat that.
The place is very clean. With one of the most amazing balcony views.
Underground garage with elevator access is a huge plus!
Francisco is a good guy. Trustworthy. And always available with a text.
I've been here 2 times and I will return again soon!

Excellent Apartment
We (wife and brother-in-law) stayed for 3 nights and were very pleased. It was clean and modern with great views to the south from the small balcony. The owner was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late. Close to metro. Grocery store across the street. Lobby was attended 24 hrs. Smart TV and WiFi. Long narrow kitchen was sufficient for our needs. $100 damage deposit was refunded. Would definitely stay again.
