Localização muito boa. Recomendo usar o metrô. A hospedagem fica praticamente em frente a estação do metrô. Quartos melhores que a foto.

Viaje Express en Familia

Es un ApartHotel que cumple con todo lo necesario, la cama en buenas condiciones, limpio, cocina con encimera eléctrica, todo bien. Por el estacionamiento hay que pagar extra, sin embargo, el vehículo queda seguro.

Pequeños detalles como por ejemplo lo antiguo del aire acondicionado que sonaba mucho al activarse por lo que decidimos dejarlo apagado. En el baño hay jabón pero sólo en el lavamanos, en la ducha no hay y el del lavamanos está puesto de tal forma que no es posible llevarlo a la ducha.

A localização é boa, porém por ser um centro comercial o portão fecha às 20h e o acesso para chegada ao hotel ou saída de madrugada para os passeios fica comprometido.

Li em algumas avaliações que o box / banheira era estreita, achei que fosse irrelevante mas é realmente bem apertado, e a iluminação do quarto muito ruim (tb não achei que fosse incomodar tanto)

MUY BUEN DEPARTAMENTO

Nos toco un departamento en el piso 20. Vista espectacular. Departamento muy comodo, con cocina amplia. El desayuno te lo dejan servido directamente en la habitacion cuando ingresas. Zona super segura, con un supermercado en el subsuelo y varios locales comerciales y bares.

El baño es un poco chico a comparacion con el departamento.

Una estadía excelente....que llegará a ser excepcional!!!!

El espacio, una vista excelente, las instalaciones toda de primer nivel realmente hermoso. La cama grande, cómoda y unas sábanas exquisitas.

Faltó sólo la orientación que: en la noche se cierra el portón del pasaje por donde se tiene acceso de día, Alameda. Y que se debe ingresar por el pasaje lateral. Y en el desayuno cambiar la calidad del jugo, porque se notó que era de los más económicos ( muy sintético)

Hotel für einen oder wenige Tage, ziemlich im Zentrum Santiagos.

Gute lage, nahe zu fast allen Attraktionen um den Präsidentenpalast herum. Super Möglichkeit zum Supermarkt-Einkauf (direkt am Hotel). Hotel kam meiner Bitte nach einem hohen Stockwerk entgegen. Sehr schön!

Frühstück eher durchschnittlich.

la ubicación es excelente, esta al lado de la estación del metro (linea 1) por lo tanto es fácil movilizarse. El desayuno tiene lo justo y necesario pero me hubiera gustado que tuviera más cosas, lo encontré un poco simple. La habitación era bastante espaciosa y estaban limpias.

la cama no era tan cómoda pero estaba bien.

Solicité toallas y pantuflas y no llegó.. el citofono no funcionó de noche. Y el conserje de la noche fue hostíl. Cuando llegué, que fue tarde, estaba muy apagado por Libertador y oscuro.. la entrada no es facil.. hay que dar la vuelta por Amunategui... son varios edificioa internos, son onitoa los apart..pero hay detalles que bajan si calidad.

Me indicaro que tendrían lo que solicité y no llegó. El desayuno es horrible. La bañera estuvo peligrosa...

high-rise hotel in Centro Santiago

Great location in the heart of Santiago, very close to subway, 400 meters from La Moneda, 500 m from Los Heroes airport bus. Many restaurants, stores, and vendors nearby. Rooms on 19th to 22nd floors, with fast express elevators. Nice little suites with kitchenette. Cold breakfast items delivered to your room the day before.

Desk clerk was adamant about 3:00 check-in, despite many empty rooms, until overruled by manager who let people waiting in lobby check in 40 minutes early. Small bathroom. Maintenance of rooms only fair.

It was worth it for the view and the location of the hotel, only a 2-minute-walk to La Moneda station.

The view of the city from our room was outstanding. The cleanliness of the apartment was great, everyday they changed the towels and kept everything clean and tidy.

The Wi-Fi in our room really didn’t work, so that made us have to buy 2 or 3 prepaid SIM cards to be able to have internet during our stay. The TV was ok, but a bit old, we really wanted to watch some Netflix after a long day.

Great location, it is very close to all main sights of Santiago, staff was absolutely remarkable, at our check in the lady gave us for our honeymoon journey a comfortable room and at our check out staff was kind to keep and store all our luggage for all day. Another treat was to receive a breakfast box in our room. No doubts I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Santiago del Chile, by the way Santiago is an amazing people, and Chileans are super cool, we fell in love with this country.

Localization is perfect in the center of Santiago. Bed is very comfortable and room is big.

rooms are very outdated. extremely difficult to find the hotel entrance at night and reception did not answer the phone when we tried to call several times to locate the entrance.

Fine for young people travelling for longer stay.

Hotel was very Confusing, looked more like a dormitory. We have to walk through some type of kitchen and living area to get to our room which had a kitchenette. Would be good for young people travelling together.

They locked gates at 9pm. around the area and so we had to drive around to the back alley, which was pretty scary at night. The day light brought a better view of the area once the gates were open. Call ahead if arriving late. In the daytime the building looks modern, but interior was not. Staff was very very helpful !!
