**In accordance with Gold Coast City Council and Holiday Rental Group Code of Conduct, this house has a strict NO PARTY and NO FUNCTIONS policy. As this property is situated in a quiet residential suburb, in consideration to our neighbours we request all guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area 'quiet time' from 10pm to 8 am. **
Entire house with plunge pool and jetty.
Our check in staff will meet and greet you upon arrival, show you through the house and give you the keys. They will be available by phone for the duration of your stay should you require any assistance.
Government approved Photo ID must be sighted upon check-in
Walk into Surfers Paradise with all the beaches and restaurants. Catch the tram north to Southport or south to Broadbeach. Plenty of buses plus uber/taxis/hire cars/transfers.
NO RECENT SCHOOL LEAVERS, SCHOOLIES, BUCKS, HENS, WEDDINGS OR ANY PARTIES.
A starter pack of guest amenities is supplied to see you through your first night, this gives you time to complete your grocery shopping for the items you prefer to use.
