How else to symbolize this construction carried out in 2017 and decorated by two French people who have a passion for chips and decoration. They hunted and bought at auction for many years all the furniture and objects of this house. They have successfully combined modernity and comfort with furniture from different periods.

The four bedrooms and the huge living room overlook the infinity pool and the nearby sea. A 176 m2 roof terrace with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooks the four-hectare property and allows you to admire the sunrises and sunsets and sunsets, breathtaking 360-degree landscapes, from the Lido di Noto to the nature reserve of Vendicari where many wild beaches follow one another.

Sitting on a long sofa in the living room, three large openings of twelve meters, offer a real cinematographic spectacle over the Sicilian countryside to the sea. The cicadas and the crickets play a melody of which one never tires, interrupted from time to time by the neighing of a donkey.

The 11 meter by 4.50 meter swimming pool surrounded by sun beds invites relaxation from morning to night.

Here it is absolute silence on a land populated by a hundred almond trees, three hundred olive trees, some of which are 100 years old, one hundred cypresses, two hundred red, pink and white laurels, hedges of lavender and rosemary, yukas, palm trees, bougainvillea, jasmine, which overlooks a green valley of almond trees without anything coming to alter this landscape.

The villa did not disappoint and was extremely comfortable. The views and pool were a highlight. Stephane and Jean are welcoming and very hospitable. If you have an opportunity to try the Tarte aux Pommes, you will be delighted! I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

The property is beautiful, with indoor/ outdoor living spaces, tasteful decor and all the required conveniences. The pool area is gorgeous and views are breathtaking. The hosts Stephane and Jean, were super attentive, thoughtful and friendly. They provided us with a meal upon our late arrival (and breakfast the next morning), and were extremely communicative and helpful with recommendations and advice. Stephane even helped us with a couple of restaurant reservations. The location is great, very close to the town of Noto with plenty of beaches around. Overall a great stay, would highly recommend this property.

This was a family vacation bringing along a newborn 6 months of age. We had hoped to spend quite a bit of time at the beautiful villa hosted by Stephane and Jean but the weather was not cooperating. Instead we took day trips which were wonderful and had amazing meals. Our host Stephane made us a beautiful welcoming meal and brought us fresh croissant and brioche the next morning from a local Noto bakery. Overall, I would highly recommend the villa and hope that other guests have warmer, sunnier weather so the grounds could be utilized. Stephane and Jean were wonderful hosts!

This property is located in a stunning position surrounded by olive groves outside the beautiful town of Noto. The house itself is very stylish, each room with en-suite decorated with care. The kitchen has all that you need for a great holiday & there is an outside BBQ area at the back of the house. They provided a bottle of their own very delicious olive oil. There is a roof terrace with amazing views-nice for an evening. The pool is amazing and we had a lot of fun in the pool & relaxation on the sun-beds. Inside the air conditioning was great & the beds comfortable. Each room opens onto a covered terrace, ensuring that there are plenty of places to relax. It lived up to expectation & more. Stephan & Jean were excellent hosts and nothing was too much trouble. They were next door & keen to ensure we had a good holiday. We had beach tips & excellent restaurant recommendations. They kindly brought us dinner on our first night & breakfast first & last morning. Because the promised aranchini weren't available they also brought them another time. The house has a daily cleaner which enabled more time to relax. To get there, our car sat nav didn't recognise the address so we just put in Noto & when we were close, the 'vita e natura' was the best way to find the property. (There is a tennis club at the top of the road, but we didn't use it. A good landmark for finding the property). This is a brilliant location for exploring the baroque towns as well as being close to a nature reserve & good beaches. Easy to get to from Catania airport (40-45 mins). Thank you Stephan & Jean for a fabulous holiday.

Stéphane et jean sont des hôtes attentionnés, toujours au service des locataires (ils nous ont fait connaitre les spécialités du pays en nous offrant notre premier dîner et bien d'autres attentions) la maison est très confortable, la vue sur la mer est très agréable et nous avons bien profité de la piscine. Noto est un QG idéal pour visiter l'est de la Sicile et la petite ville est très belle. de plus Stéphane et Jean produise une huile d'olive délicieuse. nous recommandons vivement cette location.

I have so many good things to say about this property that I don't know where to start. Let's start with the House. Finding a house to rent is always tricky for me as my husband wants to be very isolated, while I always want a sea view. Cinecitta was one of the very few houses that offered both at the same time in this kind of budget. The beach is only accessible by car (about 15 minutes drive with traffic), but the view of the surrounding countryside, with the sea in the background is literally breath-taking. And the house is only surrounded by almond and olive trees and a farm, so the only noise you will hear is a donkey and a goat from time to time, which makes it even more charming. And this takes place is only 10 minutes drive away from Noto, which as we discovered is a fantastic city. Now the hosts: Stephane and Jean could not have been friendlier. We literally had a 5-star hotel concierge service during our stay. First, they had bought delicious meals from the finest trattorias in Noto on the day of our arrival. They had also bought a toy for each of our daughters which I found was a lovely gesture. They also gave us great restaurant recommendations, and even made the reservation for us, which you will appreciate if you don't speak a single word of Italian like us. They also know the area very well and gave us all the best tips to travel to the surrounding cities, Syracuse, Modica, Agrigento, etc. Also, if you love fish food like we do, ask Stephane to take you to the local fishmonger: the fishmonger place is very typical (no doubt we were the only tourists in the place), and has a great selection of local fresh fish, at a very decent price. I was also impressed by their reactivity: we had a power cut once during our stay, Stephane immediately came, and fixed the issue within 45 minutes ! Finally, the region: we chose to go to Noto a bit randomly, not knowing anything about the region. What a great surprise ! The beauty of the town, the proximity to amazing beaches, the natural landscape, the food and finally the people: everything was perfect. Our stay at Cinecitta Sicily was one of our best vacation and it was definitely worth every penny we spent. Stephane and Jean made this place a real paradise and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet landscape, with view on the countryside and the sea, while staying close to a great city, with a 5-star service. I will definitely go back

Une maison d'architecte parfaitement conçue et très ergonomique pour passer des vacances d'exception. Chaque chambre est autonome avec une vue époustouflante sur la mer. Une grande pièce nous permet de se retrouver pour les moments de convivialité. La piscine est parfaite pour se rafraîchir et profiter de la vue. La villa Art Déco Cinecittà porta bene il suo nome. Quando si arriva nel salone di 65 m2, si alzano contemporaneamente le tre serrande facendo apparire tre vetrate come schermi giganti di 12 metri per 2,50 che regalano una veduta straordinaria del paesaggio verde e del mare. Seduti sul divano abbiamo assistito a spettacolari albe di sole e luna. Qui c'è quiete, pace, lontani dalla città, dal rumore del traffico. Si è lontani da quei posti dove si concentrano i turisti. Tutte le camere ed il salone danno sul mare. Ogni camera è accuratamente arredata con mobili, illuminazioni, quadri ed incisioni di varie epoche, che ci fanno sentire nel XIX secolo, nel XVIII secolo, negli anni '60 e nel periodo Art Déco. Si ha la sensazione che gli oggetti sono il risultato di lunghe ricerche. Un nostro amico giornalista ha scritto i suoi articoli proprio su una delle scrivanie in noce. Dinanzi ad ogni stanza, un terrazzo privato ha consentito ad ogni coppia, con le quali avevamo prenotato, di prendersi il caffè la mattina da innamorati e degustare meravigliosi cornetti alla ricotta, al pistacchio, al miele, alla crema, al cioccolato. Ogni coppia aveva a sua disposizione sedie da giardino francesi e prendeva la prima collazione su tavoli bistrot francesi sui quali i proprietari avevano installato tavole fatte in pietra lavica. Un tavolo immenso in marmo di Carrara con piede in acciaio ci ha consentito di assaporare piacevolmente pranzi e cene. A volte siamo stati sul terrazzo di 176 m2 sul tetto per fare colazione e per goderci l'alba. I proprietari ci hanno messo a disposizione un centinaio di capsule di Nespresso, ci hanno pure offerto una cesta di frutta con arance biologiche che provengono da una proprietà vicina con le quali ci siamo fatti delle ottime spremute, e poi acqua minerale naturale e frizzante a volontà. I bagni sono spaziosi e consentono l'intimità. Hanno tutti dei rivestimenti diversi e sono forniti di asciugacapelli e di asciugamani morbidi. La piscina a straripamento è incredibile. Intorno un solarium immenso con una dozzina di sedie a sdraio consente di contemplare il mare. Colmo di raffinatezza: un bagno completo per la piscina. In quanto al giardino, un campo di ulivi, una siepe di cipressi e oleandri, piante grasse, palme... Un luogo eccezionale che è anche un punto base per andare a visitare tutte le città barocche della regione. Ritorneremo con i nostri amici l'anno prossimo per una settimana.

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti in questo stupendo luogo che sembrava un sogno , una villa immersa nel verde con una piscina per rinfrescarsi. Un posto ideale per trovare la pace interiore. Arredato con gusto ed equilibrio. Lo consiglio vivamente , un posto stupendo grazie per le due notti passate qui.

Semplicemente favoloso!! Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti in questa splendida villa sembrava di essere in un sogno , una villa di grandi dimensioni immersa nel verde e nel totale silenzio e pace. Ideale per trovare la pace interiori di voi stessi. Arredata con gusto ed equilibrio. Consiglio vivamente questo bellissimo posto. Grazie per le due notti passate in questo splendido luogo.
