The pool needs to be mentioned first, it is incredible and super well kept, the true differentiating point of the hotel! It overlooks the sea and there is the possibility to sip a drink while there.
The structure in general is very nice and for a couple without kids the fact that the hotel is adults only is a plus.
Breakfast was simple but very good in our opinion.
Staff incredibly welcoming and helpful, always super kind to us.
The view of our room was amazing, the room itself very nice and cozy while not necessarily being at the level of the common areas.
It’s a bit distant from the city centre, but we managed to go there on foot (around 20min) one night, otherwise taxis are quite cheap or we advise renting a scooter to go around.
Overall, super recommended!
There is not a proper beach, but we didn’t honestly miss it due to the pool.
No netflix and so on the tv, but clearly not mandatory in vacation.
In general, nothing particularly problematic.

El cuarto y su terraza hacia el mar son muy graduables y confortables
En el restaurante hay muchas moscas y aún cuando se les indico , no ponen remedio , durante todo el día molestan a los comensales

All the staff was amazing! from Carlos, Miguel, the cleaning staff, the waiters, receptionists all outstanding. Smiling always, attentive and very respectful .
food was really good! we had dinner in the hotel every night we loved it
the ONLY thing is the noise. we where located in floor 3 and it was very noisy (you could hear the neighbor yawning, the kitchen chopping and motorcycles passing by).
All the rest was just perfect, dream petite hotel

A beautiful view with a semi private cove, but the restaurant continually ran out of popular food and beverage items and the shower water was warm at best.

Amazing staff. Friendly and helpful. Location away from it all. They have everything on site. Property is amazing - from infinity pool to design attention to detail throughout. Rooms amazing. This is high end luxury at a remarkable price. Amazing free breakfast and food at restaurant.
There was nothing I didn’t like. The only place I would stay on Cozumel.

Even though it was a little out of town, that suited us. We did lots of walking every day. The hotel,is clean and reasonably quiet. The rooms are large with nice balconies. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Like having Scuba Du office n site to help arrange for diving.
Some road noise from rooms at street side of property. Our ceiling fan never worked in our room. Great pool area and amazing massage facility.

La piscine et le jacuzzi.
Le personnel du restaurant, très mauvais service. Chambre très bruyante et emplacement loin du centre ville.

Amazing sea view, beautiful swimming pool, room was very nice and the sea in front of the hotel has wonderful colours.
The bathroom lightings were not great, hot water was not very hot, just mild, not all the personnel at the restaurant pays the same level of attention to details (for example we asked a decaf coffee and the waiter told us the coffee was like a decaf because it was an americano and not an espresso, or it was not clear if the milk provided was without or with lactose)

Nicely decorated and spacey room. Helpful reception staff. Beautifull scenery at the pool.
Bit far from the center. You had to use a taxi for 80 mxn one-way. Not many beds at the swimming pool. Not very clear how the breakfast works, I ordered something and i had to pay extra for that eventhough breakfast was included in the price of the room.

Great views and nice pool and ocean access.
A bit far from walking to anything but taxis were easy to find.

We didn't know that we ordered that breakfast is not like everywhere but one breakfast from the whole menu which includes either eggs or pancakes.
The service sucks, it takes a lot of time to get drinks and food that you order.
One night there was no hot water to shower in the entire hotel.
The hotel is stunning and nothing more than that, too bad..

Everything, the view is great, the service and waiters are the best. David was amazing. He deserves a raise. It was my boyfriends birthday and he made sure we had a little cake for his birthday. He is the star of the hotel!
Everything was perfect. As a Peruvian, I think they can make the ceviche better.

What an incredible place to unwind. The view is breathtaking and you can’t get enough of it. It’s a true paradise. The facilities are up to date and well maintained, rooms spacious and modern, the property is super clean. The restaurant serves delicious local food and the staff is very cute. Can’t wait to be back!

Beautiful room; great pool area.
Food options in the breakfast buffet were a bit limited with relation to the price point. Check-in process took longer than in other hotels. Fir some reason housekeeping didn’t visit our room in between the 2 nights in our stay.

Fantastic hotel, I had a room facing the ocean and that was just amazing. The hotel has a part 'adults only' and another part for families so you can choose between two pools, you have a jacuzzi within the ocean or you can go right into the ocean. Was perfect.
Big plus because they offer yoga classes AND have a vegan breakfast option that was super tasty (vegan chilaquiles) (although I recommend expanding that offering to a second option for people who stay longer or who don't like chilaquiles).
Missing a gym and unfortunately the rental bikes do not have locks so you can't really use them for longer trips.

Everything was gorgeous.
Staff was very nice but a bit slow with orders.

The room was very nice. The view is beautiful from the suite.
The food was bad. The breakfast food was the worst.. No flavor in the eggs. Can't grill your bread. No black tea!!! Only green,a joke! The ham, cheese were tasting really bad. The food for dinner was eatable but i ordered a pad Thai and it was noodles and chicken not the flavor at all of a pad Thai. Not enough room by the pool, we never had the chance to go there as all the Americans are staying by the pool all day long (wondering why they bother to come to the island if it is just to get drunk by the pool). The yoga would have been nice but extra cost which is annoying regarding the price of the room. All in all could be nice but not worth the price.
When I took a bath the water was yellow/brown..

beautiful grounds, comfortable beds, good breakfast
the amount of day passes they sell to cruise ship passengers..gets very crowded and you can’t even find spots to sit as a paying guest.

Diving at the reef in front of the hotel was amazing this is definitely a very unique thing. The whole premises are super nice, especially the pool area. The view from the new sea view rooms is amazing.
Service quality is below standard for this price category. Especially at the restaurant / breakfast area, people are uncoordinated, not very welcoming and don’t get the basic rules right (not sufficient focus on the client). English skills are mostly not sufficiently available.

I love that this hotel is NO KIDS we didn't have to worry about them running around or screaming in the hallway etc. Ok so it's two view for this hotel jungle and ocean view. If you don't plan on being in your room and care about seeing the road go with the "jungle" although from the ocean view we could hear the road but we were right by the elevator/could see the road. Didn't bother our sleep and I'm not a heavy sleeper. The rooms aren't fancy so without the ocean view it's basic. The shower was really good rain forest shower head and hot water and walk in. The breakfast is free it's usually the same everyday and they'll change out maybe one or two things. The bread is soooo good with the butter and jam and the banana bread. Lunch and dinner cost. The view is really nice idk what I saw in the water swimming at night but it was really big and i only saw a shadow everytime . You get to see a lot of cruise ship which gave the room a nice glow it's two shades on the window sheer and thicker one. They come by to delivery chocolate and will shut the shades and turn on the lights the first time we thought we were going crazy trying to see who did it between us than we saw the candy on the night stand we just started putting up the DND sign so nobody would come in while we were gone. Water is available outside the rooms, it's a pretty grounds, you can charge things to your room. Shopping down the street, taxi are available or they can call you one. Nice pool, snorkeling, yoga, hot tub, bean bags, hammock, did I mention no kids???
Dining area and the staff that hailing the cabs like to talk about guest. They'll ask you if you speak/understand Spanish. Also be careful with the so called "deals" they try to get you while waiting on a cab.

Absolutely everything! This hotel is a gem. We have been in luxurious hotels and B Unique feels like one even though it is a boutique hotel. It feels like it is managed that well (congrats to the management team!). So far the best value for money you can find in the island, if not in the entire area. The interiors of the building, the rooms and the shared spaces are gorgeous and extremely clean. The hotel’s service is top notch with extremely kind and professional staff. We were particularly lucky to be welcomed and supported by Gabriela who gave us a great guest experience from the moment we arrived and even after we had left (we forgot a fee things in our room and she kindly helped us retrieve them). The breakfast was good, simple but yet quite complete. Lunch was really good and dinner was honestly amazing. Tasty dishes with fresh ingredients. I must say that prices were good too especially when compared with other hotels in the area ;). You should try the cocktails! They’re great. We loved the ones with mezcal. The direct access to the water is perfect for a good snorkeling day and the infinity pool is beautiful. Just a jump away, there are corals to be explored and there is a very attentive lifeguard who will be watching over you and can give you great tips for spots where you can see amazing sea life right at the shore. You can also rent the equipment for water activities, rent a car and schedule tours at the hotel. They got you covered.
Honestly there is absolutely nothing. We were impressed with this hotel.
