We rented this house with family so we could attend a funeral. It worked great for all of us. Plenty of room and we never felt like we were walking on each other. The rooms are big and living areas spacious. We all enjoyed the air hockey table (the hand things desperately need replaced though, ouch!) Our two small complaints were the listing was not clear this is a two-level unit or that it was a duplex. The stairs were much too steep for my mother to go downstairs. To add to that, the walk in shower (no tub) was one of the reasons we rented this house over others, to make showers easy for my disabled mom. However, that shower is downstairs, and as I said, she could not even get to it. So that was frustrating as it meant she did not get a shower at all. Lastly, the seals around the AC unit were letting a cold draft in to the upstairs. But all of these things did not lessen our enjoyment of the home. And we were grateful for a place to stay that fit us all.

Weekend Getaway
The house was perfect for us. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Great place for our family to be together and then head over to Gonzaga for the games we traveled for.

Excellent remodel.
The property has been remodeled with care. We truly enjoyed the house. As of now, there is a bit of a draft that makes it hard for the furnace to keep up in the cold weather, but it should be fine in warmer months.

Family Christmas
This is a great space for families. Big yard; really nice beds, well stocked kitchen. We loved our time here. Thank you.

Cozy Stay!
We enjoyed our stay! The beds were comfy, and the basement was amazing for the kids to play. A bit more generous toiletries (wasn’t really enough shampoo/conditioner for 8 people for 2 days) and some better coffee for the mornings would have made this a 5 star stay!

Great place with plenty of room
Nice property with great amenities down in the basement.

You won't be disappointed
This home is updated, clean, and well stocked with everything you would need to spend a week in the Spokane area. If we considered anything a minus it would be the fact there is no television on the main floor. The basement area is nicely furnished with two bedrooms, bathroom with laundry and large family room with big screen TV and air hockey table. The entire house is very clean so kudos to the cleaning crew.

Wonderful stay!
The beds are very quality comfortable. The house is clean. It has everything we needed. It took us a while to find the pots and pans. FYI: it’s in a separate area by the hall way next to the bathroom.

Perfect for us!
On an extremely hot day, we were welcomed by a cool, spotless house and fresh flowers. For a girls’ shopping trip, it was just perfect for us. We certainly hope to stay again.

Convenient location for activities
This was a quick family trip to hit Silverwood and do some river rafting in Montana. The place was clean and the beds were comfy. Kids were downstairs playing air hockey and watching the Olympics while we relaxed upstairs. Kitchen is a little cozy but, overall, this place worked out perfectly for us.

Clean & Convenient
We found this home to be clean and conveniently located for our needs. We were in town to visit relatives who live between Spokane Valley and Coeur D'Alene. It is also only a 5 minute drive from some good hiking trails, which we enjoyed early one morning during out stay. The home itself is definitely older, but the owners have done a good job updating it and it is nicely decorated. The bedrooms are all very good size with comfortable beds. The kitchen is quite small and there is no TV located upstairs. It was fine for us, but just something to mention for those with the maximum number of guests. All in all, this home worked for our needs on this trip.

Just Perfect!
House was clean and just as described upon arrival! AC is a window unit and cools the main living space but rooms were a bit hot in the evenings. Two bags of ice were left for cold drinks!

Poor furniture
Only redeeming quality was the good beds.

The house was great - easy to get to, clean, big & spacious. We did have 2 issues, which did not detract from the stay. The property owner had sent emails but they went to my spam folder so there was some confusion with confirming. And the 2 basement bedrooms were much cooler than the upstairs, so extra blankets would have been nice, even in late spring.Overall, we had a wonderful stay & would rent again.

Great place to stay for a Spokane getaway
We were in town for Gonzaga's graduation and made a week of it, exploring Spokane and local Coeur d'Alene. This property was well-situated and ideal for our needs. It was clean and quiet and we had a great week.

Great space
The house is lovely and has clearly been recently updated.
The pros: We chose this house because the location was easy to get in and out of and it had enough space for my husband and I to work while the kids did virtual school. The fresh welcome flowers were beautiful and I appreciated that there was more than enough cleaning supplies for dishes. I also loved the large backyard and the indoor play space for the kids, including the air hockey table, which was a huge hit.
The cons: The grown ups definitely felt the beds were too hard, but the kids didnt notice. There could have been a better selection of staples in the kitchen, like salt (there was pepper, but no salt). And I did not love the lack of security at the back door since it faced a highway and only had a short chain-link fence for separation.
That said, I stand by my five stars and would stay here again.

Comfortable family rendezvous
Quiet neighborhood central to our family. Clean, comfortable for family gathering. Some family thought the beds were hard. Good Comcast Internet. 2 floors gave two large conversation areas. Nice Roku TV, we signed into Amazon to enjoy a movie. Fun air hockey table. We will use again.

Beautiful Home in the Spokane Valley
This was a great home. It's actually one half of a duplex. It was recently remodeled and very clean. Large sectionals provided plenty of room for our group of seven. The kitchen was well stocked. I would've liked to have had some storage containers for leftovers. They've always been provided in other homes we've stayed in. The whole house was on one thermostat. The upstairs was cozy and warm but the basement was a bit chilly. We found blankets to snuggle up in while watching TV. We'd definitely rent this home again.

I loved this place. It wasm more than spacious enough, I had fun with my son in the back yard and playing air hockey, and the house was immaculately clean. Will definitely keep it in mind for future visits.

Birthday in Spokane
My wife and I, our son and daughter surprised our oldest daughter on her birthday. We chose Spokane because it is relatively close to where she lives. The house worked out very well: we all had a relaxing and enjoyable time.

Home in Spokane Valley
I enjoyed having my wife, two daughters and son, and one grandson share two nights and a day together. We hiked in nearby Dishman Park and did some sightseeing, and played some board games. The four bedrooms and two bathrooms in the house worked out very well for us. The house is well equipped and comfortable.

Great Stay
We were in town for a wedding and the house seemed to be no more than 15 minutes from anywhere we needed to go. Fresh flowers on the kitchen table were great....we would definitely stay here again!

Great retreat
The house was clean and ready for us to come in and relax. Fresh flowers welcomed us on the kitchen table. Beds were great for sleeping. Only down fall was only having one tv in the house by the air hockey table. (would be nice to have a second tv upstairs) Neighborhood was quite and the drive was not bad to get to the convention center in downtown. Close to local markets for shopping. Being so close to a train track thought we would hear more but was real quite even when trains came through the area. AC was a window unit and with a box fan directing air manage to keep house comfortable. LOTS of room for parking and living. Would recommend staying to anyone and will stay again if ever back into Spokane.

Hoopfest Trip
This house was nice for our stay. It is nice that the 2 bathrooms are not attached to a bedroom so make it easier to share. Close to town, groceries and things to do. It was a good fit for us. Thanks!

Convenient and clean
We rented this property which was close to a quilt retreat we were attending. The property was clean, the beds were comfortable and there is plenty of space to relax. Three of the four bedrooms have dressers, and all have good sized closets with several hangers available. The laundry is located in the bathroom in the basement. The kitchen has a standard coffee maker (filters were supplied), a large crockpot, a roaster, a rice cooker, a few pots and pans, mixing bowls, ample utensils and dish ware. Our only issue with the kitchen is that the ice maker in the refrigerator is not hooked up and there are no ice trays to make ice. The property manager did offer to bring bagged ice over but we decided to get our own. It was in the 80’s at the beginning of the week and the house got uncomfortably warm, there is no air conditioning and no fans were available to help cool the upstairs which, at one point reached 85° according to the thermostat. The basement was cooler and would have been a more comfortable temperature to gather however there stairs are fairly steep and two members of our party had mobility issues so we needed to remain on the first floor. The house is part of a duplex in a residential neighborhood, it backs up to a fairly busy road but the road noise was not disruptive to us. All in all we were satisfied with the property and would consider staying there again.
