Sehr zugewandter freundlicher Hausmeister, hatte aktiv nach verlorenem Schmuckstück meiner Tochter im Pool gesucht. Bequeme Betten, wenig Ausstattung, aber ausreichend.

Problematischer Check In, Problem konnte jedoch durch die Erreichbarkeit gelöst werden, Unter dem Bett war etwas vergessener Müll.

Great value for money

Great value for money. Coffee, milk and washroom items were all available. Pool area was lovely

Location was a bit far out from the harbour and Old Town but we knew this and was reflected in the price. Apartment was clean, but there was some food and tissues under the cushions on the sofa bed.

Could not get extra towels and I asked twice and the 10pm quiet time was weird

It was fine

We were disappointed with having no bedding for the pull out couch, if you advertise that it sleeps six there should be blankets for the people sleeping on the pull out sofa. Also would have thought that basic spices like salt and pepper would have been at the condo for people to use.

Short pleasent stay. 4 adults and 2 kids in a 2bdrm. Sofa bed comfortable for the kids.

View - nice sunset. Cozy and clean apartment

Need a bit of update for the bathroom esp the shower area.

need a light in the dog area. no alternative laundry solutions. not enough towels for a weeks stay when we booked for 6 people and laundry alternatives were not available.

Birdsong & wetlands view in morning. The on-site pond with turtles and juvenile Tarpon was nice.

Just needed a place for the night and for that it did the job.

Location was great, easy to find.

The bathrooms are a bit dated but still clean (hope so at least). Check-in not until 4 pm.

It was a place to stay.

The pool and hot tub was nice.

Beds aren't very comfortable. Needed a pack n play for baby and some extra blankets but was told those things were not available.

Location was good, very quiet area. Two bedroom was what we were looking for.

Relaxing and Great Location

Plenty of dishes, etc, good cable and wifi, roomy, easy checkin/out, parking, clean overall, attractive property, plenty of drawers, no key entry, quiet building, great location, good layout, luggage cart, sunset view, breakfast bar, strong showers, minimart.

Broken tiles in entry and kitchen, torn drapes, remote control cover missing, sofa bed lumpy, view mediocre, fridge door sticks, clock died, kitchen rug old.

Unit, clean place.

Parking awful, no security no support, no one to ask for help.. We had to park on illegal zone and no one called us to help after we ca customer service. No washing and dryer machine. Very inconvenient.

Not as described!!

Our rental room (204) was wore down and needs TLC. Check in was at 4:00 and we were unable to get in until 4:30. Once in, I was disappointed in the shape of things. This unit was wore out and I will not go back to this location.

It was ok, probably won’t stay again.

The condo was very clean when we arrived and the kitchen had everything you could need. It’s very close to the airport and not in the busier part of Key West. AC works well.

There were no wash clothes upon arrival. After chasing down housekeeping, we were given 2 for 6 people for 4 days. We called down for more towels and trash bags two days in a row, and they only came once. Sheets are scratchy.
