1. Room keys did not work for duration of stay so hotel staff had to let us in our room every time we left. Very inconvenient.
2. TV in room did not work.
3. Gap underneath room door let in bugs.
4. Hotel would not take credit cards --made us use ATM for cash; max limit was $100 and high ATM fee for each withdrawal
5. Chickens woke us up every morning at 4am

The room. The house keeping. Location. They were all disappointing. The first room they gave us had black mold in many places. It was not possible to breathe inside. Over the furniture there were yellow humidity marks. Again black mold on the door and even the bed sheets and the pillows were smelling mold. They changed our room but same problem was there too. Furniture were old and partly damaged. Down parts were broken and dirty. The most terrible thing was the house keeping. They were walking around like they had a bad news. No hi no bye. Not possible to communicate and ask something. They didn't come to clean n change for days even though we called them and complained about their absence. In that hotel there is no reception so you have to go to sister hotel to ask anything. And don't even bother to go there to ask because it doesn't change anything.

The pool and outdoor bar area is great. Lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas if needed. The bartender, Zoey, was the best!! Personable, attentive and pleasant. She made the experience enjoyable, the way you want to feel when you're on vacation.
Not good customer service. We are still trying to get an answer for a charge on our bill that should not be there. They are not responding, still, after 4 attempts. They are charging for a donation fee per night, $2.45, that they will write off, and you get to pay for it, without your consent. If you’re a real sound sleeper then you won’t mind the roosters crowing, starting at 5am, and continuing all day long! You don't need an alarm clock. They will do the job! The atmosphere of the room was so, so. Not a fan of bathroom barn doors that don't close enough to give privacy. We were able to go to the neighboring hotels, that were sister hotels, and had the worst experience at the pool bar at 24 north. We were practically ignored by both of the bartenders working that evening. The man and woman that worked that evening were not interested in customer service. Just chatting with one or two people at the bar. And we are not picky, believe me! They were not even busy, just busy doing nothing! We were wondering, is it just us? NO, we spoke with other guests that agreed.

The team and atmosphere were great! We had a giant room and loved to stay here!
Can’t change it but I thought the hotel was closer to downtown, but other than that it was great.

Location
Lack of hot water and mystery charges on the bill
And staff with no knowledge of the hotel

The bar area and reception area were decent.
The room’s photographer well but the building is old. The elevator didn’t sound healthy. The house keeping was terrible!!! First day we returned to our room, the bins were emptied and we got new towels and coffee pod had been restocked, the floor had not been cleaned (i wore my white sock for about a minute and they were blackened), and the bed was left unmade. The second day we returned at 5pm to a having had no room service at all. When we phoned for service they said our room should have been serviced. Mismanagement for sure or understaffed either way unacceptable to expect the room to be serviced with the bear minimum.

.We checked in and checked out next day due to hotel is not being a hotel but a motel. No facilities unless you go to next door hotel. Receptionist said that they will charge us for another night but we will get 5 night stay refund we were supposed to stay. No refund, no response from hotel or booking.com. Complained to my credit card and they going to deal with this. Avoid!

Clean and up to date facilities. Not too big of a hotel everything was very close by to it. Overall worth the price
They would have construction guys working at 6 am one day and the next they would have the workers moving the lawn at 6 am I get we need things to get done but there’s a time and place for it. Everyday there would be a group of kids in the pool that would be splashing everyone loud af and the staff wouldn’t do anything about it. Everyone that was staying at the hotel would need “ a wristband to go anywhere on the premises” yet none of these kids had one.

Location is great, with easy access to the action with the hotel shuttle ride.
3.5
They have shuttle to the Old Town and the Trolley stop is right next to the Hotel.
I wish they had better food services. All they have is a Food Truck and I’m honestly not fun of Food Trucks.

Rooms had been updated and were nice.
It calls itself a resort hotel with $45 fault resort fees but it's a basic hotel with no extras. Also had to pay for parking. It was a decent hotel, but not for the price paid.

The staff was super friendly. They let us know about all the events going on the weekend we were there. The shuttle to old town was a good safe way to get down to duval. The pool was super nice.
Bed sucked mini fridge did not keep things cold

We were not in our room often. But we did go to the bar, witch the bartender was really nice and good service. They had a local party with a cool band with good music. Really liked the atmospher. Shuttle to downtown was awesome.
Nothing really, was fine.

The room with the swimming pool view is nice. There is a big parking place so no problem for cars.
The housekeeping service is not available everyday so if you drink the courtesy water and a coffe you will not find them again for the day after. The swimming pool looks like nice but the sunbeds are dirty and the rules of the swimming pool (like no drinks on the border, no yelling, no diving) are not respected. So you can find a lot of cans everywhere. During my time there the elevator was not working.... not so easy for people with big trolleys and baby trolley. The price is not good for what this hotel offers

I liked the hotel
There was no breakfast or wasn't informed about breakfast
The rooster started crowing at 6 am
And for 371.00 it was small but it was newer and updated

Too many roosters crowing in the AM
Some ppl smoking weed on pool deck in front of children

Un lugar tranquilo, y la habitation muy confortable y limpia.

Nothing.
Pool too cold. Elevator broken staff didn't even inform us. Front desk wasn't very inventive to us. Bed so hard. Very uncomfortable. Felt like sleeping on a broad. Didn't like we had to go to hotel next door just to check in. With high humidity made ceramic floor slimy. Door would stick. When checked out same girl from the night before at front desk seem like she shouldn't be bother by us. Didn't ask us or anyone how are Stay was. Both people at desk seem like it was a inconvenience for them to take care of all the guest. They took care of people from Hotel 24 with courtesy and respect . But not at the other hotel. Deathly not worth the money. 1 star.

Reasonable hotel probably more of an upmarket motel with shuttle bus provided hourly downtown. Decent pool and bar area with snacks available.
Our room wasn't serviced and no clean towels or toilet roll provided on day 2, apparently rooms only cleaned every 3 days. We paid 800$ for 2 nights and felt completely ripped off the hotel even charged an extra 15$ per night to park. The same room was advertised at 170$ per night during our stay. Hotel reception wasn't open during our stay so had to use the hotel next door to check in and out and collect tickets for the shuttle bus. Phone in the room not working so had to go back to second hotel to report safe not working.

The price is definitely one of the lowest in Key West.
No WIFI!!
High resort fee!!
Not friendly to dogs!!
They closed their own hotel lobby, guests need to check in at the hotel adjacent to it. The hotel staff was very unfriendly. I told him I have a dog, he just got very impatient because he needed to re-arrange the room and do extra paperwork. I booked this place because other pet owners said their dogs were warmly welcomed with treats and gifts, but I did not receive any.
What's worse is they charge a very high resort fee, yet no dogs are allowed in those common areas, and I'm not allowed to leave my dog in the room alone. So do you expect me to leave my dog outside the fence under the sun?? And they can't even provide wifi service. They're so cheap to the point that they can't even afford a wifi booster or router near the hotel rooms. I tested out their WIFI is only available in the common areas like near the front desk or the pool area. As soon as I get closer to my building (not even in my room), the wifi signal became so weak and then disconnected.
We lived there for three nights, we didn't get any housekeeping, not even trash service. We had to empty the trash every day by ourselves.
