11 Robinsons Row is a spacious, traditional fisherman’s cottage with delightful estuary views, located within the heart of Salcombe. The cottage sleeps eight people in four spacious bedrooms and offers three bathrooms. There is a fully fitted kitchen, utility, sitting room/dining room and a separate cosy lounge with an open fire place. Outside are mature private gardens with patio furniture. Ideally set up for family groups, 11 Robinsons Row would also suit couples looking for a comfortable holiday retreat within a short walking distance of the town.
Amenities: Electric cooker (with four ring hob, oven and grill), dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, and a small pantry with additional fridge and microwave.
Feature open fireplace, television and DVD player, CD hi-fi system and various board games. Wifi.
All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are supplied – tenants just need to bring beach and tea towels. Strictly No Smoking
Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.
