Enjoy all the comforts of home in our cozy log cabin. The living room is very spacious and is open to the kitchen and dining room. This is the best space in the cabin. You can spend hours with family and friends, enjoy playing games, reminiscing, and telling stories around the custom-built rock wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen and dining room are both adjacent to the living room. The pine dining table can seat six people comfortably for family dinners. Enjoy a stroll through the streets of Green Mountain Falls or visit the historic gazebo set on a tiny island in a pond at the center of town. The lake is seasonally stocked with trout, if you care to try your luck. There are several hiking trails that begin in town that range from mild to adventurous where visitors can see the pristine Colorado waterfalls the town is named for!

When we got to the cabin there was trash everywhere. We walked into the cabin and it smelled musty and like smoke. My son has asthma and had to turn around and go outside. The comforters and furniture were stained and greasy. There were cobwebs everywhere and was just generally dusty and dirty. There was popcorn kernels in the restroom and on the toilet. I have been asking for a refund because we were not able to stay in the cabin and have yet to talk to someone who can help me. Horrible customer service and I need to talk to someone in charge..

The house is located away from the main town and is very quiet and relaxing. There is a creek that runs near the house and the noise from the running water is relaxing.

The location, near just about everything we wanted to do.
Sitting on the deck with great views and watching the deer in the front yard steps away. Hearing the stream from the deck, very peaceful. Very nice neighbor.

This property was a great place to just relax and enjoy the mountains. Great park near by as well. Property was beautiful and well kept.

The cabin had most everything needed for a comfortable stay. Stove was dated, but still functional. Only issue was knowing where we could dump trash. Ended up taking it to large dumpster by community center. Would be happy staying here again

The location was delightful. It was quiet and scenic. The hike from the cabin to the waterfalls just up Belvedere road was a nice little gem. The cabin itself was ‘meh’. Not super clean and it seems that the owner just doesn’t even try. The cleaning fee is insulting. So, not a great value but a great location.

Very nice, private place. I would've given it five stars with a few minor repairs.

Remember to read details. It does not have air conditioning and opening windows are not possible with animals around. Windows are ground level and screens will not stop an animal. Needs another way to cool down in the summer months. It was close to everything we wanted to do.

Property is in need of a thorough cleaning and update throughout. No toilet paper holder, carpet is old and musty smelling, the couch is very worn and broke down in the middle. Very few outlets with a lot of power strips plugged into several of them (one updated 3 prong outlet for current electronic devices) Broken chair on the front porch and would be nice to have a small table since the weeds were so high that you really didn’t want to use the back picnic table. I would not recommend this property.

The cabin is cute but very dated. If you have any cords or appliances you plan to bring, there are very few three prong outlets. All the living room furniture is broken down (arms sagging, etc) - there's really only seating for about 4 people in the living room.
I was aware there was no air conditioning, but hoped there would be more than one fan provided for the entire cabin.
Laundry area was nice.
Some nice amenities would be disposable plates, cups, etc as there is no dishwasher and very limited countertop space.
Quiet and serene area but the cabin could use some updates.

Love this cabin and love this town!

Nice, private location. Beautiful views and convenient to Pikes Peak visitor Center, Manitou Springs and Colorado Springs. The property is comfortable but in need of some repairs and deferred maintenance. For example, the toilet was not working well. Had to lift the tank and play with the guts to get it to fill.

Loved our stay!
Me and my husband last minute booked the Naughty Pine for the weekend, GREAT last minute decision. It was a nice warm welcoming stay up near/in the mountains with a great view, cute kitchen and rooms, nice big dining room, and a great fireplace in the living room. Loved the stay, for sure need to come back in the future!

Great property
We booked this cabin as a birthday weekend getaway and it was everything we wanted! Very peaceful and we enjoyed staying here. There were dishes and utensils available which allowed us to cook as we needed to. Stores weren't too far away so the location wad also great.

Really enjoyed the stay at naughty cabin.
Very cozy perfect for a small family.
I would come back and stay again.
It could use a better cleaning. I had to move a couch and was trashy underneath. Very dusty. Only 2 trash bags for a 3 day stay.

Not what we expected. Not clean, moldy and funky. Won’t book again.
Moldy ceilings, not clean, inaccurate photos, funky air b&b. Won’t book again

This cabin was adequate for our family with two adult children.
We used it a home base for visiting many attractions in the region. We found the kitchen a little cramped for more than one person. (Too many cooks?) Every important item, or notice, was labeled with a label maker. We did find one thing unusual which is the TV remote was not present. The cabin had WIFI, but we could not find out how to switch to Netflix so that it displayed on the television.
The temps were mid 80's daytime, and low 40's at night and the heating was adequate.
Also, many of the restrictions / conditions were listed on the VRBO web site, but many previous rentals we stayed in have an instruction book listing these conditions for easy reference.
Finally, we enjoyed reading the history of the ownership of the cabin going back the early 1900,s.

Very cozy nice getaway. The only complaint was the coffee pot filter was not cleaned out and some of the stacked dishes were dirty. Other than that, nice stay!

Cabin in the clouds
Lovely cabin reminiscent of New Hampshire. The log in was hard to read. The kitchen lacked some basics such as glasses and large pans. Loved our stay!! Would come again.

This is the second time we have rented this cabin. I love the knotty pine decor, the large dining room table and the location, which is walking distance to downtown and also to the Falls trail.
The bed in the master bedroom isn't bad but the cover seems like it needs to be washed. We could not find a switch to turn on the light in the closet, so stumbled around trying to find our things.
I would highly recommend a deep cleaning of windows, floors, furniture and bed covers, buying a patio table with umbrella and chairs so that the front deck or back patio can be used comfortably (currently there are 2 white plastic chairs, one paint-stained green one, and a metal chair), correcting plumbing issues in the bathroom (slow drain, musty smell, mold on shower), and getting a screen for the 2nd bedroom window.
For those who like to watch movies at night, it's important to note that the VCR/DVD player doesn't work and we couldn't find a streaming option on the television. The instructions for cable are not accurate. ( It's necessary to click on the access behind the screen.)
It was very cold several nights during our stay. After the first night we used the heater, the pilot light went out and it took us a day to get the VACASA rep. to send in someone to fix it. We were told that person was on vacation.
The area outdoors by the picnic table needs raking and cleaning up. The patio table needs to be re-stained.
Many people have commented that they enjoyed their stay here. We did too, but feel the costs aren't justified considering the condition of this old property.

What a disappointment and a rip off
This was advertised for less than $75 per night. NOT UNTIL AFTER WE BOOKED DID WE LEARN OF ALL THE EXTRA FEES SUCH AS BOOKING, CLEANING, PROCESSING ETC. in addition there was a note beside TV that said if controls weren’t left like they were there would be an additional $25fee. This was a terrible neglected old property. It needed paint, lighting inside and decent beds. The light in one bedroom was a lightbulb in a porcelain fixture with a pull chain. The kitchen had a frayed plug in with a power strip RUGHT ABOvE the kitchen sink. I’m not sure but I think we were charged double- once thruVRBO & once thruVACASA. I have pictures of the deficiencies but not sure how to upload them. DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED doesn’t even begin to express my feelings.

Enjoyed our time, wish we could’ve stayed longer!
Considering renting again, this cozy spot was just far enough away from the city. The morning we were preparing to leave, a deer jumped down into the driveway and stared at us and then hopped away, it was adorable! I love the views!

This cabin is perfect to hang out in a small group. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. However, I recommend sleeping with the doors open and heater on because the rooms got super cold!

Beautiful location, rundown cabin
The area is absolutely beautiful, and we loved going for a hike at a trail within walking distance. The cabin is old, with broken lamps and a shower that had mold come out of the cracks when I moved the shower head sideways. A mouse pooped on something I left on the floor. And the worst part was that when we first arrived, it really smelled like cigarette smoke. When I told the manager, she said she’d drop off a spray the next day to deodorize. There was no apology, or anything else to make up for the fact that a pregnant woman and mama with a baby had to deal with cigarette smell. We’d go back to the neighborhood, but not that cabin, and hopefully not with that manager.

Vacation during pandemic
This is a great location to socially distance during the pandemic.
Wifi is not as sent in email but given in a Welcome brochure inside the cabin which we didn't find until day 2. Check light bulbs. One in dining area seems not to work. Black mold in bathroom needs to be rid of.

The most amazing experience!
I visited Colorado with my three children!
The cabin that we stayed in was so warm and inviting! The owners have created so many memories for any visitor to appreciate! I felt the history of the place..the love and connection we all enjoy as a family! We ventured to the summit of Pikes Peak where we witnessed what I call "Gods Gate"! We are grateful!

Loved!!
Everything was great about this place. We loved the location! The owners were very nice and helpful. Only downfall is no AC but it really wasn’t that bad, we just plugged in the fans they had and opened the windows.

Cute little cabin near CO springs
This cabin was clean and what we needed for the time we stayed in CO Springs area. CO Springs and highway getting to it were busy but this neighborhood was quiet and walking distance to Green Mountain Falls trailhead. We saw lots of deer and even heard a black bear just outside our window one of the nights.
