The house was wonderful. It had plenty of room and had everything we needed. Very clean.

Truly a beautiful cabin in the woods yet near Pikes Peak, Colorado Springs and civilization. Plenty of room for our 6 adults.

We have stayed at many places in Green Mountain Falls, and this cabin by far was a beautiful cabin with lots of upgrades and amenities. We will definitely booked this cabin again. Can hardly wait until our next visit.

Beautiful place.
Lots of room.
Clean and reasonable priced.

We had a group of six adults (ages 36 to 82) and two childen (ages 7 and 5) staying over an extended weekend. The Chipmunk Cabin was just as described and fit our needs perfectly. The boys stayed downstairs on the Murphy bed and loved their little "man cave" while the adults stayed upstairs. The Master Bedroom is gorgeous, jetted tub is great and bed is comfy! The porch provides scenic views, although we could have used some additional and more sturdy seating out there.
The kitchen is well stocked with kitchen essentials and there is a large discount superstore about 10 minutes away for grocery shopping. We went into Green Mountain Falls to play in the park a few mornings. Overall, a great place for our stay and would gladly stay here again. A very easy check in and check out process!

This is a very nice cabin. I would highly recommend it.

The views from this house are gorgeous. The master bedroom and bathroom were my favorite part. The house accommodated our group well.

We had a great stay with our family. We wanted a mountain cabin and we got that with amenities at this place. Such a great time we had.

The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Close to everywhere we planned on going. The kids really enjoyed it and so did we. We will for sure reserve again in the future!

Really a great place with some good views! It’s a quiet area and the home is comfortable with good amenities and nice rooms, which all have access to outside. Very nice!

The property was easy to find and very clean! Upon arrival, we couldn’t get the furnace to turn on. Considering it was snowing and got down into the 20’s the first night there, it was a little concerning. And, there were no extra blankets in the cabin. We did find an electric space heater in a closet that warmed up the living room and kitchen, but the bedrooms & bathrooms were cold! Also, the gas logs in the fireplace did not work. Someone came out mid-morning the next day -the pilot light was out in the furnace. It was a quick fix, but things like that should be checked before someone’s stay.
Also, the spout on the coffee maker carafe was chipped, and one of the recliners in the living room was broken.
But, all in all, it was a great cabin, once we had heat!

The cabin was perfectly appointed & thoughtfully prepared for our stay! Very clean & exceeded our expectations.

The place was nice. Neighbors were close but the neighbor hood was quiet. Some dated furniture and TVs.

Chipmunk Cabin was perfect for our fall family getaway! Three generations under one roof with something for everyone.
Close to great places to visit such as Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs but still private nestled in the trees. Green Mountain Falls is an idyllic little place.
We cooked most meals and kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. Be sure to grab breakfast at least once at The Pantry in Green Mountain Falls.
Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings and early mornings and watching the sun come up from the comfort of the living room recliners. Make note: you are requested to go shoeless and the floors are slippery in socks. Also, if you have little ones, bring a gate to block the staircase. The master bedroom stays very lit up at night because of the security lights, so bring a sleep mask. The three bedrooms all had comfortable beds.
Nick was great addressing all the maintenance items, but wish we had not had to ask him out each day. Glad I packed a blanket because there were none in the house and the heat was not functioning properly until our last night there.

This property was absolutely breathtaking. The entire area was relaxing, we didn’t want to leave.

We had a terrific vacation here for 1 week. The space is large and accommodated our group well (4 adults, 1 infant under 2). We cooked most of our meals as the kitchen is very well equipped and the grill on the balcony is a great experience. There is a washer/dryer. For those with infants, be aware that there are stairs in the kitchen leading to the basement. The balcony provides a great space to relax after a day of hiking. If you are looking for great mountain views 10-15 mins away from the city and have a small-medium sized group, I would highly recommend staying here.

This cabin served as our Pike’s Peak home base. It is a lovely home. The roads in green mountain falls to get there are a little interesting ( they were scraping the dirt when we were there). But you are in the mountains 😍.
Our family of 5 (2 adults, 16, 14 and 11) really enjoyed this property. It was very well equipped and stocked with everything we needed.
We made multiple meals and the kitchen was perfect for us.
Loved the jetted tub. I picked up some bath bombs in manitou springs (Salus), threw on a mask and my headphones. Totally recommend.

This was the last cabin we stayed in during our Colorado trip, and it was a huge let down for several reasons. First, the home was not as clean as I would expect. There were several rather large cobwebs with dead insects in them scattered around the house, as well as dead insects in the windowsills (on the inside, not when the windows were opened. Additionally, the master bed had *several* long brown hairs under the covers that were not ours (which we discovered after we had slept there one night).
Second, the home does not have air conditioning, which is fine, except only three of the windows in the entire home were able to be opened. The rest of the windows either had no screens (we tried, there were so many bugs), or would not open. The most worrisome issue with the windows, however, is that several of them did not lock. As this home in one story, it is very easy for someone to break in (my husband attempted it to see how easy it is...it took him all of five minutes).
Third, the area surrounding the home was so full of weeds and grown up grass that it was completely unusable, including the fire pit. Weeds are so grown up around the house that they are starting to creep onto the front porch.
Finally, the house had a horrible mildew smell that was worse in the basement and never dissipated. One of the recliners is also broken.
We actually left a day early because it was unsafe and kind of gross.

My family of 6 adults stayed here for a long weekend during my son's wedding. Other than some minor deferred maintenance, the house was perfect for us. We especially appreciated the proximity to the Garden of the Gods, the porches overlooking the grandeur of mountains, and that an adolescent black bear stopped by for a visit our first evening there. Plus the quality of construction and simple Western decor made us very comfortable when we were indoors. We'll definitely stay here again should we have cause to be in the area in the future.

We loved it but we could not get the trash container lid open.,

We were in the area for a family gathering in the Springs and this cabin proved to be a really great decision. It’s not too far away, & it’s in a beautiful setting. There was plenty of space for all of us, quiet, clean,. Would stay there again!

Total experience was on point. The cabin is spacious with plenty of room for the 5 of us. Fireplace was nice for the chilly nights. Great views being up on a mountain. Definitely beats staying at a hotel.

We loved staying here! My older boys loved having their own space downstairs while my girls loved being able to spread out upstairs. The home was super clean with all of the amenities we needed. My only suggestion would be brighter light bulbs in the bedroom fixtures due to being very dim when dark outside.
4.7
Very nice cabin with everything we needed. Beautiful views. 10 minute drive to Manitou Springs or Woodland park shopping

We absolutely LOVED this cozy cabin. It was perfect for our family. The rooms have a great size, everyone had space and the kids room to play. It was very very clean. Location is perfect, there is a Walmart really close by. We had a snow storm during our stay and our car was not all wheel drive but the ride to go up and down wasn’t that bad just needed to be really carefully since there is a bit of a steep hill to go up and down. Only thing missing that we like when we book cabins was a hot tub and a pool table but other than that we definitely recommend this cabin it is great.

Called for fireplace not working three times and mold coming from tub NO ONE would call back or come by. Sent text including pictures of everything including piles of dirt on floor and no response back either but sure wanted their $999
4.7
Our whole family loved the cabin! The scenery is beautiful and the location kept us close enough to town to be convenient, while keeping us away from all of the hustle and bustle. The cabin is stocked with all the modern conveniences to make you feel at home. Will definitely visit again!

Very modern home.

We enjoyed the layout of the cabin. There was so much room for my family of 6. The view was gorgeous from the deck and we enjoyed the widlife that visited us daily. This cabin could be extraordinary if it had some TLC. It is overall a fantastic cabin but it really needs a good deep cleaning. The floors were dirty, The master bedroom comforter had stains on it. The cabinets and countertops grungy. Needs some screen on the windows and fix the broken window handles. The outside area needs some cleaning up as well. And I believe a previous review mentioned upgrading the deck furniture which I agree with. I spent hours out on the deck as it has such a pretty view and the temperature was so beautiful out but some actual deck furniture and porch furniture would be great for the cabin. Updating the furniture in the main living room and master bedroom rocking chair would go a long way as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay after I did some cleaning up.

This house was perfect for our group of 3 adults and 2 kids. The views outside each day were stunning and we saw mule deer right when we arrived! This cabin is literally on the mountain. We loved the master suite with bath and closet/laundry room. The cabin’s location was super convenient as we were minutes away from Santa’s Workshop, Woodland Park, Manitou, etc. We ate at The Pantry and Wines of Colorado and both had delicious food and family friendly!
4.7
Great cabin, really beautiful! Would like to stay here next year as well.
Only comment is that the bed sheets were dirty.
