The dishwasher was broken, which was inconvenient with a large group. The indoor pool was closed, but we were able to use the one in Phoenix 7, not too inconvenient.
Lots of kitchen appliances, crockpot, blender, nice size fridge, coffee pot, even Tupperware type storage containers for left overs. Perfect location, patio was like having an extra room. Bunk room was great, amazing response time on inquiries from property managers.

We had an issue checking in.. we were supposed to check in at 4 and didn't get to until 5:20.. we had frozen items from Walmart that the cleaning lady let me put in the freezer though which was helpful! The lady came to inspect the room before we could put things in it which we didn't know because it the cleaning lady allowed us in! Everything else was fantastic! The master bathroom didn't flush very well but that was only a small inconvenience!

This condo was roomy and accommodated our family of eight very well. The first-floor end location was great for access to pool and beach.

Phoenix VI condo stay
Property was good except toilet in master in back didn't flush properly.
The front desk was rude and not helpful. Did not explain how to get into the garage or that one car could park in the garage in the numbered space. Rude anytime we had a question and when we checked in or out. Security guard was nice. Front desk was not.

Great Time!!
We had a great time at this condo!! Furniture inside and out was great!! The only downside is that the bedroom covers are really thin and we got cold at night. But we would definitely stay there again.

The worst customer service!
Our unit was filthy upon check in. All our kids had black feet just from walking around the unit while we unloaded our things. When we went to put our girls to bed, their bed had a large amount of blood on the sheets!!! Multiple items were broken in the unit as well. Customer service has been terrible. I spent numerous days trying to contact management to resolve these issues and no one seems to want to make it right. So very disappointed in Brett Robinson management and will not be looking to book with them in the future. We’ve never had such a poor experience with a rental!

a great spot for a group
This is a great unity for a group. I have 5 kids plus we met friends there. 9 people with room to spare in this unit. I loved everything about it, including the price, except the communications.
The person who owns it doesn't communicate well. You check in at a front desk, which was fine, but the keys weren't working. It was a bit of a process. All of the info you need to enter a building, like the address and instructions were all burried in multiple emails. That was my only issue. If we go to OB again with a group - I will rent this place.

Thank you
Great stay! Perfect location on first floor, away from the pool, but close enough!

Great for families!
We had a great time! The condo is at the end on a corner ground floor and very convenient. Very private but you can also just walk out to the patio and straight to the pools and beach. The only drawback is that you can’t see the beach from the condo but it’s still awesome! We had 3 vehicles so we had to park one of them several miles down the road in a gravel parking area so we were not too happy about that. The one reserved parking spot is awesome!! It’s right out the condo door! The toaster had a few issues but we managed. There was some trash left out on the patio when we got there but no biggie. Overall we had an excellent time!! We will be back!

Amazing place at Orange Beach
Absolutely perfect, as advertised, great in every way. We stayed as three families (two grand parents plus two families of 6 and 3 respectively), and it was perfectly sized (very spacious) and laid out. Trivial beach access, which we used every day (and some nights). All furnishings were great, and beds were comfy. Condo amenities were also great (kids had fun playing both raquetball and tennis). It's on the first floor, so you can't see the ocean from the room, but of course we knew that beforehand, and being on the first floor had other obvious advantages in terms access. Our families had a fantastic experience together that we'll remember forever... Would definitely choose this one again!

Orange Beach getaway before school starts
This property is great for a family with kids. The added room that sleeps four kids was a sure hit with our kids. The place is nice and cozy. It very convenient to beach access, the pool, and the grill. I would certainly choose this spot again.
We did have a slight gnat problem and a mishap with one bed. However, the managers took care of that right away!

Great for families
Very nice property with lots of amenities. Easy access to pools and beach. The corner location offered seclusion, as no one else passed by our condo.

Good for groups, but be advised
We enjoyed our stay very much. We did have a few issues, but they were with the Pheonix property and not the actual room. Most importantly, there are limited parking passes (three), so be prepared to travel together or park elsewhere. The entrance gate official and front desk staff were quite rude to some of us about the issue. Also, being on the bottom floor, we had to deal with guests above us throwing their trash over their balcony and onto our patio. I'm talking about pistachio shells attracting ants, cigarette butts, a soda can, and we even found a joint butt. We had two 6 year olds and one 2 year old with us, so this kind of litter was a bit of a hazard. Our room was quite nice and a convenient distance from the pool and beach access. There was not a beach view, but it was fine because of the pool access.

Lots of sleeping space, but only view is of the sand dunes
Very cute kid area!! Den furniture could use some updating (one couch has fuzz balls all over it, another couch torn and one of the chairs is peeling). No view of the beach since it’s on the bottom floor. We still had a great time

Clean, spacious, beautiful!
Our family had a wonderful time with plenty of room and sleeping accommodations. The reason for 4/5 is that there was that there was construction scaffolding on our balcony/back porch area that blocked our view and use of it. The beach was absolutely amazing, and the pools indoors were very nice as well. Although we had the inconvenience of a broken wash machine, staff was prompt to replace and very helpful and professional. There was not enough silverware for our family of 10 for one meal, but the kitchen was great otherwise.

Deceived
I booked this particular unit because my 3 grandchildren were coming. I wanted ground level with the yard and beach access for the kids. After I booked, after I paid my money, Brett Robinson agency sent me an e-mail stating the building would be undergoing major exterior renovations with loud noise and strong chemical smell. The construction started way before I booked and was scheduled for 4 months! I called, they instructed me to call the property mgr at the actual building. I called, I was told I could be relocated but to come ahead and check in first. I was also told to call back in a couple of days and they would have a new construction schedule. I called. I was told the scaffolding by my unit would be gone 6 days before we would arrive. Day of arrival. My daughter and her family were arriving separately as well as my son and his family. I called ahead, so that either one of them could check in ahead of my husband and I. Nothing was said about the construction. It was late evening when my daughter and her kids got to the unit and she calls me telling me there are signs on the door. when she got inside, there were signs on the patio door stating that the patio was closed, a large table shoved against the door and scaffolding on the patio. I called. Weather delays....we were all so tired, kids were asleep, we just decided to stay. we had three families, luggage, 3 kids, all unloaded! No construction workers ever showed up all week. I called Brett Robinson again to express how I thought someone could/should have let me know before arriving and they pretty much said sorry, call the property manager. I went again to the front desk. I received $100.00 for my trouble, BIG WHOOP! I was the only one who did any work, I was the only one who paid a lot of money to have the convenience of a yard and beachfront access for my family vacation, I was the only one stressed about the situation. BOTTOM LINE- I FELT DECEIVED. They took my money and did nothing else.

PERFECTION!
We rented this condo for the whole family to go. There were 15 of us total. Pictures do not do this place justice. We were expecting your typical cramped little condo, no. This place easily housed all 15 of us comfortably. The kids room was perfect for the little ones and teenagers. Seven children total. They loved the "fort" and the bunk beds and the privacy they could have. This is a corner condo that is only a few steps from the pool and beach. Everything had child safety gates. The corner lot was perfect for the kids to play while we weren't swimming etc. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful stay! Perfect for a family with kids.
We loved the treehouse room, the close proximity to the pool and parking and also the five t.v.s!
