About this house rental
After 16 years of having vacation homes in the Branson area, we have embarked on our latest addition to our distinctive and high quality homes. After listening to our thousands of guests who have stayed with us over the years, and hearing their preferences, we have taken their input and have built Heritage Retreat.
Once we found the best location, with a view of Table Rock Lake, and just 6 minutes from the Hwy 76 strip, 5 minutes to the marina, two minutes to Moonshine Beach and the dam, and 10 minutes to Silver Dollar City, we knew it was time to build our perfect vacation home. With 10 bedrooms, each with own bathroom, a half-bath, and the most popular amenities that guests have mentioned, this unique home is the complete vacation rental for family reunions, church groups, golf trips, ladies gatherings, couples vacationing together, and even business conferences. Heritage Retreat will accommodate up to 46 people with over 7,000 square feet inside the home.

MAIN FLOOR
Entering Heritage Retreat, you are greeted with the large open dining/ kitchen/ great room area with a see-through gas stone fireplace. The exposed beams, open catwalk, and windmill fan add to the expanse and grandeur of the home. The large windows on both sides of the fireplace give a view of Table Rock Lake.
The dining area has four, 8 foot dining tables which will seat 40 people. There is also seating at the kitchen island. The tables can be used to host conferences. A large dining area with plenty of seating is one of the top preferences our guests have mentioned.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your group and has plenty of dinnerware and pantry space for groceries. There are two kitchen sinks, two stoves, two dishwashers, a microwave, and a refrigerator with freezer. With all that seating, you may need all that this kitchen provides for those delicious meal preparations. You don't have to pack clothes for everyday as there are also two large capacity washers and dryers in here and we do provide laundry soap and dryer sheets. You will find another fridge/freezer and an ice machine as well as the washer and dryers off the kitchen.
The great room area features a large flat screen smart TV. The dining tables can be used so conference presentations can made using the big screen. Each TV in the home will have its own HDMI wall outlet to directly connect your computers and games systems.
Slide open the barn doors which lead to the two master suites on the main level. The one to the left is fully ADA handicap accessible with king bed, roll-in shower, and roll-up bathroom sink. This room sleeps two. The other to the right has king bed, daybed with trundle, tub/shower, and its own door to the back deck. It sleeps four. Each bedroom has its own TV and a ceiling fan. On each side of the beds are a sconce light with a floating shelf and outlets with USB ports for charging your electronics.
If you enjoy beautiful sunsets, the back deck is the place to be. Off the great room is the door to magnificent lake views from the back deck and more dining space. On those cooler nights, pull up a chair next to the outdoor fireplace.
UPPER LEVEL
At the top of the stairs going to the upper level, you find yourself on the large open catwalk with railings on both sides, a view below, and an cocktail arcade with 60 classic games. Remember how to use a joystick?!
There are four master suites on the upper level, each with a king bed, daybed with trundle, its own TV, and bathroom with walk-in shower. They each sleep four. Distinctive features include custom made closets with shelving and cubbies so you're not living out of a suitcase. As with the main level, each side of the beds is a sconce light and a floating shelf with outlets and USB ports for charging. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan.
When you stay in one of these master suites, you get to step out on your own private balcony to enjoy some peace and quiet while drinking your morning coffee and relishing the gorgeous lake view, or relax after a busy day with a glass of wine and view the beautiful sunset over the lake, another unique feature of Heritage Retreat. From here you will want to take some vacation pictures to post on Facebook. You will find a third washer and dryer on this level.
LOWER LEVEL
The lower level has four master suites. Three have a king bed, daybed with trundle, a TV, and walk-in shower. They each sleep four and have the same floating shelves with charging capabilities as the other levels. The fourth is our bunk room with three sets of bunkbeds, sleeping up to eight. Each bunk has its own outlet with USB and light. The bunk room has its own bathroom with walk-in shower. These aren't just kiddie bunks. Adults can use them as well. One of the bunks is full over full size. All the bedrooms on this level have their own TV and ceiling fan, except for the bunk room. We didn't want a ceiling fan too close to the top bunk guests.
There is a large flat screen smart TV in the lower level family room, great for watching the game. Need a refill or some popcorn? No need to go climb the stairs as there is a kitchenette/wet bar on this level with a third refrigerator, microwave, sink, and pub table with stools. There are two twin sleepers also in the family room.
Take a break from the electronic games and play some billiards on the pool table. Or have a tournament on the air hockey table.
BACK PATIO
Slide the glass doors and step out on the back patio. Here you'll find more comfortable furniture, the gas fire pit, and the propane gas grill for those delicious BBQ meals. Who doesn't like to sit around the fire and have a few drinks and conversation with a lake view in the background. No need to hassle with firewood or starting a fire, just click the fire on for instant heat and enjoyment. After a long day of activities, roast some hot dogs or marshmallows and make some smores.
The swim/spa is the main highlight of the back patio. Another of our guests top preferences is a private hot tub for adults and heated swim area for the kids. It is only for our guests staying at Heritage Retreat. This swim spa is 20 feet long and 7 1/2 feet wide. Relax and drift away as you let the spa jets soothe your muscles. The spa is divided from the swim area and is heated to 102 degrees. The swim portion is 15 feet long and heated at 80 degrees with an eternity swim jet which allows adults to swim as far as they want without going anywhere. It s a great work out. However, I plan to use the hot tub portion and watch my grandkids in the swim area. You must be 16 years old to stay in the hot tub for longer periods of time as it s not safe for young children to be in there for more than 10 minutes. But they will love the swim portion and you'll probably end up joining them.
BOATING ON THE LAKE
State Park marina is five minutes away where you can rent all kinds of water craft for an adventure on Table Rock Lake. Bringing your own boat? There is a public boat launch at Moonshine Beach and you can load and unload at the courtesy dock and even gas up there. State Park marina will also rent a boat slip for your stay if you prefer.
PET FRIENDLY
Heritage Retreat is pet friendly. The pet fee is $35 per night, per pet. Only dogs are allowed. If you are bringing a furry family member, you must mention how many in your reservation request and I will send a payment request for the pet fee for more than one dog.
AMENITIES
In the summer, take advantage of the on-site community amenities which include outdoor and swimming pool, tanning deck, kiddie splash pad, and playground. There is a quiet cove on the lake just about a 1/4 mile stroll from the house where you can fish or just skip rocks across the water.

We stayed here for family wedding over 4th of July weekend. It exceeded our expectations! It was wonderful to have so many bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable! The kitchen was amazing! It was extremely well stocked (even has an instant pot!) and plenty of room for prepping and serving. Nice that everyone could sit down together to eat. Appreciated having 2 dishwashers. Could be adding dirty dishes to one while the other was cleaning a load. There was more than enough refriferator space and the ice maker meant we never ran out! Lots of different gathering spaces. The view was wonderful! Only a very short walk to community pool with a great slide, which the kids loved. It was great to have 10 parking spaces right out the front door.
The hot tub cover had a lock, but we called the number listed and immediately got the code.
Only possible negative is no half bath on the first floor for when guests came because of wedding. We had a concern upon check-in but it was immediately remedied when we notified them.
Would highly recommend!

The property was clean, supplied with everything we needed. It was nice to have adjoining bathrooms to each of the rooms. The scenery was beautiful. Had an indoor pool and outdoor pool, accommodated all of our group. Definitely worth it.

Had 20 people for a golf trip and the place was great. Plenty of room and things to wind down with after a day of golf.

It was amazing. The views were gorgeous . The house was spacious and set up perfect. We barely saw the kids, they had so much fun in the bunk room and game area. Perfect location 10-15 mins from everything you need or want to do. Owners were very accommodating and answered us immediately on anything we needed.

My parents are both 73. My dad has Alzheimer’s and is declining but still knows who we are. We took a vacation with the WHOLE family. 3 girls with spouses and the grandchildren….8. Two 21 year olds, one 19, two 17, one 15, one 12 and one 11.
Plenty of room to spread out. The house obviously holds much more but the kids took over the lower level and had a blast. My parents and sister with bad knees stayed on the main level. My other sister and I with spouses stayed upstairs with 2 rooms to spare.
The kitchen was huge and we made a lot of meals in the house. Which is easier than eating out with 15 people.
We went to Silver Dollar City and the Christmas lights were amazing and the kids rode the rides. Ferris wheel, Alpine slide, escape room, laser tag, go carts, mini golf and we could’ve done more but the kids had fun hanging at the house playing games. My dad took a spot in the family room with the recliner and tv. The fireplace was awesome!
The whole area looks brand new and I would love to return in the summer to enjoy the lake. The views were amazing and sunsets were beautiful.
I can’t say enough good things!!!!! It was a trip to be remembered forever!!

We rented this place for a family reunion. It was very nice and we fit well. We had a couple of hiccups while we were there but Dave and June were quick to respond and also helped us with others options. Overall we were very happy.

This home was great for our family reunion. The property is ideal for large get togethers, where everyone has their own space, and the common areas are large enough to cook, dine, play games, and relax together. The area is stunning and plenty of opportunities in the surrounding area for hiking, boating, shopping, and dining. The outdoor pool was closed unfortunately, but the indoor pool was a great space for everone to enjoy. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed compared to other VRBOs we've stayed in. The kitchen was well equipped, and the house was stocked with all the essentials. We are all hoping to make it back again.

This property was just what we needed. Large double kitchen with room for preparing meals. Beautiful views, spas, game room, pool and play area were all a huge plus. Everyone loved it!
5.0 / 5.0
We had a large family group with people ages 2-80 in attendance. We absolutely loved that we could all gather without squeezing too tightly and also had plenty of bathrooms (the key to any successful reunion!), so everyone could have some space. It was clean, comfortable, and accessible. Everything we needed for our group! The only complaint shared was that we needed to stay one day longer!

Great place to stay with lots of room. very well stocked with kitchen utensils. Three refrigerators, 3 washer/dryer sets and two dishwashers made family meals so fun and easy.

This property was perfect for our Family Reunion. We had 4 generations ranging from Ages 4 - 94. Having full bathrooms in all bedrooms was fantastic and enough dining room seating for 30+ was great as well. We had a great time and will do it again in the future.

Had family from Colorado, Missouri, Indiana, Texas and Iowa (28 of us) meet here for a family week. Perfect home for all of us. Loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. Kitchen was awesome with two of everything (sinks, ovens, dishwashers) and made cooking and clean up super easy!! This VRBO had some of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. Only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because the parking lot asphalt had just been redone a week before and the asphalt had been tracked in the previous week and the flooring needed to have a special type of cleaning to get it off. You couldn't see it, but it left our feet and socks black for the first few days. Kind of an unusual thing, so no big deal. I'd go back for sure!

Once again Heritage Retreat did not disappoint when we chose this location a second time for a family reunion. This beautiful home is equipped with everything our group of 38 needed for a fun relaxing vacation. Multiple appliances (sinks, stoves, dishwashers, refrigerators, grills) made meal prep and cleanup efficient. The kitchen has everything needed for meal prep and service. Loved the ice maker. Both adults and children enjoyed the games on the lower level, the pools and the swim spa. And there is so much to do within a few minutes drive. We will definitely choose this location for future events.

My only suggestions is a bigger Keurig coffee maker. We had a line every morning waiting for coffee on the single serve machine.
Everything else was perfect 10+

We took a group of 40 women here for a conference and it was the perfect house! Plenty of room and storage for everyone. I love how each room had its own en suite bathroom. It was helpful to have an extra supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent. We brought our own extra but didn’t even need it. The beds were so comfortable, and thermostats were available on each level. So many washers and dryers! The only thing that would have made it better would have been to have a half bath on the main level and more seating in the living area. Our crew made it work though. We really enjoyed our stay and will probably be back!

This is a FABULOUS property. We had a golf weekend in Branson with 35 men in attendance and this house was the perfect of accommodations. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Loved the large tables in the kitchen. Lots of great games on the lower level. This would be a perfect house for a family reunion. The hosts were great about responding quickly to any questions we had .

We loved the house. This house lets you be together as a large family but yet have your separate space also. So much to do. We gifted a new game for the house that we played for the first time there. I hope we can rent this property again someday. Thank you for a wonderful house.

The property was perfect for our family get-together. We had everything we needed (except a broom -although we made do with the vacuum). The kitchen was nicely stocked, there was plenty of room to spread out and enjoy different areas of the house. The acoustics didn’t lend to sleeping in late with little kids in the house, but with a view like we had, who would want to? It was perfect.

Our host was nice nice & provided detailed information. The home was lovely, clean, & spacious. If you’re looking for a good time . This is the place .

Perfect location and home for our extended family to gather. Ample room for the 26 of us ranging from 11 months to 83! Stocked kitchen with double everything appliance wise. Clean. High chairs and pack and plays were added bonus. Plenty of room for littles to roam. We also loved the ability to sit and enjoy a meal together. (We had six 2 and under) we enjoyed the indoor community pool and the adults enjoyed the hottub and swim spa when the littles went to bed. Would highly recommend and plan to return ourselves.

From booking to checkout, this experience was perfect! The owners attention to detail couldn’t not have been better. From the cleanliness, to the comfort of every single bed, to the kitchen stocked to the brim with everything you could possibly need (or forget). My family and I WILL be staying at Herjtage Retreat again.

We celebrated our 40 year anniversary with many of our family (22) 14 adults and 7 kids. The house was big enough that no one felt crowded, GREAT experiance
5.0 / 5.0
We had 22 for Thanksgiving at Heritage Retreat and it was just terrific! Plenty if room for cooking and serving Thanksgiving dinner; all the kitchen utensils and pans we needed; everyone had a bed and room to have some space; the location was convenient to everything we needed and wanted to do; it was rainy so we didn’t get to enjoy the outside much but we loved our stay! The only complaint all week was the WiFi - don’t know if that can improve but overall it was a great stay and had everything we needed. We’ll come again!

Absolutely the best for a large family. It had so much our children and grandchildren did not want to even leave to go to Silver Dollar City!

A large group of us celebrated our 20th college reunion here. The property was beautiful and immaculately clean. We all had our own suites, which was great. Kitchen was perfect for cooking big dinners all nights. All of the things we needed were there. The back porch had an incredible view and we loved hanging out there and watching the sunsets. Well worth it!

My family rented this house for our family reunion, and we could not have been more pleased. The house was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of Table Rock Lake. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone, and it seemed like the owners had thought of just about everything we could have needed. From games to kitchenware to linens and more, everything was already there and waiting for us, which made packing for the trip so much easier. The house was very clean when we arrived, and the owners were very quick to respond to any messages we sent throughout the process. There’s so many good things I could say about this house. I’ve rented several other homes before, and this one was by far the best. I would definitely stay here again! In fact, my family is already talking about renting this house again in the future! Thanks for a fantastic stay!
