My family and I really liked the property, everything was perfect, the children were happy, we were surprised by the comfort of the apartment, nothing was missing, they have everything to spend an unforgettable vacation, the lady who cleans is very very kind and helpful. The only thing missing is a curtain on the master bedroom window, much light in the morning. Just one suggestion. Love your apartment

My family and I loved our time visiting Indian Rocks Beach. As first time visitors, we weren’t sure where to stay. Harbourside turned out to be a great central location to explore restaurants and beaches. The parking garage is very convenient to keep vehicles cool from the hot Florida sun. The water park was a nice bonus to use with family when our son needed a break from the beach. My partner and I enjoyed the attached Rum Shak and Jimmy Guana’s restaurant. Communication from Stephanie and Trent was flawless. Check-in and out were a breeze. We loved the fact that we didn’t have to bring hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry/dish detergent, or beach towels (saved so much time and money flying). We definitely recommend this spot for families with children!

We were hesitant to stay at “holiday inn”. We were so pleasantly surprised. The view was amazing. I think I like the bay view better than ocean view. The condo was bigger than I thought it would be. Even used the washer and dryer and they worked great. We will definitely stay again.

The location was wonderful, beautiful beach so close. The water park was so much fun for my kids, 9,7&5. The balcony was great-saw a dolphin first morning! The communication from the host was excellent. So many wonderful beach supplies for all! New washer and dryer was amazing! Comfortable beds and pillows! We can’t wait to go back.

We traveled for April vacation with our three girls, ages 12, 8 and 14 months. The size of the unit was perfect and had a pack n play and high chair as well as beach gear for our use. Everything was extremely clean. There is a big deck where we chose to hang whenever we were there and watched the boats go by on the intercoastal. The water park was a perfect afternoon stop after going to the beach, which was a few blocks away. We read past reviews to find out about restaurants and local amenities which were all accurate. And last- but most important of all- the hosts could not be any nicer.

The owners were very accessible and diligent with my questions. I loved that they have a beach wagon and everything you would need to take to the beach. All was great! A+

We stayed over spring break with our family of 5(13,10, 8). It was perfect size for our family. The short, easy walk to the beach and access to a Waterpark made it the perfect location. We also loved relaxing on the patio over looking the channel.

Stephanie was amazing to work with very responsive and answered all of our questions. Very timely. The place was clean, bright and open. Very comfy beds, and comfy pillows. Location was perfect very short walking distance to the beach and having the wagons and chairs was very much appreciated. The porch was wonderful in the morning and the evening to watch the boats go by we even got to see some dolphins drinking our morning coffee. I was there with my sisters and 3 of our three of our children, and all of us had a great time.

Stayed over New Years for a week at this property. Everything was great from communication prior to coming and during the stay. There were a few options to choose from on VRBO at this condo location, and I was debating which unit to choose from. After staying, I know that I chose the right one for a few reasons! The unit was nice and clean, 2nd bedroom had large beds and own bathroom as well. Large balcony overlooking the water and marina, that we had a few breakfasts on. The view overlooking the canal is definitely better than overlooking the waterpark which can get noisy and loud even at night with the bar. I don't mind the noise coming from a big city, but I can see how it might bother others, but I definitely enjoyed the peaceful views of the boats and water and would choose that again. Unit is also conveniently close to the elevator. The buildings laundry machines are next to it (although no one really used it since most units probably have their own laundry in unit like we did) - but it made it even quieter, since you didn't have any neighbours on the one side. Another bonus was the wagon in the storage unit - we used this for the beach. The beach very close to walk to, but with kids and lugging things to and from the beach it definitely makes a difference. The neighbourhood is nice, quiet and felt very safe. We drove into Clearwater a couple of times and although there is definitely a lot more action in Clearwater, it was nice to have a quiet retreat away from that. The waterpark was fun for my boys, 13 and 11 and we enjoyed it despite being there the coldest time of year, and therefore not too busy when we were there. Overall it was a great relaxing stay and we'd definitely be back!

We picked this property specifically for it's location to the beach and the waterpark. Our daughter is in a big water slide phase. We enjoyed this unit. It has a big balcony on the side of the building not facing the waterpark with a calming intercostal waterway view. Balcony has super comfy chairs for sipping coffee or cocktails. The living room has ample seating. We didn't have to all cram on one couch to watch a movie. The beds were comfortable and there was even a fan in the closet. My husband and I like sleeping with a fan at home so this was nice to have available. Great water pressure and heats up instantly! The outdoor storage closet is well stocked for the beach. Chairs, umbrellas, even an ice chest. It had everything we needed and a convient beach wagon for transport! Very short walk to the beach. Several dining options within walking distance too. This building has a couple of roof top decks where you can watch sunsets too! Highly recommend this unit!

I am very picky with where I stay because I need it to be clean, and this place exceeded my expectations. It was clean, provided accommodations like a high chair for my 2 year old and had spacious bedrooms where my 12 & 8 year old could have their own separate space. The dockside view was relaxing and the waterpark was a hit with my kids. The beach is literally a two block walk and it was a safe, relaxing walk. Fun for the whole family and I would definitely stay here again!

We decided to drive to FL for Spring break with our two teens and our 9 year old. Stephanie and Trent provided all the helpful details, and we arrived after a LONG drive to a condo that was clean and perfectly welcoming. Indian Rocks beach is perfect for families. We loved walking to dinner each night. The condo is updated and very comfortable. The views of the intercostal waterway were awesome, and the kids loved the water park. And I loved the rum bar. (:The closet with toys, chairs, and wagon was fantastic. All in all, excellent!

My kids are 5 and 7 and they loved staying here. A super short walk to the beautiful sugar sand white beach and when they were tired of digging holes in the sand right back to the waterpark for more fun! Many restaurants withing a short walk and even an local ice cream shop with all the flavors in the world! Couldnt have ask for more !

We loved our stay, clean condo, good location saw a lot of wild life off the balcony. Loved the little things to make your stay easier. There were plenty of beach toys, and towels. Would stay here again. We didn’t use the water park much because it was so crowded cause it’s open to the public as well and the red tide was very high when we were there. So I feel Like more people were at the water park then the beaches. But over all it was a great stay!

Everything about it…the water park was fun….walking distance to some really good restaurants(went to crabby bills twice) loved the live music….the beach was a short walk and they have a wagon to use which was so great and convenient! Beautiful condo- extremely clean and close to the beach. Kitchen fully equipped and having a washer/dryer was super convenient. Contact people were very nice and informative. The only negatives were that the parking garage was almost always full so we often had to park at the Holiday Inn lot and walk over. And the elevators were extremely slow so we ended up taking the stairs. There are a few restaurants within walking distance although there was quite a wait for all of them and we unfortunately didn’t get to try them. Overall great condo however. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Fabulous experience!

We loved staying at this place! Check in was super easy with great communication from the host. The place was lovely and we had a great time. We used some of the good recommendations they gave us as well and they were delicious! The only downside was that the WiFi was not great. It only connected for a few of us but even then didn’t really work. Besides that though the location was great, the water park was a fun plus, and we would 100% recommend!
