Update on 10-1-2024 - The waterpark annual maintenance will happen sometime around mid-January, exact dates have yet to be determined. During this time, the park closes down whatever section they are working on.

4 FREE daily water park passes and parking for one car is included! Indian Rocks Beach is a 3/5 minute walk from the CONDO! Sleeps up to 8. Living room has a sleeper sofa with an upgraded mattress for the 7th and 8th guests!

This 2/2 condo is located at the 'Harborside@Marker 33' and 'Splash Harbour Water Park' complex. This 7th floor unit has a balcony that overlooks the Intracoastal a fully stocked kitchen which includes a washer/dryer!

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1110sf unit is located on the 7th floor of Harbourside at Marker 33. Beautiful views of the Intracoatal from the unit's private balcony. 4 daily water park passes come with every reservation and one parking pass. Enjoy hanging out at the pool and water park or take the 3/5 minute walk to the beach. There are tons of restaurants in walking distance along with bike and boat rentals.

The Waterpark and it's lazy river are great fun for young people and adults alike. Enjoy live music in the evenings and several nearby eateries/bars offering adult beverages. A snack bar, Jimmy Guana's and a gift shop are located poolside.

Beautiful Indian Rocks Beach is just a short walking distance from your room.

Crabby Bills, Slyce Pizza, PJ's Oyster Bar, and The Lighthouse Donuts are just a few of the many restaurants within walking distance, and just a few miles away you'll find the famous John's Pass where the Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. is located. There are also many coffee and ice cream shops, bars and entertainment venues.

Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint, laid-back, family-friendly beach town. Whether you are planning a family vacation, a couple's retreat, or a friends get together, Indian Rocks Beach and 7715 Harbourside make for the perfect vacation destination. You won't want to leave!

We're easily accessible from the airports, with trolleys available for your convenience to take you to so many places including Clearwater Beach for a minimum fee.

PARKING: One (1) car per reservation can park in the Garage (or the yellow lined parking spots across from the gift shop if the parking garage is full) with the Parking Pass (pass is located in the unit). Additional cars will be a $20 daily fee, and will park in white lined spaces, attendant on duty.

FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, THERE ARE 2 ELEVATORS THAT TRAVEL FROM GROUND LEVEL TO AS HIGH AS THE 5TH FLOOR, AND ONE ELEVATOR, BY THE ROUNDABOUT, THAT TRAVELS FROM GROUND LEVEL TO THE 8TH FLOOR.

On the intracoastal, Water park on site, 4 free daily passes come with every reservation, free parking for one car. So many restaurants, live entertainment and places to get adult beverages with in walking distance. The beach is a 3 minute walk. Boat and bike rentals are with in walking distance too. There is a trolley that will take you up and down the coast line for a minimal daily fee.

Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY!!! IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THE NO REFUND POLICY INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. Check in is any time after 4PM. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.

Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences, and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.

Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!

We had a wonderful time, location was awesome !! We traveled with a crawling infant. Within 30 minutes of crawling upon arrival, her hands and feet were very dirty. I had to go out and buy cleaning products and mop the floor. Also the washer was filled with mold. The cleaning crew needs some help!

Absolutely loved this condo. We stayed at this particular place last year but not this condo. This condo was awesome. Everything you needed for your beach trip. No need to bring anything but your cooler. We will be staying at this place every time we visit IRB.

This place was amazing ! It was spotless upon arrival and we were off and running to the beach immediately upon arrival. It’s the little touches that make a good place great and this place had amazing pillows, all needed kitchen utensils, great outdoor furniture and a wagon to take all your beach crap the block to the beach ! The ONLY thing I can say negative is the elevator is super slow and there is only one that goes to the top floors. And the number of our unit was not clear/ misquoted on our confirmation so we had to wait until we arrived to get groceries delivered. I will definitely bring my family again!

The property was just as it was listed. It was clean, had all the supplies you needed, plenty of towels, beds were comfortable, a pack n play for our little (that was super easy to set up! Other parents can appreciate this lol), and any possible item you may want for a short walk to the beach (wagon, toys, umbrella, chairs, small cooler, etc.). The check-in process was extremely easy and all the passes you needed for the week (parking and waterpark) were ready for you right away. The view from the patio was perfect with a view of the inter-coastal and the gulf. The location of the condo is ideal for walking to many bars/restaurants, CVS, little shops, and of course the beach! We would for sure stay again. Thank you!

We went with many families so we were able to see many of the condo's. This was by far the best one! Access to the rooftop to continue to hang out with other families. The balcony off the room has a beautiful view and great furniture to sit and relax or eat. The whole place was very clean!! Very nice that there is a closet full of things to help your stay and enjoy the beach. Great family memories with a great location to beach, restaurants, groceries and other towns to visit.

it was a nice condo close to restaurants and beach was less than a 2 minute walk however if you are looking for quiet with a water park there were lots of kids noise running through hallway i did only experience that first night management was made aware and responded but it is noisy with kids so i would say its great for families but a couple might want to find something without a water park but the unit was very nice and the views beautiful and the beach was very close to walk too

This apartment is amazing! It was a great value for money, and honestly, I think it is one of the best options at this building with the balcony and amazing views, and the master bedroom is very quiet, we did not hear the waterpark at all. Less than 5 minutes walking to the beach and we loved the killer sunsets! We had an amazing time! As mentioned by other people, the elevator is veeeery slow, but we got used to it. The check-in and other instructions that we received are too long and repetitive, but they cover everything and the communication with the property manager was fast and efficient. Overall we were very happy with our choice of this apartment for our family vacations!

This was a beautiful place. It was very clean and cozy. We sat on the porch in the mornings with our coffees watching boats, manatees, dolphins and even a school of stingrays. The kids had a blast at the water park, they were in and out all day. We walked over to beach and saw some beautiful sunsets. There are a few shops and restaurants right near by that you can easily walk to. We highly recommend this property!

My family (husband and 2 sons ages 9 and 8) stayed here for a week and had an incredible time. The property was very clean and well stocked. There was a nice amount of space for us to relax together or go to our own bedrooms when needed. The proximity to the water park and included passes was a major perk and kept the children happily entertained before and after the beach. Another nice surprise was the beach cart and supplies included with the rental. Having chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys for our beach time was a game changer. I highly recommend this property and a stay here to anyone considering.

We rented three units at this location for our family during Christmas week. Everything was great - though the weather could have been a little warmer!. Getting in was easy, nice amenities, close to many restaurants, our grandchildren loved the beach and water park. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

I arrived 2 days ahead of my party to unwind from life. I felt very safe and relaxed. The view of the inter-coastal, gulf, volleyball park and boats are incredible. We loved that the restaurant was within walking distance. We did cook most of the meals in the condo. Plenty of equipment there. Our party included 3 adults and 1 10 yr old. My nephew and his daughter enjoyed the Water park. We did have a question about the water-park. I submitted an email and it was answered immediately. The place was clean and comfortable. The dining table is huge. 2friends live in the area came for dinner and we had more than enough room for 1 wheelchair, 4 adults and 1child. It was great for games. My friends are going to recommend the unit to their family. My 38 yr old nephew slept on the pull out sofa bed. It was very comfortable with plenty of bedding. This is the perfect place for family and friends. I was sad to leave as it is close to paradise.

We’ve stayed at many of the condos in this complex and we come back every year. This one is nice, however some updating in the living room would be nice. Very dated and worn, the chair tips over when you sit on it, also be careful with the dryer. The vent is broken and ruined three or four of our items. Overall a great stay. Beds are comfy bring your own pillows. Well stocked kitchen and beautiful views.

Lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Apartment was nice. I wish there were more bowls and cups in the apartment. Also, the water park is open to the public and made it very busy and chaotic.

We loved staying at this condo. The water park was great for the kids. The location was perfect. We did not even need to rent a car. There are several restaurants in walking distance and we were able to order groceries via Instacart. Short walk to the beach!

We had a great stay here. The owner/property manager's instructions for check in and check out were very detailed and helpful. The unit is well cared for and quite spacious for a two bedroom, lots of living space. The balcony is AMAZING. Overhead fan, lots of shade, and a view of the Gulf and the Intercostal. Just heavenly. Would definitely recommend!
