The history of the buildings and property and the location. Bed was very comfortable and the room was large. Nice walking distance to dining and shopping. Plenty of parking on the street and behind the building in the parking lot. Friendly and helpful staff. Good communication via text messages was appreciated.
The jetted tub had been used and abused and didn't work very well. There were no instructions that we could find on how to use it either. We just had to guess. The bathroom door was falling off its hinges. The top hinge was being held on by one loose screw so we had to lift the door to open it and close it. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was not beneficial at all and should probably be replaced with a stronger one. There was a hair tie on the floor by the toilet plunger from a previous guest and a qtip next to the side of the bed from a previous guest. The coffee supplied in the room was awful and undrinkable. The door to the room needs a shade installed to keep the porch lights and other outdoor lighting from coming through the glass in the door at night. We had to drape something over the door so we could sleep.

Lovely old mansion on a pretty tree lined street. Very helpful and friendly innkeeper Bobby. Nice hot included breakfast that was cooked to order and served quickly, along with very good coffee! Complementary wine and cheese at cocktail hour. Spacious room with nice porch with comfortable wicker chairs. Comfortable bed and linens. Easy and free nearby parking. Nicely landscaped well kept grounds.
Internet was unreliable. Plastic flowers.

The night manager, Bri was very helpful. Breakfast was very good. The location was beautiful. If you like old things, this is the place to be in Harve de Grace.
There wasn't a charging station or outlet available in the room. There was an outlet in the bathroom.

The cutest place I could imagine in the US countryside. It's like a place out of an American romance movie with 21st century comfort (everything we need nowadays is available). The complimentary breakfast was very very tasty.

It was absolutely beautiful! We had a first floor room that was easy for my elderly parents to maneuver around in. The bed and pull out couch were exceptionally comfortable.
There was a slight “older home” smell on the porch, but it wasn’t noticeable in the room itself.

Breakfast was comprehensive and served in a quaint dining area. Service person was excellent. Room lived up to expectations. Town is a great place to walk around; what I like about the town is that it isn't too upscale and overly gentrified. Very real and down-to-earth feel. Good access to Interstate 91.

The location was central to all activities we planned. We walked to all activities throughout our stay. The bed and room were very comfortable. The cooked breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly and attentive.
We heard the people in the room above us come in and extended conversation between 2 and 3 AM both nights we stayed.

Fiancé and I went for a weekend and it was a great little getaway. Exceptionally clean room, friendly staff, and the Italian spot around the corner is top notch. We’ll be back!

From time of check in, till the time we left staff was very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was very good.. First time staying at a B&B. In a nice location. Walking distance to shoppers and resturants.What a great experience. Will definitely stay there again.

Personally, dog friendly would be the only thing to make it my go to place whenever I visit relatives in VA. Policy is a bit stricter than most pet friendly hotels.

The staff was very kind and helpful. They supplied a heater for my mom's room since the room heater unit was not working. The inn was very clean. The breakfast was good.
Our bed was very comfortable. Her room the bed was not as comfortable. Both bathrooms were cold.

The rooms are each unique. The location is walkable to most everything.
Getting to the second floor by stair is OK (no elevators) but negotiating corners of a very narrow entry was not easy. The window AC unit could be turned off but cold air continued from ceiling vents which were not unit controlled. No staff interaction seems overly standoffish. The promised bag breakfast was no place to be found.

Charming, comfortable, better service than hotels I've stayed at. Option of hanging out on property which a hotel doesn't have. More extras in your room than a bed and breakfast.

Contactless entry was explained well and easy to navigate. We loved the location and charm. A simple hot breakfast and coffee in the morning was a nice touch.
The room was chilly but had a space heater. We turned it on to warm things up but noticed it was plugged in to a power strip which is a fire hazard. If we stay again we would inquire about the rooms heat first before choosing.

My room (Dohahoo) was very pretty and clean. The view from the room was nice, too.
I wish I'd had enough coffee for two days (I hate to call and ask people to bring stuff.) Since I had booked two nights, I would have liked to have two nights worth of supplies since housekeeping doesn't come until after the stay.
The room was cold. I had to run the floor heater all night. That makes me nervous because it could catch on fire.
